I've found instructions on how to bring up Safe Mode. However, when I get to the last point before entering it, I'm asked for my password from the Ghost login. When I click on "OK" I get my regular login, but it asks for my password rather than my four
numbers. I don't know what my password is, since the ones I had will not work. So how do I get my regular login to ask me for my pin rather than my password?

Bluetooth problems got even worse after Creators Update. How do I fix?
I've noticed over the last several months that the Bluetooth on my Lumia 950XL has been disconnecting and frequently. This is especially the case when it comes to syncing with my Garmin Fenix Chronos Watch. Connecting to my previous Band, Band 2, cars with BT and Bluetooth headphones have never been an issue. Even when I bought my Garmin 2 months ago, the issues were minimal and I enjoyed having it. But since the creator's update came down on my phone 2-3 weeks ago, I've had nothing but problems with connecting to my Garmin and using Bluetooth features in general. When I turn on my Garmin watch and turn on BT on my phone, it never shows the name of the device connected in the quick actions screen. This happens even when the actual device tells me it's connected to my phone. When I go into the BT settings on my phone, it doesn't show that any device is connected but it lists all the devices I've connected to in the past.
If I select "remove device" button, nothing happens. The device is still listed regardless if BT is turned on or off. So, old devices like rental cars stay listed because I cannot remove them. My Garmin watch will fail to connect or sync 80% of the time. Even when it connects to sync, it disconnects within 5 seconds to 2 minutes. Does anybody know why this is happening and how to fix it? Is it better to wait for Microsoft to send out a fix/update or reset myself? I've done soft reboot and turned BT off and on several times. I would like to avoid resetting the phone but I'm willing to do if it actually fixes the issue. I thought about using the WDRT but it seems the reset function within the phone is a better option.

mein Internet Explorer 11.0.9600.18665 öffnet Links als neuen Tab nicht,
´Drag and Drop´ für einen neuen Tab funktioniert eigenartiger Weise.
Um es ganz exakt zu beschreiben, ich meine die Links die man Beispielsweise
bei einer Google-Suche bekommt. Selbst über dem Link schweben>rechte Maustaste
"in einer neuen Registrierkarte öffnen" führt nur zu einer weißen Seite mit `about:blank`
in der Adresszeile. Verwende ich "in einer neuen Fenster öffnen" passiert nichts.
Extras>Internetoptionen>Erweitert>InternetExplorer-Einstellungen zurücksetzen
und eine komplette Neuinstallation des Internet Explorer habe ich bereits erfolglos
ausprobiert. Ich würde mich sehr über Vorschläge zur Reparatur freuen.

New Windows 10 Skype doesn't recognise Lifecam VX-1000 for video
I installed Skype for Windows 10 but it does not find any imaging devices on my desktop even though it uses the LifeCam OK as the microphone. This means that I cannot use Skype video.
I have been into Device Manager and checked that the LifeCam appears there as an Imaging Device. I have also checked that I have the latest drivers installed for the LifeCam.
As a fix I have uninstalled Skype for Windows 10 and reinstalled the classic Skype for Desktop which continues to find the LifeCam and work no problems.
If anyone knows an obvious solution which will make the Lifecam show up as an imaging device in the Skype for Windows 10 settings that would be great. At the moment it just feels like a bug in Skype for Windows.

When I try to sign in on skype I get message saying that "Cookies must be allowed" I have enabled cookies on my browser and it still will not work. I have uninstalled and re-installed skype and it still will not let me log on. what do I do?

Surface Dock dropping Ethernet
In the past 3 days the Ethernet on the Surface Dock (not docking station) becomes disabled. This is on 3 different Docks, 2 going to Surface Books and one going to Surface Pro 3.
Device Manager shows the yellow warning triangle on the Surface Ethernet Adapter and says "This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device (Code 31) Object Name already exists"
I can always get the port to work again by deleting the device and letting Windows detect new devices. It reinstalls it and I'm back on Ethernet. The most recent reconnect worked for about a half hour. Fortunately I also have WiFi on this same network and it automatically switches to that connection.
The Driver Date for the Surface Ethernet Adapter is 1/24/2017, Version 10.4.124.2017.
I have updated all three docks using the Surface Dock Updater Tool and they all say they're current. I have updated all three Surface devices and they're all up to date. I did notice in the Update History the Microsoft Net with the same date and version as the Surface Ethernet Adapter was installed on 05/17/2017. Is there a bug in this update?

Network issues after Windows 10 Creators Update?
Hello there! Any assistance with this matter is greatly appreciated.
I updated my new laptop with the Windows 10 Creators Update, and ever since the update I have had connection issues with both Google Chrome & Firefox. When I first boot up the laptop they will work just fine, but eventually at a random point they will stop connecting to websites. Firefox will display "Looking up [site]" and will sit there until it eventually says it is unable to connect, while Chrome will do nothing. The strange thing is I am still connected to the internet as I am able to open up & connect with other apps such as Steam with no issues.
The only thing that fixes it so far is to disconnect/reconnect to the Wi-Fi. After doing so, both browsers go back to performing just fine until the issue resurfaces later on. I have already tried some basic troubleshooting via google search, but I am by no means a network specialist. Has anyone else encountered this issue? What can I do to hopefully fix this?
On a side note: this update messed up my search index for both outlook & windows explorer which I've already rebuilt, so that's why I figure the update is the cause of this network issue.

Motherboard/CPU high pitch whine after W10 Creators Update?
Hi - I've been struggling to isolate an annoying high pitch whine that I've been detecting since installing the latest W10 Creators' Update.
After the most recent update, when CPU usage is lower (Intel 6700k w/ Asus Maximus Gene VIII), there is an audible high pitch whine coming from the motherboard or cpu. I've removed specific components (e.g. fans, SSD/HDD) and I'm fairly confident it is isolated
to the CPU/MB, and when I launch/run more CPU intensive programs, the whine disappears.
I was wondering if this problem has been reported?

Win 10 bootable DVD from existing .WIM image
All,
I have looked all over but haven't been able to really find an answer on how to do this. I'm new saving and deploying images using WinPE as I used to use MDT at my old job. So far I have created the WinPE DVD and saved the Win 10 image that I created on a stand alone system. I'm now trying to figure out how to take that .wim image file it saved and turn it into a bootable ISO DVD that I can use to image other systems of the same model. All of the systems are stand alone and separate from each other. I did not SysPrep the image before saving it since all of the systems are the same make and model. In the near future I will be creating an image to use on multiple model stand alone systems. I figured I would work on this issue first before adding another headache. Also using a USB external drive is not possible due to them not being allowed on the systems. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Jeg har lige fået nulstillet min pc, da der var nogle virusser på som jeg skulle have fjernet. da jeg så kommer på igen og åbner onenote, er der en hel notesbog væk. jeg var 100% sikker på at det hele var synkroniseret før jeg nulstillede min pc.
Alle mine notesbøger er ikke væk, kun den fra det seneste år (hvilket er den jeg skal bruge til mine eksamener) og jeg ved virkelig ikke hvad jeg skal gøre!
jeg har prøvet at synkronisere igen, kigget i papirkurven og i mine dokumenter, men den er bare væk.
jeg ber! hvis nogen kan hjælpe ville det rede mit liv!
