KB4019264等更新安装失败
最近系统更新出现多次失败。包括KB4019264，KB4015549，KB3020370，KB3133977
使用windows update显示安装成功，并提示系统需要重启。系统关闭时，显示30%更新成功；系统重启后，更新到80%多的时候，突然显示更新失败，之后就系统还原，重启。之前的更新都是成功的。

windows firewall non funziona, codice di errore 5 (windows 10)
Buongiorno, so che ci sono molti altri post su questo problema ma scrivo pure io perché non ho ancora trovato una soluzione. Da circa tre settimane, il mio pc è stato infettato da diversi virus; dapprima per rimuoverli ho scaricato bitdefender solo che sembrava non essere utile contro un virus con cui mi ero trovato a che fare, così ho scaricato spyhunter. Essendo però abbastanza ignorante in campo di antivirus, non avevo capito che fosse a pagamento e, non volendo pagare per un antivirus, ho scaricato avira un altro antivirus gratuito che è riuscito a rimuovere il virus.
Non mi sono accorto, però, che Windows firewall si era disattivato dopo l'installazione di avira e ciòcausa alcuni problemi al pc (per esempio non funziona più Groove musica e quindi non riesco più a riprodurre i file audio,non funziona più lo store e altri problemi...). Ho provato quindi ad attivare manualmente firewall attraverso il pannello di controllo ma quando premo attiva/disattiva firewall viene fuori una scritta "usa impostazioni consigliate" e se ci clicco sopra firewall non si attiva anzi il pdc smette quasi di rispondere. Ho provato anche premento tasto Windows e R e digitando services.msc e se clicco su attiva Windows firewall viene fuori un messaggio di errore: "impossibile avviare Windows firewall su computer locale.Per maggiori informazioni consultare il registro eventi di sistema. Se non si tratta di un servizio microsft, contattare il fornitore del servizio e fare riferimento al codice di errore 5". Ho provato poi ad eseguire una scansione del sistema sia con avira e sia tramite il prompt dei comandi (sfc/scannow) ma in entrambe risulta tutto pulito. Ho provato poi a disinstallare avira tramite un tool apposito per la rimozione temendo che il problema fosse causato da un constrasto tra firewall e avira stesso ma ancora nessun risultato. Qualche aiuto vi prego!!!(scusate in anticipo se ho sbagliato sezione o argomento, sono nuovo nel forum)

Need to change game that points to "E" drive to point to "D" drive
I have a Tiger Woods '08 game on CD, and a PC I want to play it on that does not have a CD drive (nor will it ever have a CD drive). On another PC I have copied the Tiger Woods CD to a flash drive and have used that flash drive to successfully install
the game on the PC without a CD drive. Unfortunately, when I try to play the game it says "No CD/DVD-ROM drive found". Are there files I can go into to point the game to the "D" drive where the flash-drive is,,, instead of the "CD drive" ?

Unable to download Microsoft Office 2013 Professional
I have purchased Product Key for Microsoft Office 2013 Professional and have visited the MS link so as to download the software. It has asked me to type my Product Key which is then checked. It comes back as confirmed but then says,

I have been trying to download the file now for two days and repeatedly get that message. I have tried to contact Microsoft Australia by phone and gone through the 'Press 1, if certain conditions apply etc' but despite it being within the stated 'Open' hours, I get no reply from them.
There appears no way to download the file and no way to contact those who should be able to assist.
I am now at a loss to know what to do and have lost my faith in Microsoft.
Do any of you have any suggestions on what my next course of action could be in order to proceed?

Unable to start Outlook 2016
I am currently having issues with trying to start my outlook. As soon as it loads I get and error message stating that Outlook has stopped working and it then asks to close the program.
Previously I had been given information of doing a Network reset, this has successfully resolved the issue till usually the next update rollout, when I would go through this again. This is not fixing it this time.
I have completed a system scan with no errors and even if I try to start outlook in safe mode it detects an error and closes the program.

unable to deactivate Windows log-on password
For the last couple of days when I start up windows I get the lock screen, then have to enter a password to start Windows. This has not been the case before, as I had disabled the option:
As you see, the box is not checked. I have not made any manual changes to my settings when the issue occurred. Still, with every restart I am now asked to input the password, which I don't want to. Please advise as to how to resolve this issue! I would like to start my PC without a password. Thank you!

Windows 10 - constant freezes and lock ups
Hey everyone,
At my wits could use some help.
Symptoms:
Slow boot up
Most of my apps simply wont load.
Freezes whenever an UAC/Admin right prompt triggers (screen goes dim,hear the sound bite, but no pop up appears sometimes i can ctrl alt dlt out of it)
Will generally freeze up after 15 minutes forcing a power cycle
All started on May 17th, booted up WoW played for about 20 minutes then it crashed, battle.net app started to have issues saw my SSD only had 5 gigs of space left ( installed skyrim on my ssd in error) so i made room and that's when i realized the severity of the issue.
Due to the admin rights issue it greatly reduces the amount of troubleshooting I can do, but here's what I've tried.
Uninstalling May updates
Reinstalling may updates
Reset (all options fail at about 30%)
Safe mode (computer doesn't freeze for admin rights, but it still wont pop up for me to accept)
Clean boot - issue remained
Uninstalled Avast, disabled windows defender
And probably a few others im forgetting. Any help would be appreciated!

Windows update version 1703 black screen on start up
I've installed the update on 19th and after it completed my computer started with a black screen. I've used the on button and restarted the first time the resolution was lower but got adjusted. The problem with the black screen is still here I have to
restart using the on button. I have tried to update my drivers for the graphics card (nvidia geforce gt 230) but there is no updates. I have also tried to disable mostly of the start up programs. I don't have any apps that change the start icon. What I should
do? Give up and restore. Any suggestions?

Local administrator windows 10 user and folder name change (full change)
I have bought a new laptop and wish to use the same old structure of my previous laptop however unfortunately when I started the new laptop I used a different username for example I used Shaaddi so when I copied from my old laptop documents the path is c:\Users\Shadddi\Documents while it should be c:\Users\user\Documents. I changed the user account name using windows 10 settings then I realized my documents are still in their same path. I cut all subfolders of Shaaddi and pasted them under user, now my files work find their links however it seems I can not create files as I get a pop up window saying:
access denied
Cannot create
Administrative privileges maybe required.

Designer Mouse connesso ma non funzionante dopo l'aggiornamento.
Come scritto nell'oggetto sto riscontrando problemi con un Microsoft Designer Mouse. Dopo circa un mese di normale utilizzo esso ha smesso di funzionare a seguito di un grosso aggiornamento del sistema. Ho già provato più volte a riconnettere il dispositivo, anche disinstallandone i driver ma il problema persiste. In sostanza il mouse viene identificato tra i dispositivi e risulta connesso, tuttavia esso non funziona e non trovo sul sito di assistenza una pagina di download per nuovi driver o software per il caso. Che posso fare?
