Most of my emails aren't being received
I just made a new account on outlook but about 3/4 of my emails aren't being properly sent; as in, they show up in the "Sent' box, but the recipients are telling me that they have received nothing - however, some recipients do receive the emails for some
reason. One common thread is that literally none of my replies go through (only some of my new emails do). I've had difficulty contacting Outlook directly for help.

windows updates is not working, system has memory usage and Event Viewer is showing more than 10,000 errors, warnings, et al
Having worked on the front end of computers for many years, I'm still a novice. That being said, I've been able to fix a few problems myself for the most part without any outside assistance. Try as I may, I am unable to find a solution online that gives me step by step solutions to the problems listed above. It's frustrating and even though I've tried to wander through the online mazes of 'help' I'm unable to get to a place where I can actually perform the 'fixes' myself.
The Event Viewer is showing more than 10,000 errors, warnings, et al. How do I repair or fix these things myself? Can it be done? I've spent the better part of today searching online for possible fixes for the many problems I've got going on but I can't get to one place on the web where that help is easily available.
What will help me the most is to have a 'cheat sheet' that details a step by step, no steps skipped, idiot-proof solution of accessing help for problems like the above with a possible solution to 'self' fix problems. Each and every solution that I've encountered has been fraught either with 'geek' language that I don't always understand, or an assumption by the person answering a question that assumes the reader knows exactly what's being said. Not so!
I've had other problems. I have three external hard drives that I use for retrieving and storing files that I use on a regular basis. This morning I received a notification that updates were available for one of my drives. After clicking on the box to start the updates, nothing happened. (Clearly, either I'm doing something to hex this machine and its components, or there's some issue with this CPU.)
I have 75G on this computer, of which I'm now supposedly using about 75%. From what I undersatnd, the optimum performance and speed is achieved when using about one third to one half of the memory. But, after opening up the C drive, I don't see folders
or files that may be sucking up more of the memory than it should. Using my external drives (approximately 5TB total, I can't understand why my C drive is showing that much memory usage.
Does Windows 10 have a repair function? Any help, assistance, guidance, comments, that can get me to where my computer is functioning well will be gratefully received and accepted.
Until then, I remain a prisoner of the idiosyncracies of today's technology (or my own ignorance of same).

After reset of Windows 10 hard drive is locked
Ok all, this is new to me and have not seen anything close to it.
The wife has also been on Insider preview since june/july last year. She went to update and after the update the hard drive kept coming up as inaccessible.
We ran chkdsk and it found and recovered some errors on the drive and we went to boot and it booted fine, then suddenly it crashed.
Now after the crash chkdsk finds no errors we go to boot and it says drive has errors.
We go through and rebuild bcd.
Goes to boot and crashes. startup with the esd and go to run chkdsk fixes error. She decides to reset since it seems to be a problem with the partition table. She resets to keep her files and after a while it returns the error you drive is inaccessible no changes were made.
We start from esd again and even chkdsk says drive is locked.
Any suggestions before wiping the drive would help.

Accidental purchase of $50 worth of skype credit.
I was attempting to buy skype credit so I could call my Dad, but i got $50 instead of $25 worth. It said that the purchase failed, so i did it again, but apparently it worked both times. Any way i can fix this?

My touch pad cursor sticks in Windows 10

Every time I shut down or restart, the computer entirely forgets the changes I have made to the Touchpad settings (which are numerous). I've run the basic SFC scan with no integrity issues found, have installed updates, restarted, shut down, restarted,
and still no dice. Online instructions from Google are almost exclusively for Windows 8 or lower.

just received my nextbook flex 10 tablet which came with the update windows 10. on Jan 22 when I got it, it allowed me to download three games at this moment until, windows store won't allow me to download or do any updates. when I'm trying to download games, getting error message : 0x803f7000. can someone please help me sort this out? thanks in advance
