I downloaded Cortana on my LG G2. When i opened it, it asked for permissions, which i agreed to. It then went to a purple, blank screen. No matter how many times I've uninstalled and re-downloaded it, the same thing happens. The first time I downloaded
the app, it opened up fine, but it wouldn't sync my contacts with my PC, so I uninstalled it, hoping a re-install would fix the problem. Since then, it won't work - it gives me the blank purple screen. Thanks for any help!

Windows 10 Anniversary Edition fail install on Surface Pro 3 -- wrong ntprint driver architecture included in O/S build?
For a couple of weeks now, my Surface Pro 3 has been trying to install the Windows 10 Anniversary Edition which comes through Windows Update. Each time, it fails and rolls back to the earlier O/S.
After some digging, I found the following error in c:/$$WINDOWS.~BT/Sources/Rollback/setupapi/setupapi.offline.log:

It appears drivers for Surface Pro3 are installed with Architecture = amd64 (I'm not sure why, since my Surface Pro has an i7 processor), but the above is trying to find the AMD64 driver inside of the ntprint.inf_x86_... directory ... and failing, because of course that directory only contains an x86 driver, not amd64.
Looking at SetupPlatform.Drivers.inf, I see that every single driver has a filename whatever.inf_amd64_... except the ntprint.inf driver which is x86. This is the only driver out of a list of 210 drivers that is x86 instead of amd64. Here's an excerpt from SetupPlatform.Drivers (I added boldface):

So this suggests to me that the build being distributed for Surface Pro 3 has an error, namely that the wrong flavor of the ntprint driver is supplied, leading to an install failure that causes the upgrade to roll back.
Is there a MS O/S expert reading this who can confirm this is the problem, and hopefully fix the build that is being distributed through WU? It is highly annoying that every few days my computer tries to upgrade to the new O/S build and fails.

손상된 폴더 삭제
말그대로 폴더하나가 디렉 또는 파일이 손상되어서 읽을 수 없다고 뜨는데요
삭제하려고 해도 정말 아무런 반응없이 꿈쩍도 안합니다
unlocker라는 유틸을 써도 안되고
안전모드부팅 후 삭제도 안되고
관리자권한도 안되고
cmd로 들어가서 삭제도 안됩니다
체크디스크 chkdsk 라는 거 인터넷에서 보고 해도 안됩니다
신기한건 폴더 이름이랑 위치는 변경이 되요.
다른 방법 있을까요??

私、MSのアドレスを二つ持っています。

送受信が、「メール」(ストアアプリ版）やoutlookで出来るようになりました。
ここまでは、問題なし。
問題は、「メール」(ストアアプリ版）で、
@outlook.jp受信フォルダのサブフォルダの内容が閲覧できない事。
更に、問題をややこしくしているのは、、
@live.jpでは、受信フォルダのサブフォルダの内容は閲覧できます。
更に、更に問題をややこしくしているのは、
outlook2016では、@outlook.jpでも@live.jpでも、受信フォルダのサブフォルダの内容は閲覧できます。
チャットで、問い合わせたところ、
Windows 10 - メールアプリのアカウント削除（ https://aka.ms/w10madl）を行い、アカウントの再登録を提案されましたが、改善なし。
ここで、MSのチャットの方が、匙を投げ、ここに質問するよう指示されましたので、皆さんにお伺いする次第です。

因みに、下記のメールアプリのリセットを実行し、アカウントの再登録もしましたが、改善なしでした。

Recuperación de cuenta Microsoft
Hola, ¿Qué tal?
A mi mujer le hicieron pasar por el test de verificación de cuenta de Microsoft para su correo electrónico, respondiendo a una serie de preguntas con la mayor veracidad posible y demás (Preguntas tipo: últimos asuntos en correos, su nombre completo, fecha de nacimiento, últimos correos, etc) pero la cuestión es que no le dierón la "factibilidad" necesaria y le han recomendado crearse una cuenta nueva.
Aquí viene mi pregunta: ¿No es posible recuperar la anterior? Es por que ahí tiene mucha información que le gustaría mantener como fotos, recuerdos y trabajos pero a los que obviamente ahora no puede acceder.
¿Sería posible contactar con alguien en soporte técnico directamente para ayudarnos?

送信トレイ内に存在するはずのメールアイテムが消失している
お世話になっております。
office outlook 2010についてご教示ください。
OS:Windows7
メールを作成し、送信しようとしたところ「送信トレイ」内にメールが残ったまま
送信できませんでした。
一度「送信トレイ」の中身を削除したいのですが、「送信トレイ(1)」となってるのにもかかわらず
送信トレイの中身は空の表示となります。
OWAでは送信トレイ自体がなく、確認できませんでした。
この送信トレイ（１）の表示を無くす方法はあるでしょうか。

Concern : I have an indisign file that contines nested subscript (subscript of subscript) when i export as RTF the nested subscripts are comes as same level of subscript in MS Word. I want the same nested subscript in word.

Office365 Word Automation Problem of Character's Horizontal Position Value
I think WYSWYG is very important in word processor.
But in Office365 WORD automation especially edited with Non Standard Style WORD file,
I can't get character's correct Horizontal Position of following Tab Character.
Following C++ codes are what I used to get horizontal position value.
pCharRange is the Character Range of following the last Tab character.
RED marked Charaters in the "Sample.docx" image Horizontal position values
are not consistant and not correct.
I can confirm pCharRange is RED marked character's range and correct.
Is there any another way or method to get correct Horizontal position to fix this problem?

Hi
Does anyone know the process for raising a complaint?
I bought the Microsoft band watch on 29 Dec 2015. Initially the watch was good and came highly recommended. However, since then I have had to contact Microsoft on several occasions to get a replacement, see dates below:

The band has ripped again, I contacted microsoft and they have basically told me that the watch is out of warranty and they can not do anything about it.
