Cuenta estándar descargas en administrador

Tengo en mi equipo las cuentas de usuario administrador, usuario estándar y usuario invitado. Habiendo iniciado la sesión como usuario estándar en algunos casos descarga en la cuenta deusuario administrador. Esto dificulta la localización de esos archivos e impide manejar con certeza mis carpetas. Como puedo solucionarlo.

MSKLC under Windows 10: Create custom keyboard layout which supports IME(input method) for Chinese and combined input in Spanish
Hi the community.
I have created a custom keyboard layout with Microsoft Keyboard Layout Creator 1.4 in Windows 10. I have set the language to be Simplified Chinese.
After installing the layout and restart, I found it working: it's listed under "Control Panel" - "Time, language and regions" - "Language" - "Language settings", under language Chinese, listed in the section "Input method", along with Microsoft Pinyin. It's name "unavailable input method", and I cannot preview the layout like others, but if I change my layout to it with Win+Space, I get desired output as I press the keys. That's great.
The layout is like this:

As you may have noticed, this keyboard layout contains Latin letter, including some Spanish special punctuation symbols and characters like Euro symbol. I designed this layout in order to enable three language input: English, Chinese and Spanish, as well as punctuation and special letters, such as "á", "ü" and so on.
Here comes the question:
1. It does not permit combined input, such as "press ¨ and u gets you ü", which is possible with native Spanish layout. If I press "AltGr+VK_6" and "u", it only gives me "¨u".
2. I don´t know how to input Chinese with it. In Microsoft Pinyin, when you press shift, you can type in English, and when you press shift again, you will be typing Chinese pinyin, but this keyboard layout lacks this. Also, in MS Pinyin, for keys as `"`, `.` and `,`, when typed in Chinese mode, they give you `“”`, `。` and `，`(full length Chinese punctuation). But this keyboard layout is unable to switch to Chinese pinyin mode, even is set to be a Chinese input.
Is it possible to type Chinese pinyin AND Chinese punctuation with this? Can I substitute the MS Pinyin´s English part with this new layout, or may I add the Chinese pinyin part to my layout? Is this permitted and possible?
As this post suggests, it may be possible with DLL substitution. Am I supposed to do that?

I've been using Access for three weeks and set up an extensive database. Today when I opened that database to update it, it opens in read-only and tells me that Access is unlicensed. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

Hi this 12% on "Configuring update bug still not fix.. can Microsoft fix it? I have 64 bite Enterprise insider build 16193 & not have any 3rd party Antivirus ..! total 25 times its sows failed to upgrade ! What's Microsoft doing? Still it for 4 days this

Problema touch screen
Buongiorno,
ho un tablet marca Rotor acquistato da poco, ho aggiornato da Windows 8.1 a Windows 10 tramite USB.
Dopo l'aggiornamento il touch screen non risponde come dovrebbe, quando tocco a sinistra dello schermo mi seleziona a destra e viceversa.
Inoltre la rotazione dello schermo orizzontalmente è ok ma verticalmente è sotto-sopra.
Non so proprio come sistemarlo

Boot loop while reinstalling build 16199
Hi all,
I've been running build 16199 without problems since it was released. Today, I wanted to do a full reinstall of Windows, just to have a fresh machine again. When the installation arrived at 64%, Windows restarted, and entered a boot loop.
How do I fix this? I have made a recovery USB stick, but when I force the UEFI to boot from the USB stick, it just boots into the UEFI again.
My machine is a Surface Book (8GB RAM, 256GB storage, dGPU).
Any help would be enormously appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Reduce file size of photos using Photos App in Windows 10
In the Photos app on Windows 10, there does not seem be an obvious way to save photos with a lower resolution. All the responses to this I have seen on the help forums either tell people to use another app (Paint), or reference pull down menus that don't exist (ie. some say chose edit, and compress is a choice, but it is not there.). Other responses suggested selecting Advance features, which is also not obvious where to get to that window.
This is such a basic feature of any photo app. Any other suggestions, aside from those listed above? Or if those are the suggestions, please show how to get to those options, because they don't appear on my version of Photo.

OFFICE 13 fails to open documents on my onedrive
I am using Office Pro 2013 and have had problems accessing files I've placed on my OneDrive ever since I installed it. Frankly I couldn't be bothered to sort it as I didn't think I wanted to use Cloud based filing anyway. However, I now have a second windows
10 device and using OneDrive is a lot more 'valuable' so I have been trying to address it without luck so far. The status is that I can 'see' the files on my OneDrive in File Explorer and can move them in and out very easily. But if I try to open the file
from WORD or EXCEL it just goes into 'Not Responding' Mode and will not open it. I can open the files using File Manager so clearly everything is present and correct. What am I missing about my OFFICE set-up that stops it opening files?

Hola, yo tengo una hp mini y me apareció un mensaje cuando prendí mi computadora (hp mini) y salio que debía descargar la actualización y yo nose si se pueda descargar en mi computadora (hp mini).
Y ademas no lo quiero descargar por que mi computadora este lenta ni nada de eso sino que fue porque ese mensaje me apareció cuando la prendí.

Netwerk weergave w10 versie 1703
De tweede pc in mijn netwerk is nu ontzichtbaar in de verkenner.
Met een snelkoppeling op de andere pc kan ik wel de tweede pc vinden.
Daarna gaat het goed. Maar na de Makers update van de tweede pc met versie 1703 kan ik niet direct in de verkenner mijn tweede pc zien. Dus alleen starten met een snelkoppeling.
Ik kan hier mee leven maar het lijkt een bug.
Graag advies.
