Dopo qualche settimana di utilizzo di Window 10 la stampante HPEnvy 4500 stampa ma non effettua la scansione.
la scansione parte ma non esegue e il programma si blocca.
HP Print & Can Doctor si blocca su "correggi scansione".
Ho aggiornato software e driver da HP
Ho eliminato e aggiunto la stampante
Ho disinstallato e reinstallato i programmi della stampante.
senza risultato.

I am trying to do a system restore in Win7. Everything seemed to be fine - but now I have been getting this, "Please wait while your Windows files and setting are being restored System restore is initializing. The 'working circle' keeps moving, but this message has been on the screen for hours.
What should I do--getting very nervous. I have done system restores before and know they take a while, but this seems to be out of line.

il me dit qu'un élémrent ne peut ˆetre synchronisé archivé sous "x" or je n'ai pas ce dossier dans mes emails archivés.
impossible de mettre à jour ce contact sur le serveur... contact que j'ai pourtant effacé...
je n'ai plus accès à mes e-mails...à rien... :-(
quelqu'un pourrait-il m'aider s.v.p?

Win 10 Pro und Office 365 # nach von MS vorgeschlagenen upgrade nach Office 2016, inclusive von Outlook 2015 nach Outlook 20160 verweigert das Program die ausführung von in e-mails angegebenen Hyperlinks. Vorhin lief alles prima.
Hilfe von MS ist hier gefragt, denn es liegt offensichtlich ein Programmierungsfehler vor.
Neuinstallation von Office 365 behebt das problem nicht.

I'm having issues getting the option to play a dvd in my Dell Ultrabook on Windows 8.1. Windows Media Player does not show movie option to play. Computer recognizes the dvd when it's inserted. Why is this not working?

Prosím o radu, zmizela mi možnost režimu spánku. V nastavení vidím jen, že to můžu nastavit, aby to přešlo samo automaticky za několik minut, ale manuálně ne. Je tam jen vypnout a restartovat. Myslím, že to zmizelo po nějaké aktualizaci. Dříve to normálně šlo. Děkuji

Could not receive emails as the error message told me my details were incorrect. I have since changed the password, and now all my emails are coming through, but now I am unable to sent any emails out. The error message tells me that the user name or password for my email is incorrect. I have deleted the account and added it again, with no luck. The setting are accepting my password, and I know it's correct and not miss spelled. I am able to log into the hotmail account through the website via my iPad.
I can can not sent the emails from my iPhone 4 or my iPad mini.

There is an error when I try to download pictures from my camera to the computer. How do I correct this or how do I install the device?
After upgrading to Windows 10, every time I try to open my emails in Outlook it flashes the opened message for one second, then goes back to my Inbox, then goes back to the opened message again. This happens with every browser I use. It never used to do this in the past. What can I do to open a message and keep it opened without going back to the inbox? Thanks,

Windows 10 - when I go to print, one can not scroll down to the print button. The screen for printing selection is too large. Microsoft support tried to fix today and now my entire desktop are too large and screen is cut off at each end.

Salve, ho un HP mini con OS Windows 7 Starter 32 bit SP1, processore intel Atom CPU N455 @1.66Ghz, 2,0Gb di Ram, intel graphics media Accelerator 3150.
Da una settimana a questa parte ad ogni accensione e/o riavvio mi chiede sempre se avviare il ripristino del pc o aprire windows normalmente. All'avvio normale di windows mi esce sempre il solito avviso:

Solo una volta lo schermo è diventato effettivamente blu e ho dovuto fare il ripristino. Dopo quella volta la schermata si presenta nera con le scritte grigie che mi danno la possibilità di scegliere tra avvio normale o ripristino, e io scelgo avvio normale.
Ho scansionato il pc con avast, spybot e Ccleaner, ho pulito quello che c'era da pulire (niente virus, solo cookie) e ho anche deframmentato il disco C:/
Consigli? Suggerimenti?
Ho due PC ultrabook praticamente nuovi e blasonati, entrambi aggiornati a Windows 10:
ieri sera ho caricato i documenti di lavoro del Primo PC sulla cartella OneDrive e contestualmente li ho visti trasferirsi sulla cartella OneDrive del Secondo PC (1,7 GB trasferiti in molte ore).
Contestualmente sul Primo PC (quello che trasmetteva i documenti), si è chiusa la cartella OneDrive Documenti fino alla fine del trasferimento dati (che comunque è proseguito sino a scaricare la documentazione su one drive, rendendola accessibile anche sul Secondo PC).
Da quel momento in poi il Primo Pc ha smesso di essere in grado di aprire qualsiasi carella di documenti, fosse questa su one drive o meno.
Non mi si apre più alcuna cartella, quando ci clicco sopra:
1 si apre la finestra per una frazione di secondo
2 si richiude immediatamente la finestra
3 infine scompaiono per un attimo le icone sulla barra delle applicazioni e dopo un paio di secondi di fatica del computer tutto sembra essere tornato normale
4 comunque non si apre alcuna cartella di lavoro e la scena si ripete sono disperato.
ho anche provato a "scollegare One Drive" e la situazione è la stessa, ho provveduto a riattivarlo e niente!
Spero abbiate una soluzione grazie.
