Server 2012 NAT problem (HYPER-V)
Hello. I'm a newbie IT Specialist. I'm trying to prepare my final project. I have problems that i need to ask.
They want External IP as 88.0.0.1/24. When it takes ip automatically, there is no problem.
As a clear definition;
When Internal IP 192.168.1.1/24 and External IP(automatic) there is no problem.
But when i make External IP 88.0.0.1/24
Gateway ?? ( I tried several things)
DNS ?? ( I have no idea)
it just don't work.
Probably problem is so simple, but i can't figure it out. I need to ask this, i downloaded normal server 2012. I seperated external and internal. I gave IP address to External which i want. Like this, can i do it NAT? If no, do i need seperate dns servers or dhcp servers?
Please tell me where I'm wrong, what can i do to fix it. I'm amateur. I can't go on like this. Please help me.

Cross reference efficiency
I am having computer speed problems to the point of having to set the calculation mode to manual. I want to use cross references instead of hard coding in titles, but know every little calculation slows down excel, and some calculations are more time consuming than others.
I work with numerous workbooks all needing the same titles in numerous cells that change based on the project. For example, workbook1, sheet1, A1 contains the project title. It is needed on every worksheet. Is it better to have every cell in every workbook reference back to the original entry in workbook1, sheet1, A1; or should only sheet 1, A1 of every other workbook reference the original workbook1, and then the rest of the sheets in each workbook reference Sheet 1, A1 in the same workbook?
I also have hourly titles that change based on the project, but always will be in the same order for every sheet in the project, such as:
- AM Street Peak
- AM Generator Peak
- PM Generator Peak
- PM Street Peak
The generator peak may come chronologically before or after the street peak depending on the project, but will always be in the same order throughout the project. I can set this order once and then have Excel update the row titles on thousands of pages, but should it cross reference within the workbook or always back to the original?
I use all versions of Excel from 2002 - 2016 on Windows XP - 10, and need the solutions to consider which is best for all of them. Because MS decided to cripple Excel in the newer versions with single document mode and ribbons, I find I am actually more efficient using Excel 2002 on XP on a Pentium IV than any Excel in single document mode with ribbons. On the other hand, the rest of my work benefits from modern hardware and software, so I keep two computer on my desk, one with Excel 2002 and another with Excel 2013. Even with a state of the art workstation with Xeon processors, 32 GB ram and SSD, I still have to run manual calculation mode in Excel 2016, so every bit of efficiency helps.

I am unable to receive Instant Messages from Skype (Skype Desktop)

From past few days, i am unable to receive instant messages from few contacts in my list and I can able to send instant messages and they can see my messages. I am using skype desktop and even I check from my mobile(iPhone 5S) and Skype in Windows 10 OS Same issue I am facing. I am using the latest version of skype 7.36.0.101 in my laptop. Can you please help me in resolving this issue.

Não consigo abrir o One Drive. Quando toco no Ícone,ele parece que vai abrir mas desaparece e fica por detrás da tela dos Icones. Spárování sluchátek přes Bluetooth adapter
Zdravím,
mám problém se spárováním sluchátek (SONY MDR-ZX330BT) s PC pomocí Bluetooth USB adaptéru (Belkin mini Bluetooth V4.0 USB Adapter). PC se bez chyb spáruje s mobily i ostatními PC, ale v okamžiku, když chci spárovat sluchátka žádné sluchátka nenajde. Má někdo totožný problém ? Budu rád za každou radu co s tím.

I'd just like to give Microsoft the 'pointless gimmick'award for this'.
I will naturally eat humble pie if the ulterior motive is to save the human race from itself, but I guess I may go hungry on that one.
Of course there may be one person out there in the fabric of the space time continuum or a parallel universe who actually likes it (or who can even understand it) and I don't want to spoil their fun...
.. but why not make the single inbox the default and allow those who want to faff around gilding the lily find out how to do it in the settings menu?

Outlook 2016 -Delegate - calendar invitations don't show required person they show delegate name instead
We recently switched to Outlook 2016 from Outlook 2010. I am a delegate for two managers, when I receive calendar invitations now it only shows my name as required and my calendar view, so I don't know who the actual invitation is for. In Outlook 2010 it showed the actual manager name and their calendar so I could determine availability and when I accepted it added it to their calendar. Now in 2016 when I accept it adds it to my calendar instead.
Any help is greatly appreciated, we have tried changing the access and it doesn't correct the problem.

Windows 10: Erweiterte Suche: Nur indizierte Orte durchsuchen?
Hallo,
Ich habe die Windows-Indizierung mit mehreren unterschiedlichen Indizierungsorten erfolgreich eingestellt.
Die Windows-Suche funktioniert auch nach Fertigstellung des Index auch richtig und ohne Probleme, Dateiinhalte werden gefunden. Jedoch folgendes Problem:
Ich muss einen "Ort" angeben, der durchsucht werden soll.
Wähle ich "Dieser PC", dann dauert die Suche natürlich ewig, weil auch nicht indizierte Orte durchsucht werden.
Ich kann einen meiner indizierten Verzeichnisse wählen, dann ist die Suche zwar schnell - durchsucht aber eben nur diesen einen Ort.
Ich würde gerne als "Ort" soetwas wie "Indizierte Orte" wählen (das gab es doch in früheren Windows Versionen auch?), sodass das System nur innerhalb *aller* indizierten Orte sucht.
Vielen Dank für jegliche Hilfe!

p.s.: Durch Try&Error habe ich eine Lösung gefunden, denke ich... als Ort kann man von Hand "search-ms:" eingeben - und schon springt der Ort auf "Suchergebnisse". Wenn man jetzt einen Suchtext eingibt, werden tatsächlich nur die indzierten Orte durchsucht... das kann aber doch nicht die einzige Lösung sein?!
