Hi Microsoft,
Why does Word not work properly?
It is a fairly expensive program, and it fails to be good.
I don't blame people who turn to OpenOffice and Apple products.
The problem I have is that, since I started working on my graduation report, I have encountered an extremely annoying error in MS Word.
Word starts up fast, it loads the document fast, the program doesn't seem to lag and I don't think it is an overloading or over-demanding issue.
When I am typing, the program suddenly does not add letters and the mouse disappears (in the taskbar below the mouse is visible, but in the workspace of the document it isn't.
Then after a while a Windows bleep occurs and it works again, the typed text is also sometimes added.
Then after a few moments it happends again. And after a few times it stops happening and can I type for hours before it starts again.
It happends on all my personal computers; running windows 7 and 10, with Word 2013 and 2016
Is this problem known? What can be done about it?
People who don't have interest in programming (I do) just want properly working programs, and in this time (2017) I think it is highly unproffesional to let such errors slip into the public domain. This will decrease the amount of happy customers on the
long run. As soon as there comes a better and cheaper alternative for Word, people will go for that instead of Word.
Microsoft is a great company, but instead of making a few great products they make a lot of not-that-great products (like failures as groove, oneNote, bing, sway and oneDrive), not even mentioning the windows phone ****.
Dont get me wrong, I am absolutely not an Apple-guy. I grew up with Windows and hope to use it for the rest of my life (but I fear it is not going to happen, because Microsoft of today is more like a Google and Apple wannabe).
My appologies for this furious rage. It is just extremely annoying and I care for great companies which are failing.
