My question is that whenever MSN Weather update comes I click it and then it opens the store and when I click "Install" It does not install.It shows me a error which is "0*80073cf9". I want to know why?

I recently acquired a used Surface Pro 2 from Norway. Problem is that the messages, prompts etc appear in Norwegian when I am using the pc. Likewise, the messages are in Norwegian when the pc performs updates during start-up or shutting down.
If I do a factory reset, is there any way I can change the language to English instead of Norwegian? Or must I send the pc to Microsoft to change the "default" language?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks much.

Hello, I have a HP Pavilion g7 laptop with windows 8.
I recently tried to cut and paste one folder (title example "folder A") from "My Pictures" to an external hard drive which failed to work. "folder A" also failed to delete.
When trying to open "folder A" my entire laptop freezes and becomes unresponsive, leaving the power button as the only option of shutting down the laptop.
All the photo files within "folder A" appear in Windows 8 "slide-screen" style search facility, when hovering the pointer over the thumbnails they are still showing as being located in “folder A” and when right clicking on a photo thumbnail “Open file location”, the laptop freezes and becomes unresponsive again.
The photo files are seemingly still there but only thumbnails can be seen in the aforementioned search facility andnot in the folder itself, as attempting to open “My Pictures” > “Folder A” it just totally crashes. Plus, when trying to delete “folder A” it says “Discovering 0 bytes” in “folder A”. I also did a “System Refresh” and that changed a lot of my settings (had to download Norton & Word again) but the situation with “My Pictures” and mainly “folder A” is still occurring - slow, freezes/unresponsive/photo files not able to be accurately accessed.
I would like to be able to open “My Pictures” and mainly “folder A” without my laptop crashing, with all photo files inside.
Any suggestions on how to resolve this issue, and make my laptop run smoothly again without freezing when opening “My Pictures” would be very much appreciated.

I am no longer with the organization I was with when I installed skype for business.
I have an organization that uses skype for business that requested a meeting with me. They only use skype for business. I was unable to log in using my yahoo email address- I kept getting an error message - and the meeting had to be rescheduled while I try to resolve the issue of not being able to log in and connect.
I am in need of assistance so I can connect for the meeting.

I'm running Office 2010 on Windows 10 Home. I have not been able to get email for a few days. I suspect it is password related. As I reset my password about the time this started (possibly on another device). If I shut down it goes through all the normal start up things then I see a minimized window with outlook along with a pop up that says Outlook has stopped working. If I shut down Outlook, I get the following..
C:\Users\Rick\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook\*** Email address is removed for privacy ***(1).ost cannot be opened.
Note that about a year ago (when Microsoft was changing servers on live.com}, I had to change my email by capitalizing my first and last name. So the above message reflects that email no longer used. It was still on Outlook but didn't cause any issues.
I am going to need some heavy guidance on repairing this. So I would appreciate being guided to a repair source.

Using Outlook for Mac, Version 15.33., part of Office 365 subscription
I've imported 1,500 contacts into Outlook on my Mac and this works fine. The problem is that these contacts do not sync up to the cloud-based version of Office 365. My calendar and email is syncing fine.
When I go to the web-version of my Outlook, I can see the calendar and emails, but non of my contacts. And I assume this also explains why I also cannot see my contacts on my phone or ipad mobile versions of the app.
How do I get my contacts to sync properly?
There's a user here who is complaining that the view of word documents keeps reverting back to Full Markup, rather than the Simple markup they keep manually setting the view to.
Is this an expected feature of Track Changes in OSX Word 2016? Is there an automatic trigger for Full Markup that I may have missed?

When waking up from sleep there is no text box to type in a password or pin, the sign-in screen is just the background pic and three items in the lower right, network, accessibility and power. The touchscreen, touch-pad, mouse and keyboard all seem to be working. the only useful option is to restart which gives a good sign-in screen with text box and keypad on touch screen for pin and even responds to the keyboard. this problem has been intermittent for a long time, now after the last update of windows 10 creator it happens every time and my only option if it goes into sleep with the password/pin enabled is to restart it.
I have an original, no upgrade, Windows 10. I am trying to uninstall Cyberlink and it tells me I am missing SKRSet.skr?

Dear Dalton, in our organization we have the E1 and E3 licenses and I will like to start a pilot with 5 Delve Analytics Licenses. The problem That I have is that I wan to acquire just the 4 USD ADDON but our reseller mentions that it can only be acquired through E5 license. Is it possible to share with me the code that use to acquire the ADD ON so I can forward the procedure to my reseller and show that there is this option available.

i just received a suspicious email from *** Email address is removed for privacy *** (Accounts Team) saying that I sent a request (which I never did) to empty my inbox, semtbox amd then delete the account from the database within 24 hours. There is a link to also verify and stop if it was not asked by me. The addressed on the mail is *** Email address is removed for privacy *** and not me. Is it a scam?
