I can not connect to the internet due to messing around with the laptop and accidentaly erased what i believe to be all network settings. I have tried about everything and still cannot get back ip again. HELP

Windows travando quando aperto o botão direito do mouse em qualquer arquivo dentro de pastas ou explorer
olá, gostaria de saber se alguém tem ciência do que pode estar acontecendo com meu computador, a dois dias percebi que toda vez que tento abrir um arquivo ( vídeo, musica etc.) clicando com o botão direito do mouse o windows explorer trava totalmente,
especialmente quando passo o mouse em (abrir como) e depois disso nao funciona novamente a não ser que eu reinicie o windows explorer pelo gerenciador de tarefas, e se eu novamente tentar executar a mesma coisa de novo, o problema ainda persiste, porém posso
abrir o arquivo com o botao esquerdo normalmente, mais o problema está, nao posso escolher com qual reprodutor de video abrir um video por acaso ou musica, nao posso clicar em propriedades do arquivos. ja executei a limpeza da pasta ( temp e %temp% mais nada

Last update froze, now I'm back to 8.1
I have a weird situation here, that I can't seem to find a solution to. During the last Insider update my computer froze during installation...now I'm back to Win 8.1 and can't seem to figure out how to get myself back into the program and back on Win 10. I'm using my Samsung Ativ Pro for my Insider builds as I don't want them on my Alienware!! This has never happened to me before and I've been an Insider/Preview member since day 1, so I'm really not liking 8.1 right now...haha
Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

cannot find/open document
I created a document last night and saved it to one drive. Today, i could not find the document anywhere until opened up the microsoft word program and clicked on the recent file. When i clicked on it, it said that micrsoft cannot open this file. I have

surface pro 3 の初期化で Office アプリ が使えなくなってしまいました
以前、初期化を行ったとたん、Officeアプリが使用できなくなってしまいました。
プロダクトキーを入力しないといけないみたいなんですが、
まったく覚えがなく、困ってしまっています。
製品カードも持っていませんし、ネットで調べた方法でも自分のプロダクトキーをみつけることができませんでした。
回復USBドライブも使っていなかったので戻すこともできません。
wordやpowerpointが使えなくて、本当に頭を抱えている状況です。

Problem while updating window...!
When my laptop was updating window ( ver8.1) something wrong so that couldn't finish update. screen appear " fatal error C0000022 applying update operation 58671 of 60750 (/Regi...) " . now whenever i start my laptop window always update and after that, screen appear the same. I try to fix by restart or restore but no help. please help me to get into my window, now i even cant get to destop! thanks

Original message not shown in Outlook 2016 Inbox Conversation
After sending an email and getting a reply, the original message does not show when I open the tree view for the conversation in outlook inbox. All further communications are shown properly in the conversation view.
This is causing some frustration when, for example, I have sent an email to a large group of recipients and then receive a reply from one person with additional information which I would like to share with the entire group of the first email. I now need to go to my sent-box, search for the first email and click reply all instead of just scrolling two emails down in the inbox and reply all.
Also I'm not talking about "replies and forwards" the text is properly included, but the mail is not available through the the conversation view in the inbox.
Thanlfull for any advice as I'm kinda scracthing my head right now.

マウスは使っていない。

Edgeの「閲覧履歴の削除」の怪
1.Edgeの閲覧履歴を削除すると？？MSのマニュアル通り、WebサイトのID・パスワードが削除され、次回アクセス時にはID・パスワードの入力が求められます。

2..ところが、Edgeの設定→詳細設定→パスワードを保管するをONにしていればEdgeの閲覧履歴を削除しても保管WEBの一覧が表示されます。
3.また、コントロールパネルのユーザーアカウント→資格情報マネジャーにはちゃんと保管されています。
4..さらにOLSのCCleanerで「Edgeのインターネットの履歴」にチェックを入れて「クリーンアップ」を実行しても、Edgeに次回アクセスしたときはID・パスワードの入力が求められません。
