Probleme pilote impression Canon MG5200
Bonjour
Depuis le passage de Windows 8 à Windows 10, je n ai pas pu réinstaller mon imprimante Canon MG 5200.
Quand je veux installer le pilote, ces messages apparaissent :
"Désinstallation en cours de l ancienne version des pilotes MP" 2 barres de désinstallations puis ce message :
" Le pilote d imprimante est en cours d utilisation .Si vous n utilisez pas le pilote d imprimante, il est peut être utilisé par d autres utilisateurs de cet ordinateur. Quittez toutes les applications et propriétés d imprimante et réessayez. Si le problème persiste, redémarrez l ordinateur et réessayez."
Je l ai redémarré plusieurs fois. Lors de l installation je l avais formaté, donc il ne doit plus avoir d ancien fichiers
Sur mon deuxième ordinateur je n ai pas eu de problème, il était déjà sous Windows 10.

Can't access to the account settings in mail and caledar app for windows 10
I changed password for my gmail account via google website and now recieving message "Your account settings is out of date".
I can't get access for acount settings in mail app. Pop up window appears for 0,1ms and disspears.
I tried: troublesooting for windows apps, reinstaling app via powershell command. - no result.

bluethoothのマウスが動作しない
windows10(東芝製)でbluethoothのマウスが動作しなくなりました。
東芝に連絡したら初期状態に再インストールしてください、と言われました。
OSの再インストールをしないとマウスが回復しないものですか？
再インストールしないで直す方法は無いのでしょうか？

Sudden black screen
Hi guys,
I have trouble with my laptop Asus UX501V. Sometimes the screen goes black and its not reacting on any buttons only reset with power button. I haven't install any programme which could cause this problem only made it dual system so I have windows 10 and ubuntu. Ubuntu doesn't cause any problem but windows dose. Any ideas what is a reason of that? Thanks.

When I created my skype account I used a certain skype name that is printed on all my business cards
Now that skype name is nowhere to be found on my account and noone can find me neither with that skype name nor with my email address

Existe una cuenta de Skype cuyo nombre de usuario coincide con mi dirección de email de Google, de modo que accidentalmente he podido acceder a ese cuenta cuando instalaba Skype para Linux. Esta incidencia me parece un error muy grave de seguridad.
¿A alguien le ha ocurrido lo mismo? Debería existir un filtro que impidiese crear nombres de usuario que coincidiesen con cuentas de email ya existentes y pertenecientes a otras personas.

Bonjour depuis ce matin je n'arrive plus a me connecter sur Windows live mail avec ce message d'erreur :
Impossible d'envoyer ou de recevoir les messages pour le compte Hotmail (discofunk89). Le mot de passe entré est incorrect. La prochaine fois que vous envoyez ou recevez des messages, vous serez invité à entrer votre nom d'utilisateur et votre mot de passe pour ce compte.

et ce malgré que je n'est rien changé ni a mon identifiant ni a mon mots de passe
en tentant une reconnexion sur Windows live mail sur le tableau(ce connecter a Windows live mail) en retapant les bon identifiants et le bon mots de passe, en mémorisant ma connexion automatique, et en cliquant sur connecter celui ci réparer avec : "l'adresse de messagerie ou le mots de passe sont incorrect. Réessayer" et réapparait systématiquement avec un mots de passe a 10 caractère alors que celui que je tape en possède 15 pourriez vous m'aider a comprendre dous vien le probleme et a remetre tous ca en ordre merci

Impossible d activer ma licence w 10

Voila j ai acheter un pc il y a un ans environ et il me semble bien avoir activer la licence . Mais la il m est redemandé de l activer .
Sur la resolution des probleme il m est dis que mon pc dispose d une licence pour windows 10 famille et que pour l installer je dois avoir windows 10 famille . hors c est ce que j ai , donc voici mon soucis si une personne a la solution merci bien .

périphérique de sortie audio
Bonjour,
Je n'ai plus de son. Le haut-parleur de la barre d'outils est désormais accompagné d'une croix blanche sur un rond rouge. Lorsque je passe la souris dessus, le texte suivant apparaît : "aucun périphérique de sortie audio n'est installé".
Je n'ai touché à rien et tout fonctionnait auparavant.
Quand je lance la résolution "lire un fichier audio", j'ai le message suivant : "La résolution de problèmes s'est terminée sans détecter de problème".
Quelqu'un peut me dire si cela lui est déjà arrivé et comment faire pour récupérer mes haut-parleurs ?

Using VBA code in making PowerPoint macros
I have created a macro in PowerPoint that will open an access database and the open a report. Here is the macro code:

Now after I write the macro and then check it using the "Run" button in macros, it does what it ios supposed to do except that it does not open in full screen. Somewhere I believe I need to put in a Maximize command but I am not sure where to put it or exactly how the code should read.
When I go to save the presentation it has to be saved as a macro-enabled presentation. OK no problem. When you open the file and run the macro it opens in the background not the foreground as it did when it was tested. What do I need to do to make this open in the foreground and open in full screen? Help Please!

Recover Missing Publisher File
I was working on Publisher, and when I tried to save, it stopped responding and closed. When I tried to reopen the file from my recents, it said, "We're sorry, but we can't find this file for you." It was the first time I saved the document and it only saved as a shortcut but says that the shortcut is missing when I try to open it from the folder it's saved in. Does anyone know if there's a way to recover my file? Thank you in advanced.
