My company have recently upgraded to Skype for Business 2016 (Win 10). Since then, messages sent in chat box from the same time are sent separately (not grouped).
Does anybody know how to change this?
Previously, this would have been sent in a single "box"/"group".

I am running Outlook for Mac and am having random crashes. Outlook can be running for hours before it crashes. There are times that it crashes when I re-launch/start it. I am using Version 15.33 (170409) on Sierra.

I have searched the forum and tried some suggestions without any success. I have tried the following:
- turned WiFi off
- created a new profile and made it default
- deleted com.microsoft.Outlook
- uninstalled WebEx productivity tools
I only have this issue on my work computer. I have not seen the same issue on my home Mac which is running the same version of Outlook and Sierra. It is also the same model Mac. I don't keep my home computer on as long as my work Mac. So the problem might be there but I have not experienced it yet - but I doubt it.
Any help will be appreciated.

I bought my current Lenovo Desktop computer in 2015. I had some initial problems with the power supply unit that created
power issues. Lenovo replaced it and everything was fine until a month ago or so, when I noticed that my Webshots screensaver was no longer working, though the wallpaper was changing photos every 5 min. according to how it was set.
I had set screensaver to rotate photos after 7 min. idle.
Then I noticed that my computer screen was still on when I got up in the morning and discovered that my computer would no longer follow through with the sleep mode settings. Currently I have the hard drive to shut off at 20 min. and sleep mode in 25 min.
I contacted Webshots about the screensaver problem, but they think it's a Microsoft problem. They gave me some things to check out, which I did, but no resolve.
Hi, the previous Office 365 administrator has his personal email set up as an alternative email adddress. Our Office365 syncs to our local active directory and his account is disabled.
I have tried removing and changing the alternative email address via the O365 portal but it never changes it; it is stuck on the address that was original setup with.
Is my only option to delete the user from active director so that it deletes from Office365 too?
There is also a bug with the Office 365 weekly digest as it sends to disabled administrators. These administrators have left the company and are receiving the digest to their personal email (which was an alternative email address on O365). How do I stop this?
To experience the focused inbox in Outlook for Mac, I've viewed and followed the official instruction online (https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Focused-Inbox-for-Outlook-f445ad7f-02f4-4294-a82e-71d8964e3978?ui=en-US&rs=en-US&ad=US#ID0EAACAAA=Outlook_on_the_web).
However, there is no "focused inbox" in "organization" and no Focused and Other tabs at the top of my individual inbox (not all inboxes). It does function well on Outlook for iOS and the web with the same account (@outlook.com).
How can I get it in Outlook for Mac?

We were performing a staged migration from our Exchange 2007 on-premises to Exchange Online and everyone was running smoothly, but suddenly, we started to get this error when our batches started to sync more mailboxes:
I removed the actual name of the user and our domain, but the point is that we were performing migrations flawlessly before and suddenly those errors started appearing? Also, I thought it had something to do with the advisory EX100407 but it is marked as resolved now and our issue persists.
Could anyone help us determining what could be the cause of this error? Our migration plan has been stopped for more than a week now.

One day I turn on the Bluetooth in my laptop like usual, and connect it to my Harman Kardon speaker. I used to do that all the time. But then, the bluetooth suddenly turn off by itself and decided to dissapear from my laptop.
I tried to update the driver in the device manager, and it says that it's the most updated version. So I try to find the bluetooth, and it's still gone. Then I uninstall it from the device manager, and I download it from the Intel website, the "BT_19.60.0_64_Win10" version, and installed it. The installation is a successful one, but the bluetooth still didn't appear. I tried to uninstall it and replace it with the"BT_19.00.1621_64_Win10" version but I can't find it in the device manager and I can't install the"BT_19.00.1621_64_Win10"version.
What should I do? I already restart the laptop and nothing happen. Any help would be useful, thank you.
I have ASUS ROG GL502VT with Windows 10.
I have a valid O365 2016 install through the organisation I work for. I have registered for the Visio 2016 trial download, using the same email that I use to install the O365 instance, and downloaded the trail software in the same operation, from the same location.
When I load Visio 2016, I'm advised that it is an unregistered product, and am prompted to enter my credentials. When I enter my email and password, I am told that the credentials/account are not suitable for registering the product.
Has anyone been able to do the same, or similar, successfully?
Keep getting this error come up on my notebook "We're sorry, something went wrong during sync. We'll try again later. (Error code: 0xE000002E)"
It is always the Recycle bin (even after I empty it) accompanied by one of my section

We are really eager to ensure that we are using our SharePoint search engine effectively but we are not sure if there is a strategy from Microsoft that support the capability and the ability of the built-in SharePoint search capability. For example we have compiled the search document but the when using the set criteria's we don't get any results or possible results even if we have uploaded the content into the document library or site

I have an iMac running Yosemite and a MacBook Air running Sierra - both have Outlook; the iMac is POP, the MBA is IMAP, and it's been that way for years with no problem. I haven't changed any settings anywhere. I've had some problems with Outlook double-downloading emails, but nothing compares to this.
This morning the iMac Outlook has been beachballing me - yesterday it was fine as usual. I've restarted Outlook 3-4 times and restarted my computer once. Nothing has helped. All I have to do is click in Outlook and the beachball starts - it goes away after a couple of minutes, but returns when I click again.
On the MBA, all my email has vanished - from my inbox, from sent mail. And I can send myself an email, watch it appear in my inbox, and then watch it disappear within a minute or two, if not less. The emails I've sent my wife this morning and the test emails I've sent myself this morning are still in my sent folder, but none of thousands of emails I've sent on this computer over the last 4 years are there - all gone. All the mail that was in the various folders is also gone.
To complete the disaster - all my email has vanished from Roadrunner webmail. All of it.
With Apple's vaunted syncing among all devices, is it possible for my MBA to retrieve email from my iMac? Not that it would remain in my MBA once there.

(EDIT) - My OSX Mail accounts are also empty, while the sent folder contains only the emails I sent this morning - and I wasn't even using Mail. Still there should be thousands of emails in my inbox and folders, and...nothing.

For onenote: I get the error message that I need to enter a password, but when I click the yellow "sign in" bar it doesn't work. The password I'm entering is definitely correct. I've tried deleting cookies and reinstalling.
For outlook: it just won't let me add my ********.ca account, but gmail works fine.
The switch was from American servers to Canadian servers.

Watching Update status, the message Preparing to Install shows, then the message Downloading, then it goes back to preparing to install and keeps repeating this sequence.
I have twice used the trouble shooter, each time it found problems that it said it had resolved. Each time, I let it delete the download and make a new download. The same problem occurred after each new download.
I have tried a clean boot. I have tried turning off my McAffee firewall. The option to get updates from more than one place is turned off

This machine is a Dell Desktop 64-bit purchased new a few months ago with Win10 already installed
Earlier I had a problem on my laptop, but after turning off the "more than one place" option, this updated successfully.

I put the option to extend the screen and my ugee in on monitor 2, but when I'm working with photoshop for example I hold alt, I click with my stylus and when I move it changes to fullscreen, the resolution is hd, and when it takes me to Fullscreen shows
me the monitor 2 (ugee) as if it had 3840 resolution and the pointer does not match the location of my stylus.
For now the solution is to duplicate the monitors but I would like to work well in the option of extended, could guide me in the solution of this.
