When trying to gain access to my account it said someone else may be using my account. I have filled out the security information to the best of my ability, however, I was told this information was inadequate. I called Microsoft to get some help as my
account is associated to many other things such as my office account and apple account. They have associated my office to a new account but all my shared documents are lost so the issue is still unsolved. I need to have access to my account as soon as possible
as due to it being unavailable i cant use my shared documents, my apple account or get access to important work emails. Is there a way to get my account verified quickly!?

Bom dia,
Gostaria de saber se está ocorrendo algum erro nos servidores do Skype, pois estou com problemas na minha empresa.
Ao tentar logar, ele fica em branco, já tirei do firewall e o mesmo continua igual.
As pessoas que estão logadas o Skype funciona, já as que se desconectarem ou que tentarem conectar do dia 22/05 para cá, não conseguem, apenas colocam o login e ao teclarem enter fica em branco, sem contar que não consigo baixar o .exe do site.

ich habe es irgendwie fertiggebracht, die Schriftgrösse der Ikonen, der Anzeigebalken etc. zu vergrösseren. Kann mir jemand beschreiben, wie ich hier wieder die Standardgrösse einstelle? Das betrifft zB auch den Balken der Instrumentenanzeige bei einem offenen Word-Dokument. Dieser nimmt nun das obere drittel des worddokuments ein, was extrem unpraktisch ist. Dankeschön

misspelled my account name - how do I change ?
I see a lot of post claiming that you can do this simply by going to account settings but this does not work.
On the network my name is still misspelled as well in just about any other place where the computer reports itself.
I understand the creating a new account and then deleting the old one but then I lose all my setting, features and most importantly my OneDrive files.
There has to be a way to correct this without blowing away all those things just to correct the spelling.

Do NOT show a records in query if...
I am trying to find a way to show all records in a query except for the records if they they meet these requirements.. In other words...don't show these records in the query results if the condition is true.
The method trying to use iin expression is..
If field "Milestone group" = "AD *" and "Asset qualification status "= "Exception in effect" then don't show the record in the query.
Is this the best way to handle this?

Excel cannot open this file
We have three excel files, in the same folder, created on iPad that cannot be opened through OneDrive Online or on a computer.
When trying to open on any Mac who has access to this folder, I get this message:

I have tried restoring an older version with no luck. I also get this error when trying to open a file from online:
When trying to open on an iPad, I get this message: "Can't open file. Microsoft Excel can't open the file 'filename'.xlsx' because its file format or file extension isn't valid, or the file might be damaged."
To summarize, three separate people are creating excel files on their own iPad. The files are then emailed to another person who saves them in her OneDrive shared folder. The Excel files cannot be opened from OneDrive or Online or even the original file sent through email.
iPad Excel Version: 2.1
Mac Excel Version: 15.34
Mac OneDrive Version: 17.3.6725
Thoughts? Advice?

lost files after update
respected Microsoft ,
it's very shame for u and very very unhappy and sad moment for me because due to your latest CRATOR update I have lost most of my files . they all were very very important to me and I didn't have any backup . files those are in OneDrive are remaining and some other files which was not in OneDrive they are also remaining but most of my files that were in Picture are deleted . so tell me what to do...???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????����

DAX editor inconsistency - "Check DAX Formula" error messages
Dear All,
I usually work with DAX in Power BI Desktop where I have never faced any trouble.
Now I am trying to write some DAX in Excel 2016 and I have noted that while writing the formula the editor suggests to use " ; " as separator (like Power BI Desktop) it than gives a warning message of this kind: "The syntax for ';' is incorrect".
At this point it is necessary to change all the " ; " in the function to " , " and than everything works.
If instead I start using the " , " as separator from the very beginning than the formula editor does not suggest me the right function parameters.
Anyone can give me an explanation or suggest me how to submit the issue to Microsoft?

OneNote v16.0 (170508) Immediate Crash on iPhone iOS 10.3.1
Hello,
I am using a new iPhone 6s (one week old) and was successfully using the previous version of OneNote for many years. A few days after configuring the phone, Microsoft released a new version of OneNote and I updated to the new version as prompted in the App
store, v16.0 (170508).
After launching OneNote the second time it immediately minimizes or crashes to the Home screen. OneNote has never launched since. I repeated the crash many times, I've rebooted the phone, and I removed and reinstalled the app. I still have the same problem
with crashing to the home screen.
In iOS 10.3.1 Settings, there is no information in the "Last Error ID" or "Last Error Version" under "Help us Improve". Has there been any progress on the Microsoft team that would address this issue?
I posted last week in the forum referenced below because another person who was experiencing a similar issue with the previous version of OneNote. I submitted the error logs in a private message to Microsoft but with no response or acknowledgement.
Is anyone else experiencing this issue with the latest version of OneNote on iPhone? Has anyone been able to solve the problem or revert to the previous version of OneNote?

On android device there is an option to sync skype contacts, but on ios I am unable to find option for this.

Panneau de configuration s'ouvre et se ferme
Bonjour,
Voilà un PC qui me donne des soucis.
PC en W8.1 migré en W10.
Problème 1 :
impossible de créer des comptes locaux : résolu en restaurant le dossier C:\USERS\DEFAUT.
Problème 2 :
Impossible de l'upgrader avec la Creator Update erreur 0xc1900208. Résolu avec l'ISO en installant.
Voilà maintenant un nouveau problème :
Le Panneau de Configuration s'ouvre et après 2 ou 3 secondes de referme.
Il semble qu'il recherche des fichiers, le lecteur de DVD s'active ?
Gros Hic, un nettoyage du disque a été fait et les fichiers d'anciennes versions et ceux de Windows Update ont été effacés.

DLL File error/ Game Installation issues
Hi,
I'm using windows 10 Home (completely up to date).
I'm trying to install 'L.A Noire : The complete edition' and after successful complete installation without making any changes to the default directory of the installation, i'm getting the error message after which the game starts but crashes a few seconds later.
I have contacted the R* Games support bu their suggestions doesn't seem to be working.
I have tried,
Disabling all startup services and then restarted the computer, ran sfc scan in cmd, downloading and replacing the XINPUT1_3.dll file, performed a clean installation of the game, checked for the latest directx update, updated nvidia drivers
but still nothing.
Please help,

windows 10 mobileでのcreators update後の不具合
Windows 10 mobileでのアップデート（1607⇒1703）をした後、2、3日に一度の頻度で、スリープから復帰できない状態になり、その都度、電源ボタンを長押し（10秒程度）しています。
端末はHP elite x3で、一度、初期化をしましたが、また再現してしまいました。
ちなみに、普段はHP純正の「Wallet Folio Leather Case」の蓋を閉じてスリープしています。
2、3日ほ普通に使えていますが、突然、蓋を開けても画面が真っ暗なままでいろいろとスイッチなどを押しても、いっさい反応しません。
アップデートの不具合でしょうか？
何か対処法がありましたらご教示ください。
