cosa vuol dire quando si cancellano delle email e quando alcune porte usb smettono di funzionare?
Buonasera scusate il disturbo,
solo due domande: ho notato, negli ultimi 15 o 20 giorni che nella casella della posta della Microsoft, sono sparite molte email, che però per fortuna andando in outlook.com si trovano ancora, inoltre delle porte usb a volte non funzionano, cioè non i viene riconosciuto il mouse o una penna usb, la cosa non è mai successa prima, non sarà che il mio vecchio computer, mi stia lasciando e che questi siano i primi segni di cedimento, magari della scheda madre???
Nota i driver della scheda madre e video sono tutti aggiornati, forse sarà perché la temperatura della CPU stà aumentando, ora per esempio stà in 50° a fine giornata, senno appena accendo il computer, stà in 40°,debbo cambiare la pasta termica del dissipatore

Embedding an excel sheet in word 2016 does not work
Hello,
When I embed an Excel 2016 spreadsheet in a Word 2016 document (i.e. to make an invoice), I end up with a strange behavior :
- while I am working on the word document, the excel sheet can still be open with a right click, with a choice between open or modify, any update is ok
- if I save the word document, close it, and re-open it, then the spreadsheet is not active any more, a right click shows "unknown object", and it cannot be opened anymore
I tried repairing Office 2016, it did not fix the problem. Running Word as an administrator had also no effect - but my account is an admin account.
BTW I am running the latest versions of Windows 10 and Office 2016. I am using docx and xlsx formats
I will be glad if somebody as a clue about this problem. OLE is a nice feature, and I feel frustrated not to be able to use it as in previous versions of Office.

No way to report false positives for various Microsoft Products (Smartscreen, Defender...). Damages may be sought.

We developed a tool and web site to detect the "WannaCry" vulnerability and to make it easy to download the required patch for the user's system in case the system is vulnerable.
However, Smartscreen Defender prevents the downloading of the tool and there is no option to report false positives.
The tool is free and is ad supported (ads are on the web site only) and this false positive has a very negative impact on my business.
I have contacted my lawyers and we have decided to try to find a way to "whitelist" the site and/tool, but it seems there is no easy way to do so. Most of the other actors in the security area have ways to submit false positives that can easily be found.
Please have someone at Microsoft do something before we ask for damages in the EU jurisdiction, since we are a EU based company!

Ook ik ontvang sinds kort een aantal keer per dag meldingen met bovengenoemde melding (zie ook print in bijlage). Ik heb geen idee waar dit door komt of dat ik iets geïnstalleerd zou hebben wat dit met zich mee zou brengen.
Hebben jullie hier een oplossing voor?

Microsoft tech screwed up. I was online writing an article when a hack attempt occurred and my OS product keys were removed.
HAS ANYONE ELSE BEEN HIJACKED BY MICROSOFT INTO LOADING WINDOWS 10 EARLIER THAN WHE NTHEY CAN AFFORD OR AGAINST THEIR OWN WISHES TO CONTINUE WITH THEIR FAVORITE PROGRAM?
I have a HP xw9400 workstation that I use for artwork production, illustrating, writing books and articles. Essentially a writer doing both submissions to publishers and some desktop publishing too. A hack attempt occurred on Friday evening when the world wide mess started. I am using a USB wireless receiver so as soon as it started I pulled the plug so to speak. My computer was running flawlessly with all programs intact. But I got a window saying that my license product key or COA was not valid.
I contacted the Microsoft support desk and the tech Jim A. ran a scan to verify the product keys for my Microsoft office 2010 and my OS product key which I already had recorded. The tech Jim A. thru remote access and control was waiting for the scan to complete and while waiting and while he had control of the computer went into my files and deleted all of my windows 7 drivers for my OS as well as all drivers that had been downloaded recently from HP to update motherboard over the past few years.
Jim A then said he needed to restart the computer and when he did, it would not restart and it crashed. When I finally was able to access bios and go into the hard drives that I could not access after the crash (I did the access by installing the primary C drive in an enclosure and accessing with a back up computer) I examined the files. I watched (Helplessly) while he had remote access that he deleted 22,000 files. They included photos of construction work dating all the way back to 1985 and my Office 2010 and many written documents were all deleted. Even the half dozen flash drives were damaged to the point they were not accessible. I am furious. What is especially infuriating is that He then informs me that the machine has a hardware failure or problem instead of recognizing that the whole crash came as a result of his deleting all drivers and OS files.
The proof that the computer does not have a hardware failure is that in spite of it having no drivers for the CD/DVD drives anymore, and in spite of the fact that all the drivers for seven are gone, since Windows 10 has it's own drivers, I was able to pull a hard drive from a working computer with Windows 10 and plugged it in to my workstation and it booted and ran and operates just as well as my windows 7 Enterprise did before. At this point, I feel that I am being forced, coerced and hijacked by Microsoft techs to upgrade to 10. I am not blessed with huge cash reserves right now having just started recovery from an accident, broken back and surgery. so I was not able to purchase the Windows 10 and my main computer which is my workhorse and had been loaded with many files that I cannot afford to lose is basically sidelined until I can raise the money to purchase the 10 OS COA key.

Access Interactive Reports
My background is coming from development in Oracle Application Express (APEX). Now with my new job I am working with MS Access 2016 - and have a need to create something similar to what APEX called an 'Interactive Report'. It is a report with a search
field at the top which will search the report content and return rows with the searched for item. Is there such a thing in MS Access? Or if not, how can I create something similar to this with Access?

Office 2016 Pro Plus Phone Troubleshooting Cost?
Does it cost something ($) to call Microsoft to troubleshoot Office 2016 Pro Plus?
Somebody from a non-profit that I'm looking after IT wise told me that he called MS yesterday inre: problem he had with Excel, which is something that I could have easily fixed. I'm not certain what number he called or whether he might have been billed for it.
By the way, it's very difficult finding info on the internet re: MS support costs!
Much appreciate a simple, direct answer. Thanks in advance.

Ayer funcionaba bien, pero hoy al prenderlo la mitad de la pantalla comenzó a vibrar, distorsionando las cosas que dice. Probé reiniciando (muchas veces) y todo sigue igual, tampoco se ha mojado o ensuciado.

Cannot send emails from my server to outlook emails
Hello, i'm having a little trouble when trying to send emails from *** Email address is removed for privacy *** to *** Email address is removed for privacy ***/hotmail.com.
1st i thought it was some settings that i had to do, after checking that every setting was good, i sent a test email to an outlook email and i got this reply email. (at my website email)

Outlook
Recently the scree for my outlook email has the bottom 1/3 covered with an ad -- on the left side, my folders are no longer visible, and also covered with an ad to upgrade to premium. When I try to compose an email, I only have one line of text visible. HELP! How do I get my old screen & normal visibility back! This is non functional, and will drive me away from using outlook entirely after all these years with MS.

Fehlfunktion der Taskleiste Win10
Hallo,
ich habe seit mehreren Wochen ein Problem mit meiner Taskleiste unter Windows 10.
Nach jedem Hochfahren funktioniert diese einwandfrei bis ich eine gewisse Zeit mit dem Gerät gearbeitet oder gespielt habe.
Meist nach Vollbild-Anwendungen setzt die Taskleiste aus.
Alle angehefteten Programme lassen sich durch das anklicken zwar noch ausführen jedoch funktioniert der Rechtsklick nicht mehr, ergo es ist nicht möglich weitere Optionen aufzurufen. Wiederum funktioniert jedoch der Rechtsklick für alle ausgeblendeten Symbole. Auch Cortana lässt sich nur nach vielfachem Klicken wieder nutzen.
Beim Anklicken des Windowssymbols passiert nun auch nichts mehr jedoch kann ich hier wieder rechts klicken um die "abgespeckte" Ansicht zu erhalten. Außerdem tritt ab diesem Zeitpunkt die Taskleiste bei Vollbildanwendungen (auch Videowiedergaben) nicht mehr in den Hintergrund was natürlich sehr störend ist wenn 2cm vom Bildschirm verdeckt sind.
Ich habe keine Ahnung was los ist und wie ich es beheben kann. Google hat nichts ähnliches ausgespuckt.

Tenho 2 computadores em casa: 1 deles com uma licença para o Windows 8, que atualizei para windows 10 (pelo que só tenho o CD de instalação do Windows 8) e outro para o qual comprei uma cópia física do Windows 10, tendo assim o CD de instalação do Windows 10. Eu quero formatar o computador que veio com o Windows 8 de origem, e quero saber se o posso fazer com o CD de instalação do Windows 10 que tenho, uma vez que ambas as contas estão associadas cada uma à sua respetiva conta microsoft.
