Ho comprato un nuovo PC portatile (laptop) della Lenovo Ideapad 500 15ISK (CPU i5-6200U). Su di esso c'è preinstallato Windows 10 a 64 bit in italiano ed il pacchetto Office 2016 in lingua inglese. Non so se il pacchetto Office installato è a 32 o 64 bit.
Dato che ho un abbonamento a Office365 Home per 5 PC, volendo installare una sicura versione Office a 64 bit e comunque in italiano, con il mio account micrsoft, nello spazio personale di abbonamento, ho cercato di installare la versione Office desiderata
senza però riuscirci. Le istruzioni on-line, per l'installazione di Office a 64 bit, fanno capire che bisognerebbe prima di tutto disinstallare le versioni a 32 bit. Ho provveduto a scaricare il file di rimozione, pur ignorando se sul mio PC ci fosse o meno la
versione a 32 bit. Il file scaricato non è riuscito a far la rimozione. Cosa devo fare? Salvatore Di Donna

Pues ocurre que cuando el texto no supera una línea todo va bien, así:
(Pi) Flauta, violín...
pero cuando supera más de una línea se separa el primer elemento del segundo, así:
(Pi)
Flauta, violín, guitarra......
Cómo puedo solucionar esto?

PC locked at start up "ZEUS scam?"
I've fallen victim to the "ZEUS scam" when the subject of buying the 7layer security software for $300. came up, I stopped& called a PC shop and was advised to restore my computer to a point before the attack.Now I get a popup window that says my computer
is configured to require a password to start up. I can't get past it. HELP PLEASE. I do have my win.10 disc on hand if it'll help

Skype to Ipad connection
Just recently I have had difficulty contacting a user that has an ipad. We were O.K. up until about two weeks ago. We can each contact the Echo/Sound test address and receive our recorded message ok. When we try co contact one another, the receiving party does not get any incoming call indication and the call fails. I am using my PC on W10 and can contact my laptop Ok as a test. Forgot to add that we can both use the im facility to chat online in text, but we cannot connect by video and audio.
Any ideas?

Bij de upgrade van Windows 10 versie 2017 krijg ik nadat Windows is gedownload de volgende melding
"u kunt windows-instellingen, persoonlijke bestanden en Apps niet behouden omdat uw huidige versie van windows mogenlijk niet-ondersteunde map is geïnstallerd"
Echter zijn de voorgaande installatie en upgrades van Windows 10 wel goed gegaan.
Ik wil graag de instellingen, bestanden en apps gewoon behouden.
Wie kan mij vertellen wat er mis gaat??

Why is my banking app saying Windows Mobile isn't suporting their new features. They gonna remove the app!
I got a notification from my banking app, (ABN Amro) telling me they gonna stop supporting the mobile app because some features they will implant in their update is supported on IOS and android but not on Windows Mobile 10.
So I know the app store is depending on developers and so for the low amount of supported apps Microsoft in not entirely to blame. But if Windows mobile isn't supporting the modern features, especially important ones for banking, I believe windows mobile is gonna die for sure.
It would be a shame since I really like the interface of the OS and can use the apps I need. But if I can't make transactions on my phone, I am not sure mine next phone will be a Microsoft.
So can you tell me pleas, are you working on a solution for this?

Excel with hidden columns doesnt open
I had Excel version 1.3, it was ok. After tghe updates al my spreedsheets with hidden columns doesn't open.
I installed the updates, but none resolver my problem.
The app was reinstall and i tested in several devices.

Hola,
hay determinados vínculos a otros libros de excel que no se actualizan automáticamente sino que tenemos que abrir los otros libros para que se actiualicen. Creo que funciones como "sumar.si" generan este problema pero me genera mucho trabajo en ficheros con muchos vínculos. ¿Hay alguna solución?

Tastiera SP4
Buongiorno,
Da quando ho aggiornato 2 settimane fa, la tastiera del mio SP4 ci impiega un bel po' per riattivarsi quando passo da modalità tablet a laptop. E poi a volte non funziona neanche e per farlo funzionare devo staccarlo e riattaccarlo.

Der "Answer-Desk" konnte leider nicht weiterhelfen :-(
Mein System:
MacbookPro mit MacOs Sierra (10.12.5)
Microsoft Office 365 Home (aktuellste Version) - spezifisch OneNote 15.34
Ein Kollege hat mit mir ein OneNote Notizbuch (sharepoint) geteilt. Online kann ich ohne Probleme darauf zugreifen (einfacher Login mit meinem Live-Passwort).
Wenn ich allerdings auf den Button "In der Desktop Version anzeigen" klicke, bekomme ich - nach nochmaliger Anmeldung mit meinem Account - folgende Fehlermeldung angezeigt:
"Wir konnten diesen Speicherort nicht öffnen. Möglicherweise ist der nicht vorhanden, oder Sie sind nicht berechtigt, ihn zu öffnen."
Ein weiterer Kollege, der ebenso Office für Mac benutzt, konnte problemlos auch via dem Desktop-Programm darauf zugreifen.
