skype 7.36.0.101 video freezes from me to receiver, will stop responding and close and have not made change to pc other then update
skype updated over the weekend. I called person in skype video last week. absolutely no issues. combos used include android phone to ipnone, her pc to my phone , my pc to her phone and pc to pc. both running windows 7 and latest version of skype, then
the weekend update. now what happends is phone to phone works, my phone to her pc works but when i do pc to pc i freeze after a few seconds. i can reduce screen and goback to full screen and it might unfreeze. i can do the share screen start and stop and it
might work or i just get skype not responding and it closes. This behavior has not happened before. Ive reinstalled. Ive looked on lineto see various symptoms... but im at a loss for this one. My pc works just fine except for this issue with skype. I dont
notice anything else unusual. Just the video. we can chat in skype no problem by the way, Thanks for any and all assistance.

Hello, I have problems with sound and video. There is video at all, but instead of sound - echoes. The interlocutor has the same problem but only with me. Internet connection we both are good, the devices are new. This problem appeared 2 weeks ago.

Not receiving password reset emails from other sites
I see this is a common issue. I have no filters setup, no prohibited words, etc. I just want to get my password reset emails. (Site is the370z.com)
They don't respond to inquiries so I'm stuck chasing this with Microsoft. I see that most responses to others with this type of question are not terribly helpful, and then there's no follow up when folks say that the generic answers given don't help, but I'm hoping my case will be different.
It's obviously an issue with Outlook/Hotmail, given how many issues of this nature have been surfaced in this forum.

Microsoft eMail problems
As a 20-year Compaq Computers/HP employee (we live in Outlook Office) I have had a Microsoft account for years. I wanted to set up a Microsoft eMail account, and have just spent over 2 hours plowing through windows, going in loops, and not getting anywhere.
During these 2+ hours, I've kept a Word document of instructions given, actions taken, and screen shots.
Is there anyone at Microsoft who would be interested in that document and providing personal assistance?
I would prefer to communicate with someone whose first language is English, please.

Edge problem
I have the latest Windows 10 update and Defender. Sometimes when I'm on Edge a Ransom wear or similar totally locks up the computer. The messages claims to be from Microsoft and demands that I call a listed 877 number to speak with a technician. The only way I can get out of it is to shut off the computer. It will keep blocking me for a few days and then disappear.
Is there any way to totally block it permanently?

Win10 Creator update
Running Dell 5558 laptop with Verizon Internet Security Suite Multi Device version 14.0 R13, which also runs McAfee Security Center version 15.4 and McAfee Anti Virus version 19.0.
After the Creator update was installed, no applications that required internet access would run, the McAfee user interfaces wouldn't launch, and the system would periodically freeze. I periodically received messages about a long running script as well, and both cancelling the script and letting everything run (for hours) had no impact.
Worked with Microsoft tech to try and resolve, and using the thought process that perhaps McAfee was causing the issue we attempted to de-install it, but no luck as we just couldn't get anything to launch. Rolled back to the prior Windows release, which was current prior to 1703, the next day and the system is up and functioning with no issues. Although a rather strange issue when attempting to launch the Microsoft website via the account settings section of the laptop -- it no longer lands on the account page via Edge, but creates a blank page. I have to launch it a 2nd time before it works.

hoe krijg ik het voor elkaar om jaarlijks de prijzen aan te passen in tabel 2
die dan automatisch ingelezen worden in tabel 1,

Reinstalar Office 2013
Le compre a un familiar una laptop junto con el Office 2013, tuve que restablecer el equipo debido a un virus y al querer reinstalar el Office me aparece un texto que dice que la clave del producto es válida pero que está asociada a otra cuenta y por ello
no puedo reinstalarlo. Mi pregunta es si hay alguna forma de desenlazar el paquete de Office (que es para una sola pc) de la otra cuenta, para enlazarlo con la mía?

Unable to "Switch" user on login page. Stuck and can't log other user off as we don't have the password.
I have Windows 10. I was logged off my account when my laptop died on me, when I restarted it came up with my son's login asking only for his password. He can't remember his password so we can't get past this page. We do NOT see the "switch user" option. We have gone into my Microsoft account and his to try change or update his password. No luck. How do we switch user if there is no option available?
