hola, hace poco tuve que llevar el pc al técnico porque apareció la pantalla azul y no supe que hacer, ahora que tengo Windows 10 está pirata, mientras que tengo la clave del Windows 8 dentro de la BIOS (la verdad no se si funciona con la 8.1, porque en
otro foro dicen que si funciona la misma clave).Pero tengo la duda de si instalo el Windows 8.1 (probé en virtual box y si funcionó con la clave que tengo), a la hora de actualizar a Windows 10 (como ya lo tenia antes de llevarlo al técnico), como haría para
pasar de forma legal???

Controller Problem
When i got my Xbox One S Fifa17 bundle,i was so excited.I unboxed everything and started playing,that is when one day i tried syncing my controller to my xbox.When suddenly,the sync button on the controller did not react!I pressed the button and
it didnt do anything,i even tried to push it down and the lights didnt blink!Plz help because i cant connect my wireless controller to xbox.I even tried connecting it to my android phone but i need to sync it to phone because the controller has bluetooth.But
the my controller wont sync to the phone without bluetooth,and without bluetooth there is no sync button and if sync button doesnt work then there is no fun and if there there is no fin thenni cant play on my phone nor my xbox!!! PLz help me

Outlook 2003 Receiving Problem
Just got another Lenovo Win 10 desktop. I installed my disk copy of Office 2003. All the components work fine-- except OUTLOOK. When I use my email program it sends messages just fine. But I get this error message when receiving:
Task 'mail.twc.com - Receiving' reported error (0x800CCC92) : 'Your e-mail server rejected your login. Verify your user name and password in your account properties. Under Tools, click E-mail accounts. The server responded: -ERR invalid user name or password.'
Time Warner had me access my account via web mail. It worked fine. They checked my send/receive settings in Outlook and they are fine.
I use this same copy of 2003 on my husband's WIN 10 Lenovo computer and it has worked fine for past 2 years.
Time Warner says to check with Microsoft. Can anyone help? (I don't want to buy a new version of Office. Now that I am retired I only use Word and Outlook). Thanks, Kip

I want to move photos from Windows Photo app
I have photos in the Windows Photo App that I want to move. They were placed in the Photo app when I connected my phone and chose import photos. I did not have a choice of where to put the photos.
I have checked a photo, clicked Copy (either right-click or using COPY at the top of the app) and sometimes I can click in a folder on my PC, use CTRL V and paste the photo. Only sometimes. Always when I move a photo like this I get a copy of the photo in the Window Photo App. Also when I try to delete the extra copy in the app, the copy I wanted in the PC file gets deleted too.
This gets very messy. Example: Move 10 photos, maybe get 8 or 10 photos in the PC file folder, definitely get 10 more photos in the App. I am very frustrated. I no longer want to copy photos to my PC, I want to move them out of the App.
I want to get all photos out of the App. Kill the App. And then I want to be able to choose where photos go the next time I import from my phone (android). Any ideas?

Dial-up error 633 w/build 15063 (1703 Creators) Pro
Dial up worked fine in 1607. With the update to Creators' build it now reports "error 633 - com port in use."
The modem has always been on COM 3. Tried ports 5, 9, 11. Same. COM 1, the only port listed in Device Manager, is shown as "in use." Process Explorer shows no info when queried for "serial."
Searched, read and tested virtually every suggested fix...
Uninstalled and reinstalled dial-up connection
Uninstalled modem (in Safe Mode), booted normally and updated modem driver
Created a "reservedport" registry entry for port 1723
Ran netstat -aon search for port 1723; it's not listed
Disabled the broadband adapter temporarily and turned off the broadband modem temporarily
SFC /scannow shows no errors.
There are no VPN connections on this PC.
This isn't a modem fault; MS FAX works fine.
There was no DUN failure when 1511 O/S was updated to 1607.
Applied Creators' update to several 1607 restored images and over a 1511 restore as well.
DUN had been functional on them all until the 1703 update.

Mouse buttons 4 and 5 not working in games after the Creators update
Hi all,
I've just upgraded to the Creators update and in games my Logitech g502's extra mouse buttons aren't getting picked up ( buttons 4 and 5). For example, I go to an action currently bound to button 4, click to change it and when I press mouse button 5 it just doesn't know its been pressed!
I've checked around and people are seeing it in LoL, Dishonored 2, Witcher 3 and a few other games. I suspect the update is still rolling out and people haven't picked up on it yet.
I've tried hardware troubleshooter, unplugging and plugging it back in again, updated NVidia drivers... no success.
Any ideas?

Taskbar/start menu on left edge won't display after Windows 10 Creators update. Shows flashing line and high CPU usage.
Hello,
I manually installed the Windows 10 Creators Update in an attempt to get better control over system reboots.
I keep the taskbar on the left side of my centre monitor and I have it set to auto-hide. After updating to the Creators Update, all I see is a flashing black line down the side of my screen at about the distance the taskbar would extend to if opened. While it's doing this, Windows Explorer jumps to about 20% CPU usage and I cannot access the taskbar or start menu by placing my mouse along the left side of my screen. When placing my mouse on the left edge of my screen, it flashes with a spinning wheel. After several presses of the Windows key on my keyboard and some time waiting, the Start menu will appear followed by the taskbar a few seconds later. At that time, if I drag the taskbar to the bottom of my screen it will start to behave normally for a taskbar in that location.
When the taskbar is placed on the left side of the screen, it behaves as though it is trying to constantly open and close. I've restarted the computer but it has no effect.
How do I fix this problem so I can place the taskbar back on the left side of my screen?

Lumia 635 upgrade to Windows 10
Hi,
I purchased my Lumia 635 a couple of weeks ago and I have attempted to upgrade from W8.1 to W10. The Windows 10 Upgrade Advisor reports :-
"Your phone is not supported for the upgrade to Windows 10"
This model however appears on the list of supported devices.
Please tell me how I can upgrade to W10?

No sound Win10
Hello,
I've just suddenly lost sound on my laptop Asus X541S, Win10, while normally working on pc and playing video. There were no microsoft updates today, I've checked Device Manager and noticed an update today. I uninstalled device, restarted pc, but no sound. Eventhough the icon of realtek is showing normally without any error.

Does OneNote No Longer Export Notebooks?
Hi all! Hopefully I have just a dumb/quick question. I've been trying to export whole notebooks--not individual pages, which do seem to export fine as PDF. The tutorials I've seen online refer to a "File" menu that no longer exists in either the Windows or OSX interface, as far as I've found.
Is it still possible to export entire notebooks to PDF or Word format?

Outlook 2016 freezes when adding IMAP account (POP3 works fine).
Hello, I had an IMAP account set up in Outlook 2016.
One day due to some synchronisation errors, most of my emails went missing.
So, I decided to remove my IMAP account and add it again.
It's an Outlook.com email linked with my own domain.
Like, *** Email address is removed for privacy *** and it can be logged in to via Outlook.com
So, I made a new profile from the "Mail" option in control panel and decided to set it up again.
But I don't know why, whenever I click "Next" after inserting all my details, the part where it's supposed to check my account details, Outlook stops responding and gets stuck like that forever.
I have tried the following solutions so far:
1. Remove old profile completely.
2. Reinstall entire Microsoft Office.
3. Tried using POP3 which works but POPé will not synchronise the sent box and it is absolutely important for me to have the emails from the sent box. If I had no use of it then I would just had used POP3.

Internet Explorer11の「よくアクセスするサイト」が表示されない。
Internet Explorer11に「よくアクセスするサイト」の表示の機能がありますが、先日、理由があってインターネットオプションから「履歴の削除」（上から４項目）を行いました。
その後で、YahooとGoogleのホームページを表示させ、「ツール」から「サイトをアプリビューに追加」を試みました。
以前だと、その後、アドレスバーの右端にある「新しいタブ」をクリックすると「よくアクセスするサイト」が表示され、YahooやGoogleが追加されていたのですが、しかし今回は「よくアクセスするサイト」そのもが表示されず、何故か、必要としていない「トップサイト」（MSN JAPAN、outlook、facebook、twitter、skype、Linkedin、LINE）というものが表示されます。
「履歴の削除」（上から４項目）を何度か試してみましたが改善はありませんでした。
元のように「よくアクセスするサイト」を表示させたいのですが・・・。
どなたか、解決方法をお教えください。よろしくお願いいたします。

Keyboard on Lumia 640 XL doesn't always pop up when I click a field.
Hi does anyone know why sometimes I have to click a field like 25 times before the keyboard pops up? It doesn't happen every time. But it happens a lot. Enough to bug me enough to ask. It happened on my old Lumia 530 too.

Windows 7 Ultimate original, adquirido e ativado em 2009, apresentando há um mês mensagem de "cópia não original" e sem solução por parte da Microsoft.
Olá, pessoal da Comunidade Microsoft. Esta é uma repostagem do meu caso, ainda não solucionado, relativo a uma acusação infundada da Microsoft de que estou utilizando cópia pirata de Windows 7 Ultimate. Para os moderadores da Comunidade e demais especialistas que estejam lendo esta postagem, mando um resumo de ações - infrutíferas - já tomadas no tocante ao erro 0x8004fe21 - que insiste em aparecer a cada 60 minutos num pop-up em minha tela:
1. Varredura rigorosa com antivírus residente AVG - resultado: livre de vírus.
2. Varredura rigorosa com antivírus AVIRA (não residente, versão portabel) - resultado: TR/Dropper.Gen encontrado em um arquivo dll, suprimido.
3. Varredura extensiva com Malwarebytes Premium (residente, adquirido especialmente) - resultado: duas configurações suspeitas em browsers (Firefox e Chrome), devidamente removidas, zero vírus, zero malware.
4. Refeitas varreduras rigorosa e extensiva com AVIRA e Malwarebytes, respectivamente, após reset da máquina - resultado: zero infecções e zero malwares.
5. Varredura rigorosa com CCleaner, tanto no sistema de arquivos quanto no registro - resultados: máquina otimizada com apagamento em 7 (sete) passos dos arquivos rejeitados.
6. Utilização da chave de ativação original do Windows 7 Ultimate no SLUI 3 - resultado: ativação bem sucedida, com Windows original ativado.
7. Desinstalada a atualização KB3004394, automaticamente baixada da Microsoft e instalada na máquina há 90 dias, conforme recomendado pelo forum Infoworld em http://www.infoworld.com/article/2859267/operating-systems/windows-7-hit-by-rash-of-bogus-not-genuine-reports-validation-code-0x8004fe21.html - supostamente foi essa atualização que deflagrou uma onda de "erros" nos Windows 7 e Vista, apresentando uma falsa mensagem de não-originalidade desses sistemas operacionais.
8. Repasses de varreduras rigorosas com AVG, AVIRA e Malwarebytes - resultados: zero infecções e zero malwares.
9. Repasse de varredura rigorosa com CCleaner no sistema de arquivos e no registro - resultado: máquina otimizada com pouquíssimos arquivos temporários devidamente apagados.
10. Contato com o Answer Desk, por telefone - ao final da longa conversa, onde foi constatada a originalidade de meu Windows 7 Ultimate pelo Laboratório, fui recomendado pelo atendente a consultar a Comunidade Microsoft pois o Answer Desk não tinha uma solução a me sugerir.
11. Consulta à Comunidade Microsoft, sendo atendido pelo moderador Weslley Victor, com recomendação de utilizar o software SLUI 3 (já utilizado anteriomente) e, em caso de não dar resultado, consultar o Answer Desk (igualmente já consultado).
Resultado final de todos esses cuidados: a mensagem relatando que minha cópia do Windows não é original, com código de erro 0x8004fe21, continua aparecendo a cada 60 minutos.
Preciso muito de uma solução para esse impasse, uma vez que o sistema operacional é genuíno, legalmente adquirido e instalado, que não tem dado problemas desde 2009. Como não sou um criminoso que pirateia software, mas estou sendo tratado como tal e sem direito a defesa ou reversão da acusação, começo a me sentir muito incomodado com essa situação. Agradeço uma sugestão que solucione esse impasse na melhor brevidade.

Problems converting XLS to XLSX
I upgraded from Office 2003 to Office 2016. Using Excel's file conversion generates an xlsx from an xls, but leaves the xls version. If I modify and save the xls, it saves with a serial number (x100000001.xls) rather than a useful name.
The jump list shows no converted xlsx file, just xls and files that were created as xlsx. This makes itr very hard to deal with data in old but continuously updated workbooks.
How do I fix this?

Scroll wheel intermittant scrolling up
I can scroll down continuously but when I try to scroll up (towards the top of the page by pushing the wheel away from me) using the scroll wheel the page moves up a little then stops. When I continue to scroll up the page does not move. If I scroll down
then up the page may move up a few lines then stops. I see this in Firefox and Edge and Excel. I see a similar response in a graphics program that zooms the window using the scroll wheel. I believe this has started in the last month or so.

Can anyone tell me how to remove a single screen saver from the list and add my own? I have searched for an answer on the net but none of the instructions work. Maybe it is not possible, I don't know.
