I want to ask a rather simple, but off the wall question as I am considering the purchase of a new Windows 10 laptop from the Microsoft Store. I have not been able to obtain an answer from either the Microsoft Store (tried) or Asus (closed for a major holiday according to their website.) I am considering buying the Asus Zenbook UX360CA. Can anyone tell me for certain if the inside of the laptop is black, or the same gray as the outside. I cannot tell for certain from the pictures. Also, if anyone has had experience with this laptop, can you give me any feedback as to positive performance or issues you have personally experienced. This laptop is on my shortlist of five. I just would like to know what I am getting.

under user accounts the enter password box is unchecked, in settings /sign in options the required password is set to never. what else do I need to do

Hi,

I don't really know how to articulate this problem. But at the top of the Outlook.com website when you are in email, there is a "theme" bar across the top -- either a solid color or a pattern -- with info like, the "Outlook.com" header, a button for "Mail Settings," "Notifications," etc. There is no option to have no theme.

The past two days, the color bar has randomly "fallen," so it covers the choices to send, forward, reply, etc. when you are in a message. If I refresh the screen, it goes away but inevitably comes back shortly and I lose what wasn't autosaved into the drafts folder. 

I know this probably isn't stated usefully for any real help, but I would like to know what is going on and how to stop it, if I can. 

I use a Mac and run Mavericks (OSX 10.9.5, as updated as possible). I use Safari to get to my email on outlook.com.

Não é possível instalar a atualização KB2693643 para usar o recurso de "Remote Server Administration Tools ".
Depois de executar o aplicativo e a aceitar a instalação é gerada a informação de que a Atualização KB2693643 não pode ser instalada e não diz o que fazer. 

Preciso instalar para usar or recursos do AD num determinado computador que tem a mesma imagem do Windows que o meu, mas não consigo instalar de jeito nenhum. 
Gostaria de saber como resolver isso, pois o Windows não dá nenhuma dica, só  não instala.

第一张图片是我使用键盘上的亮度加减按键的图片，这个的那个图标是正常的，但是我在用键盘上的音量加减调节音量时，那个图标就变成了两个方框，今天早些时候都是好的，而且最近电脑总是出现“.***文件出现问题，Windows已将其重置为 .*** 文件”  的消息，有时候两三秒钟就有连续不断的四五个这种消息出来，请问这个怎么办啊？

Buenas días con todos.

Tengo un inconveniente en la empresa donde yo trabajo, tenemos instado un servidor de correos institucional.

Al momento de redactar un correo y enviarlo desde el correo institucional a un correo de Hotmail, este llega de manera rápida al destinatario.

El problema se genera al momento de responder ese correo desde Hotmail al institucional ya que tarda demasiado tiempo en llegar, el correo a nuestro a servidor al cabo de 12 o 24 horas de haber sido enviado.

Me gustaría como puedo solucionar este problema.

My 2009 computer crashed & was unable to start up.  Got a new computer with Windows 10.  I had purchased office '16 in December.  I want to get it transferred onto new computer, but cant find specifics on this without product key or without able to cancel it on the old computer.  I can access onedrive, but I want to have the word, excel, powerpoint, etc on this computer.

Also, I have the hard drive for the old computer still. I was wondering if it would work as an external drive for this new one if I got one of those external hard drive cases.  The old computer was windows 7 I believe.

Hi there,

I have a BT email account in my maiden name as this is the name I continue to use for professional purposes (i.e., this is the name used in the actual email address). Despite this, the name displayed to recipients is my married name.

I would like to change this to make them consistent but when I go into my profile (at the top right of the screen), it won't let me edit my name - and says this will have been set by my IT/HR department and I should contact my admin - which I don't have: It's only me!

Can someone more technical than me, please offer suggestions!

When I reply to or forward an email, the thread that's copied below shows up with strange formatting – double spaced (an extra line break for each line), and often the header is in an extremely large font size. Any ideas why?

This situation is extremely odd.

The systems are all 2k8, SQL is 2k8. The farm consists of 1 APP Server and 2 WFEs. The 2 WFE's are Load Balanced as well.

The people picker is working on our main Web Application (Portal A) as well as all sub-sites/workspaces of that Web App. All other Web Applications (5 of them) and their sub-sites see the "Error on Callback" when trying to retrieve the names within the people picker. To add a little more confusion to the barrel, It is only occurring on the one WFE (WFE2010A) while working perfectly  on all Web Apps and subsites on the second WFE (WFE2010B). While not used as a web front end, the people picker works just fine on our Application Server as well (that server runs Central Admin).

So, the question is, How can the picker fail on multiple Web Apps and their sub-sites while running fine on one Web App on the same server and fine on all Web Apps of the second front end?

People can tell when they are on the WFE2010A server immediately because of this issue. I have done all the get and set properties and passwords suggested in multiple blogs which seems all well and good when the picker fails as a whole but in this case it is failing as stated above which I have not seen described anywhere on the forums as of yet. All suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

La actualización KB4019472 me ha bloqueado Internet Explorer 11 y tras actualizar a la última versión de Windows 10 persiste la incidencia, con el agravante de que ahora no puedo desinstalar la actualización que ha creado el problema y necesito Internet Explorer dado que la web de algunos clientes no funcionan con otro navegador ni con Edge. Adicionalmente Edge no soporta Java, que lo necesito para la firma electrónica en esas web.

  这个在更新里面有个某些设置隐藏或者由你的组织来管理，我在设置里面都找了，就更新这里有，就重新启动选项安排一个时间是灰色的， 其他都是可以自己手动更改的。 请问这是何故? 跟激活KEY 有关系吗？

ich habe das office Programm auf meinen pc (mac geladen und dann im Finder die Datei pga geöffnet und installiert, wie geht es nun weiter, wo finde ich die einzelnen Programme, word, excel etc. und wie kann ich sie öffnen und auf dem desktop ablegen?

Пару дней назад приобрели ноутбук-трансформер, поставила пароль, а через день зарегистрировалась в Microsoft и вышло уведомление о том, что в ноут теперь войти можно, если введете пароль от Microsoft. Захожу на следующий день и машинально ввожу старый пароль от ноутбука и все, больше других шансов войти нет. Поле "пароль" не выделяется, буквы не пишутне, но клавиатура и сенсор работают.Сам он не отключается, батарея не вынимается. ЧТО ДЕЛАТЬ??ХЕЛП ПЛИЗ!!

Bonjour

Après avoir monté mon PC moi même, j'ai installé Windows 10. Lors de l'installation windows m'a proposé soit le ssd, soit le disque dur et j'ai choisi le ssd, maintenant je ne retrouve pas le disque dur sur l'ordi pour y stocker mes fichiers. Que dois-je faire ?

Boa tarde,

Eu gostava de poder continuar a utilizar o mais rapidamente possível o meu PowerPoint, word, exel, etc. O problema é que eu quero usá-los e eles dizem que a sessão expirou. Eu clico em "ativar" e coloco a chave do produto como pede, e depois diz que aquela  chave já pertence a outra conta e eu volto a colocar o meu e-mail e a palavra pass e aquilo não funciona, e eu preciso de utilizar isto rapidamente...
