Отправка файлов через браузер IE
Всем привет! Не отправляются файлы в техподдержку через браузер IE. На странице техподдержки жму прикрепить файлы, отображается что файлы прикреплены, жму отправить, получаю сообщение что письмо в техподдержку отправлено. Из техподдержки пишут что письмо получили, а файлы нет... Туже операцию провёл через браузер Chrome всё окей. Файлы в техподдержку пришли!

Not receiving my emails in my Inbox. They are going to my subfolder instead.
I have a problem since the beginning of April:
All new emails are sent to my personal subfolder called for unknown reason. I never created a rule for these emails and never asked that they get filtered. They should be going to my Inbox and no other folder.
I was forced to create rules for several different email addresses to make sure they go to my INBOX and not in the subfolder. Seems like every future email I'll receive will be wrongly moved to that subfolder rather than my INBOX where I want them(unless I created a rule to filter them to that subfolder). I don't wish to create rules for every new email with no rules that I get to make sure they go to my Inbox.
I have emailed *** Email address is removed for privacy *** 3 times about this but got no response. How do we fix this?

April Securitiy and quality rollup for .NET Framework......windows 7 update
My installed updates window shows that the April 2017 Security and Quality rollup for .NET Framework for windows 7 was cancelled. Probably my fault for shutting it down after hours of waiting for it to install. My question: Does this matter? All other
recent important updates are installed. And second, if it is still important, how to get it to install now? It no longer displays among the available updates.

Printscreen not working in windows 10
Hi, I have been trying to use the PrtScr button to get a screenshot, but its not working like it used it.
I figured out that you have to use Printscreen and then open paint or another application and press paste to get the screenshot, but I used to be able to just click the Printscreen button and it would automatically save it to my onedrive pictures. I want to get it back to that way so I can easily take screenshots again, any ideas how?

Ciao a tutti, ho windows 10 su pc pavillon TOSHIBA Improvvisamente ha smesso di riconoscere le schede SD ( compare una finestra con due icone una con la scritta "please do not access this disk" e l'altra con la scritta "virtual setup disk".

Unable to install, repair, clean setup Windows 10
Hi,
I got infected buy Malware so I cleaned the pc with different malware cleaning tools. Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer were all affected. While cleaning I removed Chrome. When I tried to install it back, it didn't even start the installation process.
I decided to repair windows 10, I do not have any recovery points. I tried partial/ full, all kinds of recoveries available on the laptop none worked. I also tried Media Creation tool with no success.
I am out of options. All the preparation process are running, when the black screen comes, after a few percentages it says for some reasons we were unable to do the repair.

N.B: I have a windows 7 updated to windows 10.

1) Почему меню, и прочее отображается на казахском языке, если я выбираю "Казахстан - Русский", кроме страниц, по которому я произвел поиск ("купить") ? Мне нужен русский интерфейс сайта майкрософт, при этом я живу в КЗ.
2) Я хочу купить Windows 7-64, желательно максимальную. Где и как мне это сделать в Казахстане? Есть ли какие нибудь ОФИЦИАЛЬНЫЕ представители, верифицированные в Алмате? Т.к. настоящих лицух не так то много! Некоторые компании продают под видом лицензии - пиратки. И можно ли купить через инет как то? Почему нельзя купить ключ на официальном сайте майкрософт?

Movie Maker view window freezes in the edit mode.
Movie Maker: I open a mp4 movie file, hit the play button and everything starts. Action in the right side view window and the movie moving along in the right hand side. I choose a place to stop, select the edit tab. select start point. Now I start. On the left in the view it stays in the pause mode. In the right side the movie is playing and moving along as it should. I'm a new use, but I have done this 50 or 60 times before. Why is the view on the left side not moving as it should?

Grayed Out Folders on Lumia 635 When Trying to Transfer Music From Desktop to Lumia 635
I am trying to copy my music from my desktop (I transferred my iTunes music to Kies and now want to transfer it to my Lumia 635). I see the number of files when I drag from Kies, but when I try to drop them into my music folder onto my Lumia 635, I get the circle with the slash through it, meaning it won't let me do this. Microsoft help is useless. I have been trying to locate the Windows Phone App for Desktop for over 30 minutes now. All I can find is forums about it. What is this app called in the Store? I could not find it there either. This is why I am buying a Samsung phone today and throwing this Lumia 635 in the trash. Geez!
Background info: (My Lumia 635 was a gift from my son, who's on cricket. I am on T-mobile. Cricket and T-mobile worked together to unlock the phone, but certain features are not working. For instance, I cannot receive/send group messages or mms msgs. Why? T-mobile supposedly opened up a ticket to help. I received one or two mms msgs for a day, but none after that. I get a message that says "getting media content", but it never does.)

No Windows Sound
Hello,
I have an issue with my PC, I used to hear sounds when I click on folders but now when I do that there's no sound at all. I haven't changed anything and restarting the PC didn't help. I can hear sound for everything else but that. When I go to the sound panel the option "start navigation" is enabled and defaulted to Windows Default.

ink to text converter doesn't work to One note 2016
It (the Ink to text converter) doesn't work neither in English nor in my country's language (Greek), although the "ink to math" converter works fine. My OS is Windows 10.

In parallel, after installing En-GB language, the Ink to text converterwoks on Greek (not all the time..)
Under the language installation tab (on windows) the handwriting option of language packages is not supported.
The Microsoft team (at MS office category) advised me to post at Windows category (see below their last prompt):
"I checked the issue with the related team, they had received some reports, and in most cases the issue can be resolved after adding an OS language “EN-GB”. Could you add it back and check the result? Maybe the basic typing and handwriting can be shown again after you re-add it. If not, you can check your windows builds as this may also affect the handwriting settings. What's more, if the missing Basic typing and handwriting issue persists, as this is Office category, you can post a new thread in the Windows > Windows 10 category to get the dedicated help.
The issue should be resolved after you install the following packages:
1607 EN-GB Language Pack package
1607 EN-GB Features on Demand ‘Basic’ package
1607 EN-GB Features on Demand ‘Handwriting’ package"
Unfortunately, neither "basic typing" nor 'handwriting' option is shown under any language package I have installed (EN-US, EN-GB, GR)

Shutdown
Since the last update of Windows 10 on my computer it will not shut down. I get the message about the task manager shutting down background files but it times out and returns to the logged in window. Is this a simple fix or what? I keep clicking the shut
down anyway to ignore the problem and shut down.

Need help creating formula and condtions in Excel
My son has mental health issues and struggles with the predesigned checkbooks and savings spreadsheets in excel so I am designing ones specific to his needs, can anyone help me out here?
Example of how I can phrase it for you to understand (don't know how to do it in excel terms)
Column "C" has drop-downs so it is limited to only the options he needs
If column C =(Emergency Money), then I need it to: -(amount insame row column D) from L:4, +(amount in same row column E) to L:4
Cell L:4 tracks his total amounts added or used from savings account for Emergency Expenses
If column C =(Auto Repairs), then I need it to: -(amount in same row column D) from L:9,+(amount in same row column E) to L:9
Cell L:9 tracks his total amounts added or used from savings account for Auto Repair Expenses
If column C =(Savings), then I need it to: -(amount in same row column D) from L:7,+(amount in same row column G) to L:7
Cell L:7 tracks his total amounts added or used from savings account for something
I actually have a spreadsheet I have been trying to screen shot or attach but can not seem to be able to.
Can anyone help me out here??

Lumia 535 / Inconvenientes con el reproductor de Videos.
Buenas tardes. Tengo un Microsoft Lumia 535 Dual SIM y no puedo reproducir vídeos correctamente, se cortan y se pone la pantalla verde, se reproduce con tirones. Tanto el sistema operativo como la tienda y las app están actualizadas, ¿hay algo más que pueda hacer o es un fallo que no tiene solución?
