Word dialog box continually opens while my computer is on, whether I am using Word or not. Creates these "normal" template files, that need to be saved in order for me to continue using my computer. My IT department and Microsoft subscription support looked at my computer and no one can figure it out.

Can't Log Into Windows 10
We forgot the password and don't seem to know the username, is there any way from the splash login screen to find out the username? All we see is her name and the password box thank you.
I've tried google etc to find an answer but I'm stumped

Voglio calcolare il numero della settimana di una certa data, inserendo "tipo restituito"=2 (secondo la guida: La prima settimana dell'anno è quella che contiene il primo giovedì dell'anno e ha numero di settimana 1. Questo sistema corrisponde alla metodologia specificata nel sistema ISO 8601, comunemente noto come il sistema di numerazione delle settimane europeo). Se applico la formula sul 01/01/2017 mi restituisce 1. Se la applico dal 2 all'8 gennaio 2017 mi restituisce 2. Com'è possibile, dato che la settimana che contiene il primo giovedì dell'anno, e dunque la numero 1, è quella che va dal 2 all'8 gennaio 2017?

MS project 2013 Project server - formula similar to excel's vlookup
Hi all
I have a project server and in the project center window i managed my views.
I want to add the following in my view
a custom field that has a formula which returns a date of a task that all my projects will have; similar to baseline finish but to a task that will be name "start up" in all my projects
so basically what I' mean is the following
a vlook up function that reads in the task name column and returns the date in the finish column.

2 Shockwave Players Listed In Firefox
Maybe someone knows the answer?
I am using Win 7 and Firefox.
Under Add/Remove Programs, only the latest Shockwave version was listed but the Add-On Manager shows the latest version and an earlier version.
I ran the Adobe Uninstaller but it deleted the latest Shockwave version from Ad/Remove Programs but both versions are still listed in the Add-On Manager.
What are the steps to remove them before I re-installing the latest Shockwave Player?

Outlook.com contact list out of sync
I have 3 contact lists I am trying to clean up. The outlook.com list, the outlook 2016 list and the people app. I am using an iPhone and that appears to be fed by the outlook.com list which is why this is an issue for me.
I now have the people app and the outlook.com synched up and I have tested this they are working well together.
I have also tested adding a new contact to all 3 and seeing it show up in all 3 and then deleting that contact in each of them and seeing the results show up in the other 2 apps so for new contacts we are all synched up. For some existing contacts that are consistent through the 3 apps they can also be edited but I don't know which ones are and which ones are not.
However my problem is that in outlook.com I have a bunch of old contacts that I have cleaned up in both people app and in outlook 2016 but they have not gone away in outlook.com
The natural thing to do is to delete all the contacts in outlook.com but I don't want that to delete any of the contacts I have established and my be synching with the contacts in the other apps. how can I get outlook.com to do a forced sync to say outlook 2016 that covers all contacts. Again its important because these are the contacts coming through into my iPhone.

Microssoft obrigando a trocar a senha.
Hoje recebi um email com a seguinte mensagem:
"Alerta de segurança
Achamos que alguém pode ter acessado a conta da Microsoft. Quando isso acontece, solicitamos que você confirme sua identidade com um desafio de segurança e depois altere sua senha na próxima vez que entrar."
O problema é que eu estou usando VPN, que muda minha localização toda a hora.
Existe algum método para que a Microssoft não me obrigue mais a trocar a senha? Ninguém está acessando minha conta, está tudo certo com a segurança dela, só estou usando VPN.

Word 2013 Envelopes
I have windows 7 professional. When I click on the envelopes tab the it spins out and never comes up to the print selection. I have not updated any printers or added any add ons. It used to take 30 to 60 seconds to come up but not it has spun out for
over 5 minutes and I cant get to the print selections for printing. I have tried several restarts of office and rebooted the computer several times. I have even started up word in the safe mode. Any help would greatly be appreciated.

Cannot open PPTs on Onedrive folder on my Surface Book Win10 Laptop
I have office 2013 installed on my New surface book. When I open any powerpoint files on my "Onedrive" folder on the laptop, it errors by saying Click on "Repair" and when I do that, it gives error that "Sorry, powerpoint can't read"....
I can however right-click on the PPT file on Onedrive folder and click "View Online" and am able to open the file in the Brower.

Invoice Template?
I work for a plumbing company that has its invoices printed by an outside company because it is far cheaper. Is there anyway to take the invoice and convert it into a template for Word that would allow me to input data into the fields but not have the
entire invoice print? I would want only the stuff I type into the document to print, not the actual invoice.

Crear unidad USB de recuperación en Windows 10
Tengo un portátil que de origen venía con Windows 8 preinstalado y tiene una partición de recuperación con dicho SO. Lo tengo actualizado a la última versión de Windows 10 (la Anniversary Update 1607). Hace unos días me decidí a crear una unidad USB de recuperación, pero me surge una duda, ¿con qué SO me la ha creado con Windows 10 o con el 8 anterior? y, ¿cómo puedo cambiar la partición de recuperación que de fábrica viene con Windows 8 por la misma pero con Windows 10?.

Scam- From MALWAREBITES !!
Start Over !!
I just wanted to report a scam, About a week ago I was having password problems with Google so I call what I thought was Google and I even ask is this Google and person says YES ! So I tell my problem and I was told they could fix so I let them in my PC was told someone from Mexico was hacking my PC they would stop this so I am sold a package for 299.00 for 5 year protection and I was told I would have to pay by check C/C unsafe so I do that and they said they removed them and PC was safe.. So I ask them to Email me a copy of what I was buying and I'm told I would get that after I called their billing Dept. and OK check, so I then tell him I want to change method of payment to C/C he said no I said forget everything then , He says OK and he would return my PC, OH I left out turns out I was talking to Co. called Malwarebites. I hang up phone a few min. later I look at my PC and he is Deleting all my E-mail accounts, I get back on phone and call he says I was frauding Google and would return my Email acc. after I OK check. I remembered I have Office 365 so I call them, Microsoft gets in my PC and removes Malwarebites so he cant get back in then Microsoft then restores everything. Microsoft said they had no right to remove anything !! So just wanted to let everyone know they were trying to hold my E-MAIL Hostage till I gave them 299.00 !! Person I was in contact with at Malwarebites was Ricky 143, His supervisor was John!!

Internet no windows 10
Eu me chamo senisio, tenho um computador, positivo e desde que comprei nunca deu problema em nada, mas nada mesmo, pra falar a verdade, nem mesmo ajuda foi preciso do pessoal da internet para alguma coisa, mas do ano passado para cá, começou dar tudo errado e a **** então surgiu, com o tal Windows 10, meu PC chegou com o XP e algum tempo depois ele passou para o 7, tudo em ordem, mas ao modificar para o 10 , nem uma coisa nem outra trabalha perfeito, a internet nunca funciona direito, me dissera o rapaz da net speed que a internet não mudou é que o Windows 10 não está aceitando as configurações, por isso a causa de cair muito ou mesmo ficar sem ação.
Por isso estou entrando no fórum para saber o que tenho que fazer, se tem como voltar para o 7 sem precisar formatar, falando serio o 10 é uma ****, desculpe, mas é a realidade das coisas, um monte de coisa no explorador de arquivos que é só para encher e ter que ficar clicando em um em outro, ate chegar no local em que precisamos, bem isso é outra coisa.
O que quero saber mesmo é como resolver o problema da internet, tem como?

Outlook 2016 Will Not Open error: Cannot start Microsoft Outlook. Cannot open the Outlook window. The set of folders cannot be opened
I have read almost everything I can find. Here is what I have:
Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard
Exchange Server 2013 Service Pack 1
Windows 10 workstation or Windows 8.1 Surface
Outlook 2016
This only happens to one user. I can create a profile for a different user and Outlook will work fine.
Rebuilt the Surface thinking that was an issue. I have just setup 8 other Surfaces and they are working fine.
Again, only happens with this one user.

No aparece mi impresora
Tengo una impresora samsung ML- 1660 series, últimamente después de 1 mes sin usarla no aparece cuando voy a imprimir en word o desde Internet y me sale que no hay una impresora conectada, he intentado varias formas y no se puede también intento instalar una impresora desde word y no me deja sale un error, pero cuando voy al panel de control sale que esta instalada y se puede abrir.
Agradecería su ayuda en este problema.
