windows 10 版本14372，微软拼音输入法简体繁体切换快捷键问题
升级到14372以后，突然发现多了一个简体繁体切换的快捷键操作ctrl+shift+F；可是这个快捷键跟我其他地方常用的快捷键冲突，而且还没有修改设置的地方。除了换输入法，有没有其他解决方案。

Windows 10 - Teclado no funciona en Edge, Tienda, Cortana, buscador y ciertas aplicaciones de Windows 10.
Hola, tengo un problema con mi teclado, este no funciona en ciertas aplicaciones de Windows 10.
Tengo una licencia digital de Windows 8.1 home que adquiri con la compra de mi notebook, en el lanzamiento de windows 10 realice la actualización, estuvo funcionando bien con algunos de los errores comunes que venian en consecuencia de la actualizacion automatica, mas estaba funcionando bien, por razones externas realice el formateo completo del notebook reinstalando esta vez el windows 10 creator update limpio, todo este proceso ha sido normal con una activacion de licencia correcto, la actulazaciones de los controladores mayormente las realizó windows update con difirencias de algunos que tuve que descargar directamente de la pagina del fabricante de mi notebook. El controlador del teclado y mousepad fue uno de ellos ya que el teclado de mi notebook posee tecla con FN (Funcion) que antes de la instalacion del controlador no funcionaban. Hasta ahora todo estaba bien, con excepcion de algunas teclas de fn que no funcionan (estas dejaron de funcionar en la actualizacion automatica de windows 8.1 para windows 10, suponiendo que irian a funcionar de nuevo con la instalacion limpia pero no fue asi) luego pude notar que en el buscador de Cortana, el buscador de Configuracion y aplicaciones como Edge, Calculadora, Mapas, Tiempo y Tienda no funciona el teclado, incluso si voy a conectarme a una nueva red wifi y voy a colocar la contrseña, tampoco funciona. Parece que las aplicaciones de Windows 10 no reconocieran el teclado. Me parece bastante extraño ya que otros navegadores, Office, CMD y explorador de archivos si funciona como debe, y he probado windows update la actualizacion de los controladores y dice que esta actualizado, desde administracion de dispositivos y esta actualizado, incluso probe varios programas de actualizadores de drivers y dice lo mismo. ¿Qué puede estar sucediendo y cual puede ser la solución?

line height resetting in Excel
I have a 3300 line, columns A-M. spreadsheet. Line heights vary, mostly 15pts high, some higher for multiple lines of text. When I sort the rows by different columns, Excel changes some of the row height, hiding some of the data in some rows and, most often, adding blank space to rows. Manually setting row height does not hold when the spreadsheet is sorted.
Most of the cells are text. I chose Excel for its sorting capability over Word for this project.
How do get row height to hold at the heights I set?

I have tested and get this error when creating new documents in Office 365
I use Chrome Version 58.0.3029.110 (64-bit) on Mac OS Sierra

I can create new document from OneDrive folder, but not from Chrome.
I have also tested with same Chrome version on Windows 7, same issue.
Also same issue if I use the "in private mode" with my browser (no addons, nor cookies)

If I test with IE11 on that Windows 7, it works.
If I click on a shared document, it works.

BSoDs Again...
A month ago my computer started getting BSoDs while playing certain games, and I consulted this website for answers. One was provided for me and it somewhat solved my problem. I used the Windows 10 ISO tool to reinstall Windows. I still got BSoDs after, but the frequency at which it happened decreased by a lot.

Anyways now it seems that my computer is acting up again and giving me more BSoDs. Sometimes it just randomly restarts with no blue screen to display or updates to install., it just turns black and restarts. Sometimes it'll randomly give me a blue screen and restart, and maybe get stuck in a blue screen loop which then triggers an Automatic Repair that won't go through.
I've looked up the error codes for all the blue screens and they all seem to relate to one thing. Outdated drivers or corrupt/missing memory files. The solution always said "Update your graphics drivers" or something of that variant. I update my graphics driver and nothing seems to happen. My PC says its up to date. All the other drivers seem to be updated as they don't have the exclamation mark every website says is supposed to be displayed.
Some of the error codes I've gotten, but are not limited to, are...
SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED
PAGE_FAULT_IN_NON_PAGED_AREA
UNEXPECTED_STORE_EXCEPTION
I really need the answer to fix this. I don't have enough patient to keep resetting my PC and redownloading all my games and such. Too much time and bandwidth is wasted.
If you want crash logs or anything please give me instructions on how to do so.

Office 365 warnings for sharing with anonymous link
I am trying to set a warning for files and folder that are shared with an anonymous link.
There are a lot of possibilities on https://protection.office.com/#/managealerts, and for so far what I have tested works. Except for the "When an anonymous link is created" option. I have set multiple warnings, and this one doesn't get sent.
Also, when looking what has been shared in the site settings (OneDrive for Business), the items that have been shared with an anonymous link don't show.
Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?

Outlook 2016 search shared mailboxes
We have shared mailboxes added as delegate Automapped access via ECP. When searching we can only search when using the scope "current mailbox" or "Sub folders". We want to use 'All mailboxes", however we only get a few results when using this method.
Is it not feasible to index both primary Exchange account and shared(or AutoMapped) mailbox in the Outlook profile? We need to manually select the Current Mailbox/Subfolders scope in the Search tab when searching in a shared mailbox?

Emails missing from Outlook 2013 inbox that appear in OWA
When connecting to a Shared Office 365 email address there are a number of 'invisible' emails.
Outlook counts them in the unread email count but doesn't show them.
They do appear through OWA. I can create a new folder, drag them into it and Outlook mirrors the changes/update the unread total. But doesn't show the emails themselves.
How can I get these emails to re-appear in Outlook?

Office365 crashed
My computer crashed Monday morning I've recovered everything except my Office365 none of which will run now. I'm guessing the easiest way to recover is uninstall if possible and reinstall. I have an active subscription so that's a plus in this mess.
Are any gotchas I need to watch out for??

win10最近幾天更新後, 發現造字工具造字後不能使用的問題
造字後notepad, wordpad等程式都馬上不能使用所造的字
只有edge可以
ie只有網頁內容可以輸入, 網址列不能
所謂的不能指的是unicode code E000 會顯示放大鏡符號
只有使用登出登入後才會正常
但是如果使用造字程式造字馬上又都不能顯示

OCM
Hi All
Im sure this has been covered somewhere but Ive searched all the threads and had some "less than usefull" input from a support call.
We are a small company out of Saudi arabia (British)
20 staff
All 20 have office 2016 licencing
We use a web based CRM
We decided to move to 356 Premium, mainly because of OCM
We are First Release and All....
I received a message from MS saying that we now have OCM and that First release roll out was complete.
Frustraitingly we havent got it (or at lease none of the 5 users who are using 365 Premium have it)
All the licencing documentation says we have it...but honestly...We dont!!!!
Its not in Add Ins etc
MS support say its being rolled out and dont seem to get my question as to us being First release and receiveing messages in regard OCM etc.
Any ideas would be welcome.

Mailtip displays wrong number of distribution group members
We have a mail-enabled Security Group that exists in our local AD and is synchronized to Office 365 using Azure AD connect. The MailTip for this group is reporting 179 members, when there are actually only 152.
How can I get this MailTip count to update?

Ecxcel documents
Hi;
All Excel document are saved in PDF and I cannot access them. How do I convert the PDF document into Excel ?
I cannot open any of the documents it says I must use PDF and I do not want to use PDF I want to use Excel.

Hola. El otro día estuve borrando música para agregar nueva y supongo que en eso borre algo importante por que ahora no me andan las app de calendario, podcast, música, vídeo, etc. intente borrarlas para volverlas a descargar y no pude.

Lumia 530 - Al restablecer, no me aparecen algunas aplicaciones.

Ya se que es casi reliquia pero funciona. El problema es que he restaurado los valores y cuando vuelve a instalarse desaparecen la transferencia de datos y el calendario. No están en las aplicaciones. Alguien me podría decir como solucionarlo? Gracias!!

Lumia 640 XL - Error al buscar actualizaciones en Windows 10 Mobile.
Hola buenas noches, hoy volví mi Lumia 640 XL a Windows 8.1 con el device tool y todo bien en 8.1, después me pase a Windows 10 con el asesor de actualizaciones y todo bien (según parecía) pero a la hora de buscar la actualización de Windows 10 aniversario
me sale que no se ha podido comunicar con el servidor, otras veces me tira un error (no lo anote), e igual no me deja bajar actualizaciones, después me metí a la tienda para ver si con el apps de inssider, pero tampoco me deja bajarla, estoy atorado en esta
versión de Windows 10... dejo las capturas de versión en la que me da el error. Ahorita estoy volviendo a 8.1 Update 2, que es el que me da el divice tool por default. Espero me puedan ayudar por fa. Gracias.

Linked signatures to multiple email addresses
I have one email account with Office 365, but I send various email addresses through that account. When using Outlook 2013 on my laptop, the different signature block for each email address would automatically come up when that address was selected.
That does not happen now with Office 365. Any suggestions on how to fix this? Thank you
