I recently updated to a new Beta BIOS for the x370 platform. I then tested some overclocks and tried out Cinebench. So far so good. After the 5th run of Cinebench it started to freeze midway through then complete seconds later. It kept freezing no matter what until it completes, even when the system is on default stock clocks. I tried to downgrade to the previous BIOS versons, but it was the same issue with other BIOS versions. After 7 or so minutes of stress testing or gaming it gave me the BSOD. Hope I can get some type of analysis.

从16188到16199版本，电脑总是半夜莫名其妙就自动关机了，以前从来没有出现这个问题的，也没有设置过自动关机，而且我电脑屏幕也是打开的没有合拢，只是开个wifi好手机用，结果早上醒来电脑就已经关机了，谁知道是什么原因吗？

I have been locked out of my hotmail account, It seems like this is recurring around here. We try desperately to speak with someone since the stupid automated system is not able to recognize is me. I have had this email address for about 15 years, i need it for work, also there are tons of old emails I absolutely need to get to. The other day, when after 5 hours I got to chat with supposedly a real person, the guy told me he could not do anything and asked me to " think positive" and keep trying....WTF!!. I am so about to create a Twitter account just so I can bash outlook on social media. This is by far the worst customer service I have encountered so far in my LIFE. If there is someone from outlook that is reading this and could help me, I would cry. But I am pretty sure the answer will be:

 " HI my name is Blablabla, check this links and they will be able to help you.

Then you click on the link and those are the same you kept trying for the past 5 days.

Mi problema es que no puedo ingresar a mi correo ya que me pide el codigo de seguridad y el numero telefonico que esta ingresado ya no lo tengo ya que ese telefono fue robado hace 3 años, me gustaria que alguien me ayude :'(

７から１０にアップデートしたのを使用しています、先日ファイルのバックアップをBD-REにとり、その後にコンピューターの状態を確認すると、過去のある時点の状態に復元されました、この為バックアップ設定が最新の状態でない可能性があります。と表示されました。このままで使用しても問題がないのか、それとも何か操作しないといけないのか、分かりません初心者ですので難しいことは解りませんがよろしくお願いいたします。

How do I install updates and download files to my external passport?  My computer is small with limited disk space (have clean up hard drive and removed unwanted files).  I purchased a WD passport with 1TB and every time I tried to download something or upgrade windows, it says there is no disk space,  The WD is recognized by the computer with plenty of disk space.

How do I get my contacts from the old Skype version into the Windows 10 Skype version? I thought that would come automatically, but only names in my computer contact list do and I have to add them all over again.

Hi all,

My computer was acting up while I played games. So I decided to reset my computer. During the reset it got stuck in a boot loop. 

So I decided to manually clean install windows 10. But when I try my computer will reboot during the install sometimes. But when I get through the install my computer will not boot. It will keep rebooting and sometimes give me the following error 0xc0000001.

I tried​ everything I could find online like reformatting the drives and changing setup.exe to 3 using regedit. But still no luck. Does anyone have any ideas?!

No puedo utilizar Word 2016. En realidad, no puedo usar ninguna de las aplicaciones de Office. Únicamente Word muestra un mensaje de (Producto sin licencia) en la barra de título, pero en todas las aplicaciones, después de unos segundos de usarlas me aparece un mensaje de error como el siguiente:

"Word encontró un problema que le impide funcionar correctamente, con lo que será necesario salir de Word. ¿Quiere repararlo ahora?"

Selecciono "Reparar ahora," pero únicamente cierra el programa y no soluciona ningún problema. 

He utilizado Office sin problemas desde que compré la suscripción Office 365 Hogar a mediados del año pasado. ¿Alguna idea de qué está pasando, o cómo solucionar el problema?

My desktop has suddenly been filled up with shortcut icons to all of my photos. I want to clear them all off without individually deleting them . Can somebody help please. Have posted this before but cannot trace my thread to know if this has been posted.

Já modifiquei e mexi tudo que pude, mas muitos amigos já relataram há anos que, ao receberem um e-mail meu e abrirem pelo Outlook.com, a minha foto é de uma outra pessoa, e o nome está aparecendo outra coisa.

Eu preciso urgentemente resolver isso!

Anytime I try to install a new application Windows gives me the message: "The extended attributes are inconsistent" additionally, when I try to use cltrl alt del the message: "Failure to display security and shut down options; The logon process was unable to display security and logon options when CTRL+ALT+DELETE" is displayed. I have tried to reset Windows 10  and am unsuccessful after windows states it has run into an error in resetting. I have also tried to update Windows 10 which is also unsuccessful.

I have the following issue:

When someone calls me on Skype, I am unable to receive an incoming alert (a pop up window notifying me of an incoming call) on my PC. I can call anyone, and I can establish a connection when I make the call, but I cannot answer the call myself. 

I can receive an incoming call on my iPhone, but not on my PC. I'm on windows 10, with a 3 month old HP laptop.

When I have the current chat opened with a person that's attempting to call me, Video Call & Call buttons are greyed out. 

Any ideas?

Depuis un moment maintenant il m'est impossible de me connecter à aucune de mes messagerie Outlook, à la place un message d'erreur s'affiche " Echec de la connexion sécurisée". Je suis sous Windows 10 avec un ordinateur relativement récent, aucun problèmes jusqu'ici, aucun problèmes de connexion avec d'autres sites ou messageries.
Que faire pour résoudre ce problème ?

   Microsoft must have a record of the recovery key I need to unlock my phone/? They are the ones who created the code & then sent it to my e-mail. I've never been a big user of email. I wasn't even aware the code was sent to me email, so I probably never even opened it or read it. Work keeps me away from home alot & when I set up my phone more than a year ago I just needed a phone for verbal communication. Long story, short is...AT&T did reset on my phone & now I'm locked out because of RPRK. My email was thru Verizon & they deleted all email that wasn't switched over to AOL. I don't even remember getting a notice. So now I'm screwed! There sure are alot of folks PISSED OFF WITH MICROSOFT. About emails being deleted & I've read many, many comments from those with the same problem I have with RESET PROTECTION & RECOVERY KEY & not obtaining it. I've spent hours & hours trying. NO HELP FROM MICROSOFT or they're affiliates B2X . No sweat off they're back, they are still making billions even tho they have terrible Customer service & unknowledgeable support! They must not use they're own products.                              JUST ANOTHER DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER. It's just like the IRS they just work there....right?

メールのフォルダーは開けるのですが、予定表と連絡先で上記のメッセージが出てきます。

ただ、個人用の連絡先で連絡先グループは見れるし使えますが、i Cloudのアドレスデータで掲題のタイトルが出ます。

i Cloudとのリンクが切れてしまったのかとも思い、一度チェックを外し入れ直して適用させましたが、Outlookでは何の変化もありませんでしたが、i Phone, i Padで4月以前のデータが消えてしまいました。i Driveのチェックも外したからでしょうか？

また、マイクロソフト　コミュニティーでリンクしている「i Cloud アカウントの使用している Data set （PST File もしくは OST File） の アクセス権を確認してください。」とありますが、アクセス権自体分かりません。

以上が症状ですので、早急な問題解決宜しくお願い致します。

我写程序，需要使用Access数据库引擎，在OleDbConnection类中原本写的连接字符串是 "Provider=Microsoft.Ace.OLEDB.12.0;Data Source=" + ExcelPath + ";Extended Properties=\"Excel 12.0;HDR=YES\"" 但结果一运行就报错说Microsoft.Ace.OLEDB.12.0未注册，我应该怎么修改才对？

We're using One Note as part of our Office 365 subscription and have had the situation where a number of sections have vanished from one our of Note files.

We are using this note to collaborate between three of us and accessing the file through different platforms, some via One Note for Mac, some via One Note on an iPad Pro and some via One Note on a windows computer. It's very difficult to convince staff to adopt a solution when we put time and effort into documenting our work only to have them vanish into thin air.

I've checked the recycle bin in One Note, the recycle bin in One Drive for business and also tried searching for the sections to no avail.

It is as if this section never existed. Is there anything you can do at your end to investigate?
