Why is Windows 10 - 1607 not getting latest hardware drivers
Wondering ....
After upgrading a Dell laptop Inspiron 5759 from Windows 10 1511 to 1607, I found that a LOT of the hardware drivers were not the latest. I chalked it up to 1607 sticking with the existing drivers that were on the machine. As such I manually updated the drivers (see for reference https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_10-hardware/realtek-pcie-fe-family-controller-network-drops/a2ed9368-8f7e-40dd-b523-b3d18efbc9a1).
However, I also loaded a Dell Microsoft signature PC from scratch with Windows 10 1607 and discovered the same thing ... the hardware drivers are not the latest. We are manually going through and triggering to update.
In both cases all Windows updates had been applied and were reporting no more updates.
Has something changed in Windows 10 1607 in regards to drivers or what?

how to turn off junk detection in Outlook Mail?
I use Outlook Mail to forward to another e-mail server that does it's own spam identification. I DO NOT want Outlook Mail to junk any of my mail! None of it! I want itall forwarded. How do I TURN OFF the spam detector? The only choices I am given are a standard spam detection, and a much more powerful test that only allows e-mails that I permit.
No, don't tell me to just allow access to particular senders. I want it ALL in my inbox.

Laptop will not allow me to sign back on after factory reset - Windows 10
I recently reset my HP laptop back to factory settings, as I was getting an OpenDNS error that I could not resolve. Once the reset was done, now during startup, I get the following message:
"winlogon.exe - Application Error
The instruction at 0x00007FFCD211B4CO referenced memory at 0x00007FFCD211B4CO. The memory could not be written.
Click on OK to terminate the program."
After terminating the program, it takes me to the log on screen, where the only options are Administrator and Guest. Either option results in another error message - "The specified domain either does not exist or could not be contacted."

I can find no link that works other than the one that allows me to report my issue and says I will get a response in 24 hours. I have tried that link everyday for the last three days and no response, please can someone help me.

Skype for Business multi-user sharing bug
Hello, this is similar to a question posted a couple of years ago at this link:

However, in my case, the issue is a bit different. I use Skype for Business version 2016 MSO (16.0.6925.1049) 32-bit. My day-to-day activities require me to provide support for people in my company, and they often have to share their screens with me and give me control. Normally, it works great. However, there are times when I have to engage a third person and pull them into the conversation. That's where things go awry.
Whenever the third person is connected, the screen is very slow to update, and it also goes haywire any time I double-click on the screen, eventually switching from the normal reduced size to full-screen due to my double-click. If I double-click again, it will go back from full-screen to the normal size. This makes it difficult to work as I'm unable to double-click on items and have to remember to right-click and choose "Open" or "Run". Big hassle.
The other users tell me that they see nothing on their end to indicate that there's any problem.

Where is Skype Support?
I'm Having problems with Skype not picking up on my mic, everything else does, and tried to get a hold of support after spending hours in the community to try and fix my problem. But there is no Skype support anywhere. Everything that could or should lead
to an option to chat or email just sends you back to the community, and even calling Microsoft support tells you to go back to the website. Why does Microsoft even still say there will be an option to chat if it doesn't exist? There's also not a Skype category
for where to post this question to, so its going to end up in site bug, cuz thats actually as close as i can get.

No puedo borrar carpetas en la aplicación Correo.
Hola.
En la aplicación Correo me aparecen unas carpetas que en la versión web y en Office Outlook no salen. El problema es que no se pueden borrar. Por mucho que sincronizo el correo no se borran. He desinstalado la aplicación de Correo manualmente y al volver a instalarla vuelven a aparecer esas carpetas. Como ya digo, sólo aparecen en la aplicación, pero no en la página web. ¿Cómo las puedo borrar?

Cannot sign into OneDrive (or Skype) with MSA email, only with phone number
Whenever I sign into the OneDrive client (Windows 10 or Android), or Skype (Windows 10 or Android), I'm unable to sign with my MSA email. When I enter my MSA email, which is my primary alias for my MSA, both OneDrive and Skype say that there is no MSA associated with that email address. However, I am able to sign into both with the phone number associated with my MSA. I'm able to sign into outlook.com or any other of the web services with my MSA email.
Any ideas?

По каким причинам при переходе на настройки конфиденциальности своей Учетной записи Xbox меня отправляют сюда - http://support.xbox.com/ru-RU/xbox-one/security/error-child-trying-to-access-settings ? Тоже самое касается некоторых опций на сайте Xbox, а именно "Профиль, Популярные, Достижения, Друзья"?
Так же почему мне не доступна функция "Найти группу" в том же приложении Xbox?
Я понимаю, что это может звучать идиотски, но дело касается ЛИШЬ сервиса Xbox на Windows 10. Надеюсь вы поможете мне в решении данных странностей и заранее благодарю за внимание и содержательный ответ (при наличии такого ответа, само собой).

Word spell checker not working properly for existing documents
I have reviewed the existing posts about this issue, but none of them seem to work for me.
We have some older documents created with Office 2010 back in June. I have found that there are some spelling mistakes in these documents and Word (any version) will not detect them unless I specifically highlight each word individually and change the language settings. If I hit Shift+F1 on the word it will show me that "Do not check spelling or grammar" is enabled under the Language settings, but this changes if I select different text throughout the document. I have tried selecting all text before changing the language settings. That didn't help. I ran" Recheck Document". That didn't help. This happens on multiple computers. It is not specific to a particular machine. These are not technical terms or numbers that could be wrongly interpreted. One of the words is "property".
What I don't understand is:
1. The setting under Options>Proofing reverts to enabled for "Hide spelling errors in this document only". Is this setting tied to the document itself? It does save the setting if I change it and save the document.
2. Why making the change as noted in question 1 does not make it work?
3. If I have to do this workaround for old documents why is not working when I do a CTRL+A to select all text prior to changing the language settings?
3. Why is "Recheck Document" not working. It still skips these words.
