Skype for business sign in and connecting call problems

Hi there,

I have been using Skype for business from both my home desktop and laptop successfully for months in order to work from home once a week. I am logging in using my work account but since Thursday I have not been able to sign in on these devices and make calls from my work account. I can sign in using the app on my phone but when I try to make a call it will ring out but not connect when the person answers. I took my laptop into my work setting on Friday and using the wi-fi at work it all worked fine. Work say it is a problem with my internet at home but it is working fine with everything else. I have tried re-booting several times on all devices. Any help would be most welcome. Thank you.

Update starts to load and hangs at about 9 % and stops process with an error code. 8 others had the same problem. I have a tablet and no way to write out details other than what I've listed.

Windows 10 - Bad Screen after wakeup from sleep

After updating my windows today, I am facing issue when wakeu from sleep.

The screen is all garbled and i can see a square(big) moving when i move the mouse pointer.

Remover caixas de texto, em uma planilha excel

Em uma planilha excel, não sei como, tem muitas caixas de texto, invisíveis, que somente aparecem quando passo o cursor em determinadas células e ele muda de forma, de uma cruz encorpada, para um "I" maiúsculo, como se fosse uma "viga I".

Entrei em contato com o suporte, e após uma hora de Chat, fiquei sem resposta.

Não sei como aconteceu, mas tem caixas de texto brotando em toda parte, deve tem centenas, provavelmente com copiare  colar se multiplicaram.

Tem como remover, em lote? isto é todas de uma vêz?

αλλαγή γλώσσας στο movie maker

Καλησπέρα.

Κατέβασα το movie maker στα windows 10 και προσπάθησα να αλλάξω την γλώσσα στο (εφαρμογες χ86) - windows live όμως δεν γίνεται. Υπάρχει κάποιος άλλος τρόπος να κατεβάσω το αρχείο γλώσσας η να μπορέσω να αλλάξω γλώσσα από αγγλικά στα Ελληνικά.

OneNote overwrote recent edits with last save file?

Yesterday Onenote was just fine, up to date. This morning I opened it up and found I was missing the last week of entries on all my pages. I date everything as I put it in, and my last entry is for May 20.I'm not missing pages (please don't tell me how to recover those, that isn't my problem), I'm missing a week's worth of data on every page I edited this past week. Is there any way to recover this? It seems like my Onenote is opening last week's save file instead of my most recent edits.

Office 365 migration stalled due to higher priority jobs

Hi! I am in need of help! I am currently doing a staged migration from Exchange 2007 to Office 365. I've managed to migrate a few mailboxes already, but I started a batch of 15 mailboxes over 13 hours ago. 14 of those migrated quite fast, but the last one just won't finish.

In the meantime I've tried
- starting/stopping the migration.
- Make a new migration for just the failing user
- Made another migration while the failing one was "Stalled". This migration succeeded with no problems. 
- Restarted MS Replication Service and even rebooted my local Exchange.
- Checked system resources. These are fine, also network is clear. Migration was started outside work hours.

Is there a way to force the migration or give it high priority?

Ciao, non riesco a risolvere il problema password dal mio pc. Anzi è peggiorato se possibile: 

-ho tolto la spunta alla voce "Per utilizzare questo Pc è necessario che l'utente immetta il nome e la password", ma eccola sempre là; 
-ieri ho creato il mio account Microsoft per scaricare qualche gioco, così ora nella schermata iniziale, quando accendo il pc, mi ritrovo con due profili per i quali però posso accedere solo con la password creata per l'account Microsoft di ieri!

Ho provato anche, dalla voce Opzioni di accesso>Cambia password e lasciare in bianco il campo come indicato ma è impossibile proseguire perché è obbligatorio compilare una nuova password

Skype for Business Mac - Separate Windows bug?

I am on 16.2.156, which as of this post, is the latest version.

I prefer to use separate windows for conversations but I am now experiencing an annoying issue where Skype keeps starting new window threads.

E.G.  I initiate a chat with a contact.  We exchange a few messages.  I then switch to a different app, frequently Outlook but I'm not sure that is important.  The person I am chatting with then adds a new comment.  But Skype does not add it to the existing chat window that I have open, it starts a new thread and to read the message I now have to have a second chat window open for the same contact.  And to make matters worse, my conversation history in Outlook is not maintained to show the text in the second chat window.

For right now, I am going to disable "Show conversations in a separate window".

Outlook 2016 - Blank white credential box instead of username and password.

Hi all, 

Anyone that can help will be greatly appreciated. I have a user who when clicks onto Outlook 2016 gets a credential box appears, but instead of the usual Username and Password, it's just a plain white box. Nowhere to enter your credentials. 

I've tried the account on another laptop and it works fine. But there seems to be an issue on this particular laptop, tried different accounts and the same issue on this laptop. I've removed all credentials in 'credential manager' to no avail. 

Any help greatly appreciated.

Setting Up Skype For Business PSTN Calling

I have followed the steps here https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Set-up-PSTN-Calling-for-Skype-for-Business-57893158-1acd-44ac-acaf-19f58264a9e0

However, I still get the notification "You don't have a PSTN Calling license to acquire new User numbers."  

I am needing help to get this working.  We have 5 E5 licenses and I am wondering if it was because my user account was disabled as we did the trial at the beginning of last year.

デスクトップCompaq 6000Pro SFF E7500 160GB 2.0G2

★Windows7( エデション?か、ホームか忘れました )の 32bitを使ってましたが、

データ量がいっぱいで動作も重くなったためリストアして、

Windows7 pro 64bitで再構築してみました。

Windows アップデートはしてますが、次々に再起動かけては、更新を促されます。

しかしインストールしてすぐに、すでに反応が遅く、IEもchoms? もエラーを起こしましたという 黄色△に ビックリマーク! 表示かでて、ページもなかなか開きません。

ウィルスソフトで アバストをダウンロードしてWEB対策にしたから動作が遅いのか?と、アバストを止めてみましたが、動作の遅さは変わりませんでした。

テキスト文字の変換スピードも文字を打ち込んでも時差で、ペカペカ点滅してからやっと文字が出てきます。

やはりはじめから再インストールして、32bitにした方が良いのでしょうか?

the free Kapersky scan has found 6 copies of Trojan-Downloader.MSWord.Agent.auz on my computer. I have Office 2011 for Mac, Word 14.7.3. So far I don't detect any issues with Word, but I'm having awful problems with Outlook (freezing, emails vanished).

How can I tell how long it's been there?

How bad is this?

How do I get rid of it?
