Je viens de faire l'acquisition d'un Lenovo ThinkPad P51, et dès la première minute d'utilisation, il est diablement lent !
Avant que j'installe mes propres softs, il était lent !
Après avoir installé mes propres softs (antivirus, suite office, ...) et supprimé les logiciels inutiles et lents préinstallés, il est toujours lent !
Que faire ?

I bought Lumia 640XL Dual sim few weeks ago, after buying it, I updated it to Latest Creators Update (10.0.15063.540) from 8.1 update 2 immediately within a day. Now I'm facing a major problem while sharing photos, especially on instagram and messenger,
when I tap on the photo sharing icon on messenger on someone's inbox, in first few seconds it starts loading, then the app suddenly shuts down, and my start screen comes on, and few seconds after that, my start screen shows "Loading..." and screen goes blank
and the phone restarts. Same thing happens when I use instagram, when i tap "+" to post photos, same thing happens, the app crashes, phone restarts, it also happens when try to add instagram stories.
But everything works fine when I remove my sd card, I can easily share photos from device memory when I take out the sd card or just remove it from settings>storage>sd card
You may think my sd card has problems, but I tried it with my other two sd cards, and still the problem comes back, apps crashes, phone restarts, but when there's no sd card, photo sharing on messenger or instagram works pretty good.
I talked about this issue with some people who use the same model phone and same OS Build, sadly, they are not facing this problem. I think I'm the only one who is facing this problem. All my apps are updated.
Otherwise my phone just works fine
Pleas tell me what's wrong ahow to fix it?
Where are my start up tiles and apps? Gone.

auf dem Surface meines Vaters ist plötzlich die Mail-App (die für Windows Live Mail aus C:\Program Files\WindowsApps) verschwunden. Sie lässt sich im Store zwar wieder installieren, zumindest behauptet der Store das, sie scheint aber danach trotzdem nicht in den Programmen auf. Beim nächsten Aufruf des Stores, wird wieder die "Installieren"-Schaltfläche angeboten.
Ob die .exe-Datei wirklich da ist oder nicht, kann ich mangels Zugriffsmöglichkeit auf den oben genannten Ordner leider nicht feststellen.
Ich habe nun Outlook (das Office-Programm) auf dem Surface eingerichtet, da aber die Mail-App einfacher zu bedienen ist, wäre es schön, die App wieder zur Verfügung zu haben.

I have Lenovo G500 laptop which initially came with 2GB ram. I upgraded RAM to 6 GB and formatted and installed windows 7 64 bit.
Two problems:
1. Battery Drain increased.
2. System heating increased.
I am thinking to install now windows 10 pro 64 bit. Will it solve the problem?
Also Tell me why battery drains so quickly and about heating problems also.

Hi there, i have been trying to create a new hotmail account but i am unable to do so without having a code sent to a mobile phone. I've checked the forums and nearly every answer is to skip that step and use an alternate email instead, but there is no option for me to do so. Its either i request the code or i cannot create my new account. Is there any way around using a cell phone number,?
Hi,all. I purchased Groove Music pass yesterday on the understanding that when you buy 1 month you then get a further 6 months free,as with the offer on at the moment. However,i didn't get anything else when i paid for one month. I contacted Microsoft this morning who said they would cancel it for me,refund the payment and then i should buy the month pass again and all will be ok then. I have purchased the month pass again but i still have no 6 month free pass or 2 x 3 months to be precise. Any idea where i am going wrong here?

I have been trying to contact skype/microsoft support as when I try to log into my account it says my email address is linked to four skype accounts. If I try to go in and delete the three duplicates it says that email address is linked to another account and won't even let me log in.
How can I delete the duplicate accounts?
Is there an email address for support who would be able to delete the duplicates?
