In Windows 10 File Explorer, I am unable to rename a file folder. I get a new window that tells me that one of the files in the folder is open. There are no open files in this folder.
Questions: (1) How do I find the open files in this folder?
(2) How do I override this drop down window that states that one of the files are open?

I no longer receive either audio or visual notification when I receive a text message or e-mail. I have checked and rechecked all my settings, and everything which should be on is "on". I tried a soft reset as advised in a previous "answer" from the Community--that didn't work. I have tried taking the battery out and restarting-that didn't work either.
Any other suggestions, please?

I am trying to set up my wife as another user. I set her up as an adult including date of birth. She received and accepted the email invitation. Now, hours later her status has not changed and she can not log in.

I tried what had bee suggested on the website and I tried to find a solution in the community but to no avail. This is the third time this has occured in the past month. It magically re-appears some days later, probably after another update. I find it frustrating trying to open programs and apps by having to find ways to execute them. Up to now I have been very happy with my Windows 10 which was automatically upgraded from Windows 8.1 on my new laptop. I haven't got time to wait for another software update/upgrade so can somebody help me?

da un paio di giorni, credo in concomitanza di un aggiornamento di Windows 10, la barra delle applicazioni raggruppa ciò che avvio. Un esempio: se avvio Outlook e poi apro in una nuova finestra contatti e calendario, nella barra della applicazioni è presente solo l'icona di Outlook e per passare a contatti o calendario devo posizionare il puntatore del mouse sull'icona di Outlook e allora mi fa vedere le tre finestre.
Qualcuno mi sa dire come togliere il raggruppamento?

I having problems getting a grand total for a column in reports. what i have been doing is creating a text box and in the unbound section I would put in the formula to get the column totals, which is =sum([total]) I've tried veryious formulas and always get the same error message "#error
in earlier access programs I did not have an issue getting column totals.
can anyone help?

havent been able to run Windows 10 Insider Preview 16199.1000 (rs_prerelease) , everytime i restart/shutdown, it just restarts/shuts down, then when i check update it shows available, when i check history, so even when i restart (as it displays requiring a restart) i end up with still the build 16193.rs_prerelease 170507-1200.
i tried deleting all installation files as i read elsewhere, yet no luck nor can i rollback to previous update or pre- windows-insider update.
Am i forced to make a backup of all my data and setup a clean install of windows 10 in order to fix this?
Or will the next upcoming update surpass the 16100.1900 and install properly.

En el momento que estaba usando mi "laptop" se fue la luz (corriente eléctrica) en toda la comunidad y en vez de que funcionara la batería de respaldo la "laptop" simplemente se apago. Anteriormente se había ido la corriente eléctrica en el sector y la "laptop" siempre permanecia encendida debido al respaldo de la batería. Sin embargo en las dos ultimas ocasiones no ha sido asi. En estos días después de hacer un "shut down" desconecte el cable que suministra electricidad a la "laptop" y la intente encender apretando el botón de encendido pero no funciono, luego volvi a conectar el cable y apretar el encendido y funciono. Ya verifique que la batería estuviera bien colocada. En adicion cuando detuve el "mouse" sobre el icono de la batería en la pantalla, esta presento un mensaje de "cero disponibilidad de la batería y que no esta cargando". Ver imagen.
La pregunta es, esto es suficiente información para pensar que la batería de la computadora ya se daño (expiro) o hay algo mas en lo que yo no haya pensado?

If h2:h128 contains text "Not Started" (do not want caps to matter), then Highlight corresponding cell d2:128 blue.
Some cells in H have more words than just Not Started, but if "not started" anywhere in cell H, I need cell in D to turn blue.

I'm trying to recover some old conversation logs via Skype Browser. I followed the path on the website, from Library to Application Support, but when I look in Application Support, my Skype folder is just...not there at all. I do have Skype set to save messages from forever, and I even set hidden files to show up--but still, it's just not there. I searched my files for the main.db directly, but it's still not showing up.
(Yep--it's really just Not There.)
I was running El Capitan before and was still having the problem. I updated to Sierra today and there's still nothing.
Does anyone know what's going on here, or where (or if) I can find my main.db file, or the rest of the folder? :/

This really confirms all the criticism directed at Microsoft on so many parts of the forum since Microsoft took Skype over a while ago!
My question, will Microsoft migrate the vast body of knowledge accumulated in the last forum?
Or is that body going to be ditched just as Skype did when the flack over the massive change imposed on Mac users, their massive and well founded complaints leading to threads that were hundreds & hundreds of posts long, mainly by new posters who were so incensed by the massive difference in the UI going from Mac Skype version 2.8 to it's replacement, that they searched out the forum to complain?
Go on Microsoft, surprise us...

It does look as though all the work we have put into the last forum is not acknowledged on the Microsoft forum, our history has not been migrated, or is this Microsoft's normal tactic of putting junk software out, then waiting for the community to flag up the bugs or absent features missing, so if the community does not create a fuss about a bug, it is ignored?

I know there is a lot of question on what to use to record skype meetings, but I have a specific situation here I think.
I am going to have a type of online course using Skype as the main app to communicate with the other party. Basically we are going to be interacting with each other. I am guessing he would be watching my screen to give me instruction on what to do and perhaps i might see his screen.
My questions:
1. Which is the best app for Skype to record the session with quality video and audio ( so i can go back and look at it for reference )? Here I am asking for recording what we share with each other ( our desktop screen) and audio ( voice)
2. Most likely we will be using a microphone to talk to each other, but the course is about music, so we will be using a software to create it, how can i do the following:
a) I will be listening what i create on my speakers obviously, i want him to listen to that audio not trough my microphone ( bad quality) rather listen as he was in my room
b) be able to record everything we might be talking ok do this and that ok here goes listen he lsitens to the good audio and he comments something while listening i want the recording to be as the live ( hopefully I explained myself)
c) basically here is the question HOW can I do that and is there and APP that can do that for me?
The outcome should be after i finish the conference i should be able to go back to the recording and listen to everything we said, see everything we did regardless of my screen or his and the audio of the music being played should be good quality as oppose to our voices which come from a microphone ( which could be a bad one)

Ich habe eine kurze Frage, und zwar hatte ich früher immer einen Datennutzungs-Tarif über meinen Netzwerk Anbieter Swisscom täglich festgelegt. Respektive solche Daten Pakete täglich erworben. 5GB/24h mit Highspeed. Jetzt Wohne ich in einem Mehrfamilienhaus wo ich eine Wlan Verbindung sitzen kann. Würde jedoch trotzdem zusätzlich, ein Datennutzungs Tarif von Swisscom nutzen können um auch bei der Arbeit Internet zu haben. Jetzt folgt meine eigentliche Frage. Bei den Datennutzungs Grenzwert Einstellungen im Microsoft Lumia Smartphone kann man ja die Datennutzung eingeben, Oder deaktivieren. Was wäre die genialste Einstellungs Variante? Wenn ich Beispielsweise ein Daten Paket erwerbe mit 30 Tage und jeweils 300 MB/ Tag, müsste ich dann bei den Netzwerk Einstellungen diese Datennutzung als Grenzwert eingeben oder kann ich alles sein lassen und nichts Einstellen? Sodass bei der Wlan Nutzung automatisch die Datennutzung deaktiviert wird und bei der Arbeit die Datennutzung aktiviert wird und aber natürlich auch nicht das ganze Paket auf einmal nutzt und am gleichen Tag, nichts mehr am Datennutzung Paket, dass ja 30 Tage halten sollte vorhanden wäre? Falls mir jemand da weiter Helfen könnte wäre ich sehr dankbar. Ich bedanke mich bereits im Voraus und wünsche Euch allen noch einen schönen Abend. Lg. Joe
