Envelopes will not print Word 2007 with HP Pro 8600 Recent problem
Windows 10 installed 2 years ago, so not problem.
Had 2007 Office installed from beginning and all worked well
Recent months Word will not print envelopes. Runs them through as normal but no printing on envelope.
Reinstalled Office after removing it.......... No help.
Updated all printer drivers..........No help
Tried different fonts and paper sizes............. No help

"Plugged in, not charging" issue. No solutions work!!!
Recently, I got my new ASUS ZenBook UX330U. However, on its 4th day, it said on the battery meter "plugged in, not charging". I was looking all over the internet for the past 4 hours, and no single solution worked. My laptop has a screw in the bottom, so the battery is not removable. I reinstalled the drivers, killed the power and plugged in, and all sorts of things.
I am pretty sure that the battery and the charger is ok, since it's 4 days since it came, and I have not moved it since it came.
What's a possible fix that might work?

Outlook 2010 and windows 10
I have a new laptop and installed my purchased office 2010 disks. Everything works except Outlook. When I try to open Outlook I get this message: Windows Security with my Outlook email address and wanting a password. I type in the password - which I know is correct because I changed it specifically to work with this problem. I hit "OK" and this window continues to appear. When I click on "cancel" I get the message that Microsoft Exchange is unavailable and Outlook must be online or connected to complete this action (I am connected).
When I click on "OK" another window appears: Microsoft Exchange - with an ID for the MS Exchange server and an ID for the Outlook mailbox. There is a button that says "check name". I cannot get any further than this because the name does not check. BTW I have windows 10 on my desktop and Outlook 2010 and do not have this problem.

Running Office 2016 Pro: when saving and changing directory in Word - there is an exception error
the error message says:
The exception unknown software exception (0xe0000002) occured in the application at location 0x000000007532B802.
The Pc run with Windows 10 Pro.
Problem started last month after the long "3D creator update" !
Occurs when saving a Word file and changing to another directory.
Have already: get online remote support from microsoft that uninstalled Office, reinstalled the program after cleaning the registry.
Anyone has any idea ?

Ryzen 1600 BSoD and freezing Help!!

The above is a post i made on a forum last night in order to find help. It has a link to the debug file i grabbed an all relevant information.
TL:DR - Ryzen system has been through 2 mobo, 2 sets ram, 2 PSU, and been clean installed after format each time. Im suspecting CPU at this point but am trting once more with a fresh install and uodates (froze twice while updating)
Also i notixed the freeze would happen when i moved the wireless mouse so i have now unplugges it in case somehow this driver was causing the issues.
If anyone can help that would be great!

After trying the Windows Update Troubleshooter, we suggest you follow the steps below to delete$WINDOWS.~BT folder:
- Open the File Explorer and click on This PC.
- Select Local Disk (C:) (or whichever your system hard drive is).
- Click on the View tab and put a check mark on Hidden Files.
- Find the folder named $WINDOWS.~BT and delete it.
- Restart your computer and try to update again to Windows 10 Creators Update.

挿入に因る数式でギリシャ文字を使います。４年程前に突然文字の形状が変わりました。ζが今の文字形です。以前はもう少し形の美しい流線型の文字形でした。一本の数式の中に新旧の文字が混在し見難い式に成ってしまった。ギリシャ文字の形状を以前のものに戻したいのです。どうすれば良いでしょうか。

OneDrive not getting started automatically when I start Windows while option is selected OK
My Settings are shared above...........if anything is wrong, please suggest.
Without the OneDrive starting automatically every day whenever I boot-up my machine, I run the risk of my files not getting automatically synced to the Cloud storage. Unless I manually start the app, it doesn't work.
Also the option of handling of conflict while the drive is accessed by multiple computers is not working. Please see the screenshot below.

How to disable the Signout option in skype for business
Hi All,
I would like to know if there is a way by GPO or by batch files where we can disable the sign out option in Skype for Business on a corporate environment. Any suggestions on this would be valuable.

!PLEASE HELP! Microphone issue (Fading in and out)
Okay so I've had this issue for several months and it has really worn me thin.
I am currently using the latest available Desktop app version of Skype (Time of post: v7.35) however the issue started several versions earlier and updating has had zero effect on the issue.
I typically only use Skype for one group call that roughly 6 of my friends and I constantly use to play games. Whenever in the call, at seemingly random moments,
typically when I'm talking for a longer duration of time (more than just a few words) my friends state that me voice level drops drastically (fading in and out) to the point where I am incomprehensible.
It happens very frequently when I speak but there are also times that I get several sentences in without any change in volume.
Just a a few questions to answer before they're asked:
- No, I definitely don't have the 'Auto adjust microphone' setting active
- No, it's not a hardware issue with the headset/microphone itself (have cycled several different headsets - same issue
- Supporting reason for above: Have also temporarily switched to Axon,Discord and Teamspeak with the same headsets and had NO issue at all
- Have also rolled back to previous versions of Skype and the issue seemingly vanishes (was fine with this resolution,
until i started getting locked out of the application for older generations and now cannot download any that are new enough to allow me to connect but old enough to the issue is not present.)
If it helps I'm running Windows 7 64bit with Intel(R) core i5-4670K CPU with 8GB RAM
The headset/microphone I'm currently using is a TurtleBeach PX11. However the issue was also present when using a set of Astro A40s.
I recently installed a driver scan tool and discovered I was missing quite a few different drivers, some of which included sound drivers. After properly updating all the drivers on the computer I thought the issue was fixed.
Few hours later on Skype, friends tell me its still occurring.
Getting very sick of this issue as it is essentially pointless to say anything more then a few words. As stated, a decent amount of testing was on done on Discord, Axon and older versions of Skype(when I could actually use them successfully) and the issue was NOT present.
I have been working on trying to figure out at which version of Skype the problem actually starts occurring but it's obviously taking me some time as I need to uninstall current version, locate old version, download, install, have friends around to test for an hour or so and then repeat.
Absolutely any fresh ideas or recommendations are appreciated, as Skype online assistance just hasn't helped at all.
Also yes, I could just move to Discord seeing as it seems to work fine. But that's not really the point. If the issue is with Skype related as it appears to be I want to do my best to fix it before having to convince all my friends to move to another program.
Again any help appreciated.
