I usually use Skype with my phone(Android-Galaxy A520).
Two months ago
One day morning, suddenly logged out and I couldn't log in again.
The pop-up message said I got too many spam mails so you guys blocked my account.
But I didn't! Even I used my phone number for my ID! not my e- mail address.
What the 'spam mail' is??
Anyway, I proved myself with several procedures and changed my password.
But still couldn't log in my skype app in my phone.(I could log in my laptop. So I think It's a app problem)
Just 'unable to sign in'
So I made new account and I've used it about two months.
But this morning, same problem happened.
I couldn't log in on my phone, because you blocked my account because the 'spam mail' thing again.
After some irritating procedures, I can log in on web page now but still can't on my phone.
I asked this thing to skype korean branch(Because I am Korean), but they always say 'we have no technical team, so you have to contact headquarter's customer services in Luxembourg.' So I am writing this now.
According to MS customer services, there are some problems with this skype app.
I am sick of 'install-uninstall again and again' and stupid korean customer services.
Could you do something for me and my account? I don't want to be blocked again and I want to use this with my phone.
