I was wondering if there was a detailed monitoring tool for skype for business usage overall like how much bandwidth is used overall throughout an organization. So far what I can do is collect the bandwidth data used during a call and then based on that one session calculate an estimate overall.

hen attempting to create a Skype 2016 meeting within Outlook 2010 \Windows 7 some (but not all) users receive the following error:
'Create Skype Meeting failed. Please make sure that Skype for Business is running and signed-in and try'
Some Lync 2010 users also receive a similar error message
'Create online meeting failed. Please make sure that Lync is running and signed-in and try again.'
Users with this error also cannot add additional participants to ongoing IM's or Skype for Business\Lync calls.

I woud like to install Windows 8.1 on my PC. I downloaded the ISO file from Microsoft´s Website, but I have a Problem with finding a legal product key. I cannot believe that I did not find anything on the MS store either.
Please tell me where I can buy the license for windows 8.1? I cannot find anything on google, other than some dubious versions on Amazon for 8 EUR per license.
I hope you can help. I prefer to buy the license online and use it asap.

Recently, I've noticed the tiles that are in my start menu are not showing their respective icons (the picture shown below describes my problem better). I've looked up a solution from this forum and other forums online to go to the task manager and select 'restart' on the Windows Explorer task and though it does fully work, it only lasts for a few minutes. I've even tried to restart my computer and still nothing works. Any help would be appreciated!
And also, is there any way to change the tiles' color individually? I know that you can change the overall color scheme but I'm interested only in the individual tile colors. Thanks!
When my username is actually connected to that very same email? I've changed my password so many times but yet I can't sign in when two weeks ago I could.
Also, are they both different accounts? Cause the contacts from my main skype account (the one with the username) doesn't sync to the one with my email address.
Can someone help with me this? Have got important teleconferences coming up and this is really frustrating

Gmail will not load. It gets stuck on the screen showing the progress bar. Thisonly happens in Internet Explorer, so I thought I would begin by clearing my cookies. I thought that they were stored in these folders:

However, when I click Tools > Safety > Delete browsing history, select "Cookies and website data", and click the Delete button, none of the files in the above folders gets deleted. And I still can't login to Gmail. How can I delete cookies?

I saw a windows developer give a speech that windows 10 would be able to run android apps. Did this change? Are there settings available that will allow an android app to run on windows to phones? there are videos on youtube promising that they have a solution that allows android to run on windows.
Did windows take care of this problem in windows 10 phone?

My problem is that my folders "send", "junk" etc are within the inbox folder as sub-folders when they should be as main folders.
How can I get the folders like sent, junk etc as main folders ? Please see the images below.
