Long ago I upgraded to Windows 10 from Windows 7, first thing I noticed after I shot down my pc was that problem but somehow doing a hard reset I was able to get into BIOS and restarted from there, I look for a solution to this problem and I found out
that disabling from (Panel Control)/( System Security)/(Power Options) I just set to never sleep and turn off monitor after 15 minutes, so It was doing that for since the beginning when Windows 10 came out, Saturday night I turned off my pc because I have
to go out and won't be at home and yesterday night when I came back and turn on my pc, I found out that the pc doesn't start or load the OS screen, I can hear and see both fans are turning on, the light on my power supply an MoBo are on, I can heard the initial
beep when turning on, but my keyboard and mouse are irresponsive, I tried already switching the USB connections into another ports which I'm positive they are working, 4 in the back panel and 2 in the front, why? because normally I have attached 2 external
video cards in the back panel and both screens are working because I can see turning on and the other two ports are for keyboard and the mouse, while in the front I have attached a WiFi receiver which light up and get the signal light on so I think is working
and last port is for an external HDD, which light up if I press the on/off button, so I have unplugged everything and play around with the keyboard and mouse but seems like they're not detected, I have tried another keyboard and mouse from my son pc and check
mine into his pc and works fine, anyone can help me to solve this issue, but please remember I cannot go into BIOS pressing F2/F12/DEL/ESC because my screen remains black and keyboard/mouse are useless and turning on/off the pc just doesn't bring up the BIOS
