I bought an Office 365 one year prepaid card package last year in February that expires soon. I used my email as a Microsoft account. Now I am starting to study and my school has giving me a free Office 365 package to use while I study (super!) BUT I installed
it on my computer and it seemed fine, however the university made a new account for me, so my Microsoft account is now my student email adress. Only now I see, that they actually wrote in a guide that one should delete other versions of Office on the computer
before installing the new one. I didnt do that! Do I also have to do that, when both accounts are for 365? It does seem now that some stuff is not working in my new student account since I cant open some of the 'Forms' my teachers have made.. Did I do something
wrong? Is it not good to have two Microsoft account at the same time? I wanted to delete the 'old' version of Office, that expires soon anyway, and re-install the new Student version, BUT now Í can only find the newest downloadet Office package in my programmes?
Woops.. Did the new one automatically replace the old one? (But I am still logged into Skype using my first Microsoft account) Hmm.. I guess you can hear I am not very technical, but if someone could help, I would REALLY appreciate it. Best regards Naja
