Hi,
I've been a user of Microsoft Music since Xbox Music and I've never had any problems. I ungraded to a Lumia 950 and soddenly i can't downloads tracks on any device. Worse still, when i go to the music devices page i get a 'page is down' message.
Anybody encountered this?

when i print a document, there is a second page with filename and author and template and info etc........how do i go into setting to have this NOT print.....using ink and extra paper
I am using Windows 10 and have changed many of my sounds to sounds from some of my favorite games (ie. "Critical Error" - Portal 2 turret). While doing this, I found that there is no option for the following sounds:
Logon/off
power on/off
Am I missing something here?

HDDの不具合によりWindowsを再インストールしました。
その後、WindowsUpdateを実施しましたがうまくいかず、色々試してやっとアップデート
出来ました。。というか244個のうち54個しか成功しておらずエラーコード：8007000Eが
発生しました。とりあえず現在再度スキャン中です。
「色々試して」についてですが、昨日下記のことを実施しました。
・WindowsUpdate Agentを更新(WindowsUpdateAgent-7.6-x86)
・WindowsUpdate Clientを更新(KB3112343)
・Windows7用システム更新準備ツールを実行(KB947821)
・メモリ不足を解消するパッチ(KB3050265)を個別にダウンロードし適用
・WindowsUpdateトラブル診断ツール(WindowsUpdateDiagnostic.diagcab)実行
→ 0x80072EFDを検出。これはプロキシ絡みのエラーらしく。
・コマンドプロンプトにて netsh winhttp import proxy source=ie を実行
→ IEには社内のプロキシサーバーを設定済み
・ウイルス対策ソフト(McAfee VirusScan Enterprise8)のオンアクセス
スキャンを無効
・Windowsファイヤーウォールを無効
・インターネットオプションの「信頼済みサイト」に以下のWebサイトを登録

http://download.windowsupdate.com
http://update.microsoft.com
https://*.windowsupdate.microsoft.com
https://update.microsoft.com
※「このゾーンのサイトにはすべてサーバーの確認(https:)を必要とする」
のチェックは外してます。
今朝アップデートし「更新プログラムを確認しています」と表示されてから
1時間半ほど放置していたら、パッチが抽出された次第です。
昨日の段階では30分ほど待っても抽出されなかったので上記の対処を行ったの
ですが、ずっと待ってればちゃんと抽出されたのか、それとも上記対処を
行ったから1時間半待って表示されるようになったかは分かりません。
で、質問としましては上記対処を行ったのですが、いろんなサイトを参考に
したので「実は同じものでバージョンが違うだけ」ってものがあるのかなと。
例えば、「WindowsUpdate時のメモリ不足を改善する」ということでKB3050265
の記載がありました。

こちらのサイトでは「System Center Configuration Managerクライアントが
更新プログラムのスキャンに失敗する現象について」ということで、その
対策のパッチの2015年6月リリースとして記載されてます。

で、12月リリースされたパッチが「KB3112343」となってます。
先のサイトでは「KB3112343」はWindowsUpdate Clientと記されているので
その辺りがモヤモヤしているので、ご教示頂けると幸いです。
次に再インストールが発生した場合に備えて、今回の対処を手順書としてまとめて
おきたいのですが、うまくまとめられない状況です。
あと、8007000Eについてですが、この対処としてKB3050265を適用すれば解消する
との情報があったので、昨日適用していたにも関わらずエラーとなってしまいました。
あまりにもパッチの数が多かったり、PCのメモリが少なかったりすると、KB3050265を
適用していたとしても、エラーになってしまうのでしょうか。
ちなみにCPU:Core i5 3.20GHｚ メモリ：4GBです。

I cannot run a simple trading platform on my Surface 3 that runs perfectly fine on a normal (older) windows PC. Anyone any tips?
No, I do not have 3rd party security systems installed (always seems to be the first port of call). I HAVE downloaded Java for Windows, but when trying to run a share trading program, get a javaw.exe error.
It's astonishing to me that given how many modern business and social applications use Java, the Surface 3 struggles with such commonly used software.

My window 10 cannot start the outlook 2010 with the following massage
" Cannot start Microsoft Outlook. Cannot open the outlook window. The set of folders cannot be opened. File access is denied. You do not have the permission required to access the file. C:\Users\user\Documents\Outlook Files\Outllok.pst."

I am using a shared version of Office 365 on an Android Tablet. Even though I have my own Microsoft account now, the Office apps were origoinally installed by my father using his account. I am now trying to use Office 365 apps but under my name. Do I have to delete the apps then reinstall them using my sign in and set them up using my Microsoft account to have them use my name etc.? If I do this, I assume that the files I have will still open ok? What about my notes in One Note? Thanks, Carter.
my 3 @live accounts have been migrated and I have followed the e mail instructions firstly to connect them back to 2003 this I achieved as imap on one account before realizing that this created just a IN account with no send ability , WHAT ? .
so being retired on a tight budget I bought a new copy of office 2007 and cleared off 2003 and installed 2007 , all the features work correctly after the multiple updates inc SP3 my outlook version is now 12.0.6691.5000 . according to the info supplied this is a supported version of outlook 2007 and as such I followed the instructions to suit.

the search continues for a encrypted connection this fails and offers an unencrypted connection search this also fails.
this sequence is the same for all accounts weather they were connected via 2003 imap or not. even though 2003 was uninstalled via the control panel I now have my old contacts in my new contact list so I presume my PST file was not removed by the uninstall. . I have searched for the PST file but cant find it as I can on my laptop.
I use win 7 home pro, 64bit and would appreciate any help.
