Since around 11 May I have lost network connectivity on my Realtek GBE network card ( motherboard ). Running the troubleshooter cannot fix the problem and the driver does not look different to before the update. The only way I can fix the problem is to
do an image restore back to 8th May, but then I presume it attemots to update Windows again which kills the network. Any ideas please?

getting access to pictures from home page app
I uploaded pictures from my phone onto my new windows HP laptop. The pictures went into the HP Connected Photos app. I can see all of them on this app. I can also see all the pictures on the Pictures app. Both apps are on the windows screen. The issue
I'm having is that I can not import pictures from these apps into PowerPoint. These apps simply are not listed anywhere as an option to choose for importing pictures or anything else for that matter. Also none of the pictures are under the normal "pictures"
folder under the computer libraries. Please Help!

Signing off the computer
On my computer when I right click onto the Microsoft icon I get a long list of items. They include 3 of the following - disk management, computer management, control prompts, control prompt (admin), task manager, control panel, task manager, file explorer, search and run . Then I have to scroll down a bit to get to "shut down or sign out". Can I get rid of two of the above listed items to make the list smaller so I can get to "shut down or sign out" without having to see all of the above items?

Error viewing photos and videos in Windows 10
When trying to view photos I've been getting the error message "There was a problem starting C:\Program Files\Windows Photo Gallery\PhotoViewer.dll The specified module could not be found." and when trying to watch videos I get the very unhelpful error message "Can't play. Please try again. If the problem continues, visit www.xbox.com/support to check for guidance. 0x800700c1".
I've found other people getting the photo error message, but they were all running Windows 7 not 10 and all of the links to instructions provided on those threads no longer go anywhere. The video error message though I especially don't understand as it gives no feedback and I'm not even on an Xbox. If anyone has any up to date solutions, that would be greatly appreciated.

I have a series of spreadsheets that each contain 20-30 worksheets. Is there an easy way to create a list of the tab names without hand typing them? I want the list to appear in worksheet1, column A and to just place each worksheet name in its own cell
in a list.

Delete Pictures
How do I delete pics from the following area?
Settings, Personalization, Browse for Picture
I was browsing for pics to save in the folder in the above area, to change my display at my sole discretion. Although I was able to browse and select, I do not see an option for deleting. A few of the pics in the folder for choices are not mine and others are mine that I do not wish to use for this purpose. I've scanned replies however, I have been unable to locate the solution to my query.

Outlook 2016 ToDo Bar
Not all calendar items are showing in the ToDo Bar. It does not appear that there is any trend to the items that do not show up. They appear in the Calendar view and sometimes all are there on any random day, but often some are missing. Is there a limit
or a size restraint? Why are some of the calendar items not appearing in the ToDo bar?

OUTLOOK 2016 Création d'un contact à partir d'un message reçu.
Bonjour à tous,
Lorsque l'on veut ajouter un contact à partir d'un message reçu, c'est un mini formulaire qui s'affiche :
alors que dans les versions précédentes, c'était la fiche contact complète (voir image à la fin car je ne peux pas m'insérer sous l'image.)
Je souhaiterai que ce soit toujours la fiche complète comme précédemment, le mini formulaire n'étant pas pratique car il ne donne pas accès aux catégories par exemple.

Problema con HDR en Windows 10 Creators Update
Hola, resulta que hoy después de actualizar a windows creators update, al iniciar por primera vez, se veía extraño, ya que habían cambiado configuraciones de pantalla, al ir a los ajustes he visto la nueva opción
HDR. El caso es que la casilla venia activada, y en el panel de control de nvidia se me había cambiado de RGB a YCbCr pero por primera vez me dejaba poner una configuración de 10 incluso 12 bpc, cuando antes de actualizar solo podía 8, al activarlo se veía
borroso y mal, ademas de que los dpi del ratón iban fatal pese a estar a 60hz. no recuerdo si he desactivado primero la casilla HDR o reiniciado el ordenador, pero se me ha bloqueado la casilla de HDR y al hacer click se marca y desmarca rápidamente con el
mensaje de conservar o revertir los cambios que es indiferente pues sigue siempre en off. He probado reiniciando, cambiando configuraciones d pantalla tanto en la tarjeta como en la misma pantalla, he buscado actualizaciones de drivers del monitor, y nada,
he desinstalado el monitor y reiniciado y tampoco, es imposible volver a activar el HDR, aun así funcionaba borroso y con problemas de dpi, pero me hubiese gustado poder trastear a ver si conseguía alguna configuración optima, y ver las cosas a 12bpc. Mi tarjeta
gráfica: Geforce GTX 970 y monitor: Samsung UE40KU6000 creo o una versión superior no estoy seguro, pero vamos, que debería ser compatible.

I found a website saying that they had "free windows 10 product keys" and when I typed them into to upgrade it didn't give me an error message and it said to start the upgrade. Should I click start because I am worried about if it will be genuine or not?

Combinar correspondencia - Error de un campo combinado
Cuando combino correspondencia, jala los campos combinados de una fila, pero en un campo hay un error y jala el registro de la fila que sigue. Cuando edito la lista de destinatarios se ve la información correcta en todos los campos combinados de toda la fila, pero cuando cambio registro un campo combinado sigue jalando el dato de la fila que sigue que es otro dato. Veo que la única forma de que se corrija esto es haciendo click derecho en el campo combinado, y poner la opción "Actualizar Campos". Esto hay que hacerlo por cada registro que se quiera actualizar. No se puede actualizar automáticamente esta opción para imprimir masivamente las cartas combinadas?

Outlook Hanging, fixed, then Hanging Again
Level One IT technician at a college. Was helping a user remotely using join.me and had to reinstall her office suit due to outlook hanging issues. We had previously reinstalled the profile with no good results... So the reinstall was deemed necessary.
It failed. Out of frustration i went ahead and removed and re added the profile again... It worked! Everything started up normal, but a day later she's back with the same complaint...
