Denied access to a file despite being listed as the owner
I tried to reinstall Origin, and this particular program, and it seems some others on the computer do not allow access at all, either to run or delete. It says access is denied or that permission will be needed. I go into the advanced settings to change
the owner (as elswhere the troubleshooters suggested) and I see that Administrators is already listed as the owner. It's as though the administrator does not even have access to the file. This appears to apply to the entire folder. How can I change the
permission to the file(s) so I can delete/reinstall?

Hallo, mijn vraag gaat over Word: als ik een document heb met 3 secties, elk met een eigen opmaak ... nu besluit ik dat de middelste wel weg kan. Dus ik verwijder de sectie en ik ontdek met gruwel: de opmaak van de 1e sectie is veranderd in die van de
laatste (nu 2e) sectie ... Ik heb nu ergens op het WWW gevonden dat dit ook zo is, maarrrr ... dit wil ik helemaal niet, ik wil dat de opmaak van de 1e sectie wordt behouden (of minimaal dat ik kan beslissen dat die van de 1e moet blijven zoals die was en
dat de 2e blijft zoals die al was) ... Help!?

Cannot upgrade from 15063 to 16199. It is in a loop where I now have 11 installs waiting for restart. See screenshot for further info.
Hello everyone,
I am having an issue going from build 15063 to build 16199.1000 (rs_prerelease). as you can see in the screenshot it has downloaded the installation 11 times and is currently working on its 12th. I restart and it quickly comes back to the login screen and once logged on I get a notification from the action center that a restart is required to finish upgrading my computer. I don't actually get any failure messages. It just seems to be stuck in a loop.
It is currently downloading the 12th package instance. I have seen some issues posted that are similar but I don't get any error messages or any progress percentages during installation. It just reboots, gives me an action center notification that I need to reboot to finish the installation and goes back to downloading another instance.

Measures taken so far to resolve this problem are looking in the event log, posting to the feedback hub and looking for an answer to my problem in both the FH and the Forum. I have done the requisite online searches using both Bing and Google but that just resulted in thousands of posts that are either very old or are not the same. I do however see that 16199 seems to be having a lot of installation problems for a lot of people but in different situations than mine. I am going from 15063 and I get no error messages back from my system.
Any help on this matter is much appreciated.

I have recently purchased a motorola xyboard 10.1that has been refurbished in 2012-2013. I was lucky enough to join the Microsoft Community's program to possibly enhance my lack of computer skills. I will be looking for a compatible upgrade to possibly

AVG Security Unlimited
Trying to install AVG Security Unlimited on Insider build 16193. Get an error that says " The base filtering engine does not run". Went into Services to verify and it reported that BFE was running set on automatic.
Interesting thing was that when I selected Properties I could not stop or do anything. All greyed out. No problems with all the previous builds I installed AVG worked fine. Going to try another Antivirus. See if that installs.

Pantalla azul "Detener código: WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR"
Se trata de una Laptop recién adquirida (menos de 24 horas) Lenovo ideapad Y700 con procesador Intel core i7 y sistema operativo Windows 10.
Creé una cuenta para usar Word (versión de prueba) y de pronto apareció la pantalla azul indicando que "Se ha producido un problema en su PC y necesita reiniciarse. Se reiniciará automaticamente."; pero no se reiniciaba por lo que forcé el apagado del equipo y al encenderlo nuevamente volvió a aparecer la misma pantalla. Lo he apagado y encendido varias veces, incluso presionando F1, F4, F5, F11 y en todos los intentos el resultado ha sido infructuoso.
Al final de la pantalla sale la imagen de un código QR y al lado el mensaje "Detener código: WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR"

win10藍芽裝置連線失敗
自從更新win10的1703版之後，電腦藍芽就無法和藍芽喇叭連上去了。但完全不知道原因：
狀況如下：
1.當我要點選連線，會顯示這樣：
2.有的時候，會突然可以連線，裝置會顯示「已連線」
3.但當連線成功後他會顯示一個要我「輕觸已進行設定」，我點下去之後
4.又會顯示連線失敗（但在藍芽區域，仍會顯示和該裝置「已連線」）
5.最後，不管怎麼試，都無法在聲音設定那邊和藍芽連線。
PS
1.已經確定藍芽喇叭沒有問題，因為朋友的電腦和我的平版都可以順利連線，並撥放音樂
2.已經嘗試手動更新藍芽驅動程式、用裝置管理員掃描硬體變更(沒發現問題)

Ferramenta de remoção de software mal-intencionado
Eu fiz um check-up no computador com a ferramenta e a mesma encontrou 4 arquivos infectados no meio do processo porém no fim ele diz "Nenhum programa mal-intencionado foi detectado" e toda vez que escaneio tem esses tais 4 arquivos infectados, fiz um teste e escaneei apenas a pasta system32 e lá constou estes 4 arquivos, mas como no fim de todo o processo a ferramenta diz que nenhum programa mal-intencionado foi detectado ele não diz quais são nem mesmo os removem. O que posso fazer para ter a solução?
Fiz o mesmo procedimento com o antivírus eset nod32 e ele não encontrou nada na pasta system32 ou no HD.
