其它邮箱都是能编辑显示自定义名称如：Annie Zhang， Dan等，唯独后缀为outlook.com的邮箱，显示的都是整个邮件地址，使用的协议是MICROSOFT EXCHANGE, 查询说需要管理员更改，但是我们都是自己注册的OUTLOOK.COM邮箱，没有所谓管理员，请问微软如何才能实现上述目的？让微软帮我改吗？他可能不理我吧！

Goal seek overwrites target cell when used 2nd time
Hi everyone,
When I use Goal seek on a particular cell, it works fine, returning the value and leaving the formula in the target cell. Then when I use it a second time on the same cell again it will overwrite the formula in the target cell with the target value.
Does anyone know how I can fix this? It seems to be a bug - but I may be doing something wrong. I've tried multiple worksheets and workbooks, and resetting the computer. Nothing stops it happening. I've uploaded pictures of it happening below, and you'll see in the final picture D11's formula has been replaced by the target value.
I am using Excel 2016 MSO (16.0.7927.1024) 32-bit

Add in web Outlook
Hi i'm a french young trainee and I must develop an addin web outlook that must get back SharePoint list's informations.
My add in must be located in a vertical pane always access in my main page and not only when an email are open.
When I try to get to my SharePoint list, I have authenticate problems.
I can't find a solution to my problem.
Is it possible in an addin web outlook we can access to a SharePoint list ?

WindowsとMacでExcelの同一データのレイアウトが崩れる
Excel2016で表示されるデータが、WindowsとMacでは表示が異なります。
Windowsではレイアウトが正常に表示されますが、
Macではフォントやフォントサイズが変更されるとともに、
テキストボックスは大きさが縮小して表示されます。
レイアウトが崩れて表示されるデータを再度Windowsで開いた際には、
問題なく表示されます。
過去の質問を参考にして、既定フォントを「MS Pゴシック」に変更してみましたが、
改善しません。
ご教授のほど、よろしくお願いいたします。

Dall'aggiornamento al Creators Update, Windows richiede l'attivazione
Salve,
da quando il mio computer è stato aggiornato con il Creators Update in momenti casuali della giornata mi appare il messaggio in basso a destra dove vengo avvisato che il mio SO necessita di attivazione.
Il mio Windows era precedentemente attivato. Infatti ogni volta che vado su Impostazioni> Aggiornamento e Sicurezza> Attivazione tale messaggio scompare.
Come potrei risolvere?

WORD MACRO
Please help. I received this one word file saying that i should enable macro to see the details. I think it's a virus but its too late since I already opened the file and enabled the macro. Can anybody tell me what it is. Or what harm can it do to me. Please see link for the word file. Please be careful on the file if you don't have any knowledge about it.

EdgeでFlash Plyer使用のコンテンツが使用できない
Windows10 Creators Update（Windows10、Ver1703 ビルド15063.296）
（Windows8.1からのUP）適用で以下の環境で使用しています。
Webブラウザ 「Edge Ver 40.15063.0.0」 「IE11 Ver 11.296.15063.0（11.0.42）」
「Flash Plyer Ver 25.0.0171」
この環境でホームページにある、ゲームにEdgeでアクセスすると
「本ゲームはFlash Plyerが必要になります。最新のFlash Plyerをダウンロードし、
インストールしてくださいと表示され,Flash Plyerのアイコンが表示されます。
アイコンをクリックしてページを開くと、Edgeに組み込まれているので必要なしが
表示されます。
Flash Plyerのテストアイコンをクリックして、動作確認をしても表示される画像の
雲も動き問題ありません。
EdgeのFlash Plyerの設定もONになっており問題ありません。
またEdgeでradiko.jpでもFlash Plyerのエラーメッセージが出て視聴できません。
Creators Update前までは問題なく表示されていました。
もう一台のPC（1607ビルド14393.1198 Edge 38.14393.1066.0 IE11 11.1198.14393（11.0.42 Flash25.0.0171）は、まだCreators Updateを行っていませんので、何の問題もなく正常に表示できています。
Creators Updateの適用後の問題と思いますが、ゲームとradikoをEdgeで使用できるようにする方法をお知らせください。

Problemi aggiornamento Windows 10 1607
Buongiorno, ho un notebook Acer Asire 5310 con 2 gb di ram, se installo win 10 64 bit non ho problemi ma è lento, con la 32 bit riesco solo ad istallare la 1511, se provo con la iso nuova si blocca alla schermata blu con la scelta della lingua e il notebook è completamente bloccato e devo spegnerlo brutalmente, qualcuno sa darmi un aiuto?

Buongiorno!
Anche dopo aver sfoglieto ben bene le altre discussioni non sono mica riuscita a risolvere il mio problema....
Procediamo in ordine: ho due pc a casa (entrambi WINDOWS 7) che uso alternandoli in quanto con uno faccio acquisizione dal decoder e sull'altro elaboro i file, faccio editing, etc ...
Tra i tanti HD esterni che uso per trasportare dati da uno all'altro ho un TOSHIBA 2.5 da 1TR che non ha mai dato segni di problemi, a parte quando ho cominciato a travasare molti dati dal secondo pc (editing) in quanto - semplicemente - mi diceva che non
avevo le autorizzazioni da proprietario della cartella. Presto fatto, ho fatto in modo di divenire proprietario ed ho "travasato". Stessa cosa quando l'ho portato sull'altro pc per acquisire filmati ,ma ho risolto come poco prima, divenendo proprietario.
Il giorno seguente (ieri), accedendo il pc vedo che il disco non ha più il suo come originario (SERIETV_TOSHIBA) ma si è tramutato semplicemente in Disco G. PANICO. E nel tentativo di aprirlo mi dice
Percorso non disponibile. Impossibile accedere a G: - Accesso negato
Cercando di accedere tramite GESTIONE DISCO vedo però che il disco è integro, il nome è il suo solito (TOSHIBA blabla), è integro ed attivo.
Inoltre mi dava un problema al cestino (cestino danneggiato), che non si svuotava, ma dai prompt ho risolto il problema (rd /s g:\$recycle.bin) anche se ho dovuto lottare perchè avevo
privilegi insufficienti ed ho dovuto operare come amministratore - anche se ho un solo user, ho pensato che magari le autorizzazioni si accavallassero....
Cambio la lettera come indicato nel forum, e provo allora con il divenire proprietario di nuovo tramite le impostazioni di sicurezza (ma dagestione, non dalla cartella computer)
Divento proprietario ma non cambia nulla.
Faccio diversi chkdsk e pare tutto bene.
Ma continua a non farmi accedere.
Sto impazzendo da ore, cosa potrei ancora fare?

Problem mit offenen WLAN
Hallo, ich habe ein Problem mit einem offenen WLAN in meiner Nachbarschaft. Das heißt Telekom_Fon und wird vom Netzwerkanbieter immer wieder als bekanntes Netzwerk hinzugefügt. Die Empfangsstärke ist wie bei meinem WLAN, so dass alle Balken sichtbar sind.
Demzufolge muss es sich unter den nahen Nachbarhäusern sein. Der Netzwerkanbeter ist das mein LTE-Router? Normales DSL ist bei mir nicht machbar. Kann ich diese WLAN irgendwie mit meinem Router blockieren? Danke erstmal.

am re seller and i have customer who purchased office 365 business 10 users and it worked just fine until this year they asked for renewal but they wanted to decrease to five users and i got the license and added it to the users accounts however the application are still asking for activation and outlook is not working knowing i have reinstalled these application using there emails..your help is really appreciated.

Добрый день, в общем я перешел с windows 7 на windows 10 home по инсайдерской программе, недавно я сменил материнскую плату, ну и активация слетела, нужно ее активировать, но ключа от windows 10 нет, подскажите пожалуйста, что мне делать? можно ли как-то
активировать windows 10 бесплатно? просто слышал, что тех. поддержка Microsoft предоставляет такую возможность.
