I reset my windows 10 PC and after reinstalling windows the login screen came up but would not accept my password or pin. It says the device is offline. Use the last password or pin you logged on with, neither work I can not get logged back into the system.

IMAP Subfolders keep reappearing after being deleted
Hi!
I'm using Outlook 2013 on Windows 7. I recently configured my Gmail & Yahoo Mail on my MS Outlook 2013 using IMAP.
While the Gmail works fine, I'm facing a lot of issues with syncing my Yahoo Mail. The most bothersome one is that empty sub-folders that I delete keep coming back soon after syncing. I also see a copy of those folders in the Trash Folder. As I keep trying to delete them, the copies in Trash continue to increase with the suffix (2), (3) etc. The folders when deleted online on Yahoo Mail, stay permanently deleted.
Further, emails sent from Outlook reach the recepient, but do not show up in the sent items in either outlook or online (Yahoo Mail). Emails sent from Yahoo Mail on the web, show up in the sent folders.
I've already tried the following:
- Restart Outlook
- Reboot the entire system
- Create a fresh sub-folder and attempting to delete it
- Create a new profile & sync the mailbox (using a new .ost)
- Checking and unchecking 'When displaying heirarchy in outlook, show only subscribed folders'
- Checking and uncheking 'Purge when switching folders while online'
- Going to Advanced settings and keying in 'INBOX' in the Root Folder Path field - This removes all folders except the 'Inbox' irrespective of whether 'Show only subscibed folders' is checked or unchecked.
- I do not have KB2837618 or KB2837643 installed.
I've already spent quite some time trying to find a solution to this. Would really appreciate some help.

Using nested IF and VLOOKUP functions
I have a list of customer account balances, which I update weekly into a table and use the VLOOKUP function to populate my customer list. If the customer isn't owing anything they don't appear in the table, so my list has an N/A result.
I want to change the N/A result to read 0.00, but I can't workout how to do this. I have tried nesting the IF, IFERROR and IFNA with my VLOOKUP, but to no avail.
Does anyone know how to do this?
I have found the answer online - after several attempts at searches I found it! Turns out I had the formula correct, except for an extra comma.

While installing Microsoft 365 program on a different computer than mine, I found that the program had been installed twice on my own computer, thus not allowing me to install on separate computer. My question is: Can I uninstall one of the programs

Tengo instalada la version Windows 10 Pro Creators Update version 1703, compilación del sistema 15063.250.
Cada que ejecuto la herramienta "dism" mediante powershell en modo administrador con el siguiente comando:

Add data from one sheet to another.
I am creating a workbook with info in excel
on sheet1, will be full client list, sheet2 will be clients not interested, sheet 3 will be clients interested,
so here is my question
on sheet 1 , i update info when client interested or not, then i need the client that is not interested info to pull over to sheet 2, and clients that are interested to pull over to sheet three, i have a column with a yes a no, and will be addidng another one as possibly(when still in progress)

I have windows Microsoft Edge , suddenly I am printing blank sheets. I found and used the old outlook program with no problems. I have tried system restore and scannow with no success. I have re-down loaded the printer and trouble shooting says there is no problem Can you give me suggestions. Thank you.

Disk At running 99% all the time
Hi there,
Old Dell Optiplex 755 has Windows 10 pro running on it but very slow and disk is always at 99% tried the "superfecth & window search suggestion a while back but no change, did clean install by MS, and also did Super fetch & window search disable, a bit better but still really sluggish.
any more suggestions? Thx
