users cannot change passwords on their own
Split from this thread.
In our version of O365, users cannot change passwords on their own as we depend solely on volunteers. However, we have users with alternate emails from past volunteers which we would like to change or eliminate. Users themselves are unable to make the changes. How can this be done. And no, we don't have Azure.

PowerPoint Text Highlighting

According to the above article, text highlighting is available to O365 users. I have checked my updates on O365 PowerPoint and I am on the latest version. Still do not see highlighting text icon.
Any suggestion / pointers?

Cannot load MS Office 365
Can someone help...? My hard drive crashed and I had to replace it but office 365 was lost and not reloaded. I have gone back into MS and they ask for a long-winded product key that I do not have as I subscribe monthly and just have a subscription ID.
Two questions please...should I buy the software and update or continue monthly subscriptions, and secondly, how can I find a product key to download office 365.

am re seller and i have customer who purchased office 365 business 10 users and it worked just fine until this year they asked for renewal but they wanted to decrease to five users and i got the license and added it to the users accounts however the application are still asking for activation and outlook is not working knowing i have reinstalled these application using there emails..your help is really appreciated.

Uploading multiple photos from iPhone/iPad to OneDrive using the OneDrive app
I have an Office365 account that has both SharePoint and OneDrive (personal drive). When uploading photos from either iPhone or iPad to Office365 SharePoint location using the OneDrive app there is no way to select multiple photos (other than individually selecting them and with several hundred photos to upload this is very very tedious).
Plus, when starting within the iPhone or iPad Photo library and attempting to upload photos to OneDrive via the share icon, the only OneDrive location is my OneDrive personal drive. There is no way to navigate to the Office365 SharePoint directory as is possible when beginning with the OneDrive app.
There is a feature missing in both of these scenarios .... HELP MICROSOFT!!

В BIOS в разделе Advanced ставлю в Primary Display PCIE, по дефолту стоит CPU Graphics, нажимаю F10 сохраняю, но если ребутнуть и открыть BIOS, то опять стоит CPU graphics. И всё сводится к этому : Используемый дисплей не подключен к ГП NVIDIA.
Компьютер видит видеокарту, но не использует её что-ли.

Will deleting SharePoint Online Site Collection delete all data in OneDrive for Business?
I am starting some important SharePoint 2016 upgrade training and want to redo my Office 365 for Business SharePoint Online site so I can start from scratch for this training. I think I know what the answer is because OneDrive for Business stores all its data in SharePoint. So that tells me I need to move or backup all my OneDrive for Business files before doing this.
I'm just not sure I have seen this anywhere.
My Plan:
1. Backup all OneDrive for Business files and also move them off to a local backup not in 365.
2. Delete my site collection.
3. Plan the new site collection and site architecture and start over.
4. I will be installing my own dev SharePoint 2016 farm in my office later but I need this working now.
That should do it.
I just would like to know if for a fact I CAN leave my files in OneDrive for Business even though they are in SharePoint and I'm deleting my site collection. They may be stored in SharePoint but just not my site collection.
Any thoughts or knowledge?
I have done some digging but will look a bit harder at this. I will look more at exactly how OneDrive is designed, it's been awhile since I looked that close at it.

hotmail 별칭을 outlook으로 변경하기 위해 gmail별칭을 등록하여 기본으로 설정 후 hotmail별칭을 삭제하였습니다.
outlook별칭을 등록 후 기본 별칭으로 변경하려 하니 기본 별칭으로 변결 할 수 없다고 나옵니다. outlook.com에서 확인해보니 알수없는 영문과 숫자의 조합으로 된 이름이 계정명으로 뜹니다.
