Beste, ik kocht 2 jaar geleden een laptop met windows 8.1. Ik heb windows 8.1 tijdig gratis geupdate naar windows 10. vorige maand is mijn laptop gecrashed terwijl hij een update van windows 10 probeerde te installeren.
Hierdoor heeft de fabricant een harde reset moeten uitvoeren en nheeft windows 8.1 terug geïnstalleerd. hoe kan ik een nieuwe installatiecode verkrijgen om windows 10 gratis opnieuw te kunnen installeren?

Récupérer mes mails outlook 2011 pour mon nouvel outlook
J'ai Microsoft Outlook Office sur mon MAC.
J'ai Installé Office 365 et j'aimerais retrouver tous mes mails dans mon nouveau Outlook.
Cependant je n'ai plus accès à mon ancien Office 2011 et lorsque je veux importer les données (Main identity) le système me dit "que ces données ne proviennent pas de la dernière version d'Outlook 2011 et donc désolé... Outlook ne peut pas procéder à l'importation.

Build 15025 sleep
It would appear that sending build 15025 to sleep on my Sony Vaio SVS1512Z9EB doesn't work as it should. Closing the lid, sends it to sleep and should wake on opening the lid again.
This is ok, as long as connected to power, but a different story when disconnected. It would then appear to hibernate after a while. The settings are correct - sleep on power and sleep on battery.
The main system of the dual-boot install (Anniversary build) will sleep for several days on battery, so nothing wrong there.
Alao noticed the screen being dark when it's eventually brought back - have to use the function keys to brighten again

Ma carte graphique NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 745 ne fonctionne pas, code 43.
Je vous ai déjà contacté à ce sujet hier, votre collègue a supprimé tous les malwares de mon ordinateur mais ma carte graphique ne fonctionne toujours pas, toujours en code 43....
Pourtant, Windows update est à jour. je fonctionne sur Windows 10 sur un ordinateur fixe HP.

Outlook : Removing search Column from View
In Outlook, there now appears to be a search column where there wasn't before.
Left Side of view "should show" Favorites & Folders.
Right Side - E Mail Messages.
As of this morning, Outlook has 3 Columns, and this was not my doing.
Left Side of view is Favorites & Folders.
Middle Column of view is now Search
Right Side - E Mail Messages.
I don't want the search Column, and I can't see how to get rid of it.
Ideas?

OneDrive improve on the duplicative sign ins?
Is the new OneDrive supposed to improve on how many sign-in prompts you get on a PC trying to use OneDrive or Sharepoint? It isn't for me so far.
I have O365 and my 2016 suite is up to date, downloaded via 365 and signed in with my 365 credentials. I signed in yesterday to OneDrive for Business when I first installed the new version and confirmed I was syncing. This morning, I try and create a test Sharepoint site and then I press Sync. It then prompts me to select Documents, Library or Templates (not sure if those were exact names) which is already duplicative since I was inside of the Documents when I hit sync. I am then prompted to sign in (even though my Office apps are already signed in).
So then I open Word, try and save to Sharepoint and every single time, I'm prompted to sign-in. Making matters worse, it goes like this:
1) "Type the e-mail address of the account...."{I enter}
2) It switches screens to "We need a little more help" and I'm prompted to select Org or Personal. On this screen, my company work icon doesn't show. I select the Org account.
3) It then switches to a company branded version of #2, I have to select Org again.
4) I enter my password.
Is this how this is intended to work?

Surface 4 Display 520 Graphics - flicker / blurry text
Let me start by saying I have reset the Surface 4 back to factory settings and then applied all the latest drivers and patches.

The surface 4 screen looking from top down has readable text at the very top, then from the second icon down the text and icons appear blurred, I have tried different scaling and resolutions, none make any difference.
I don't believe it is a hardware issue, I truly believe it is a problem with the 520 graphics driver.
When I tried a second monitor via dock, or WiFi, the second screen is crystal clear, whilst the screen on the surface remains blurred.
Really at a loss of what to do next, is it a problem for Microsoft or Intel to fix?

Reconnect Outlook
Allen,
Heb netjes de gebruiksaanwijzing gevolgd, outlook doet het weer. Het probleem is nu echter nog groter omdat al mijn andere mailpostbussen zijn verwijderd en ook mijn agenda weg is.
Dit terwijl ik ergens las dat het geen effect zou hebben op andere postbussen.
HELP! Is er een mogelijkheid om dit te herstellen?

Mám HP Probook4510s a s Windows10 mi přestalo fungovat Bluetooth. Lze Bluetooth obnovit?
Prosím potřebuji dostat z mobilu Samsung Core (GT-I8262) fotky na PC HP ProBook 4510s. Na mobilu mi Bluetooth funguje i na PC bylo zapnuté. K přenosu opakováně nedošlo. Na mobilu psáno spárováno. Po aktualizaci ovladačů Generic Bluetooth Adapter a Microsoft
Bluetooth Enumerator PC napsal, že nejnovější softwary ovladače pro Vaše zařízení již jsou instalovány a jsou aktuální. Pak ale v Centru akcí pak již nešlo tlačítko Bluetooth zapnout, nakonec zmizelo s tím, že PC nepodporuje Miracast (?). Lze Bluetooth obnovit?
PC píše, že nejnovější softwary ovladače pro Vaše zařízení již jsou instalovány a jsou aktuální, avšak jsou nyní skryté a není u skrytého Bluetooth možnost zapnutí.
