I purchased the dvd player from the Microsoft store and it does not work. I went to troubleshooting and that did not work. any suggestions.

電源ボタンによるスリープが機能しない
Windows再起動→１度目の電源ボタンによるスリープ→電源ボタンによるスリープ解除→２度目の電源ボタンによるスリープが機能しない。
電源ボタン以外（キーボードやマウスなど）でスリープ解除を行うと次の電源ボタンによるスリープが可能。
Windows10-64bit-10.0.10586.117を使用していた時は発生していない。
Windows10-64bit-10.0.14393.0をクリーンインストールしたあたりから発生したと思う。
10.0.14393.0をインストールする前は、スリープとスリープ解除の両方を電源ボタンで行っていた。

実際の操作
①設定→更新とセキュリティ→その他の回復オプション→Windowsのクリーンインストールで新たに開始する→開始→完了→Windows Update実施→再起動
②電源オプション→電源ボタンの動作の変更→電源ボタンのを押したときの動作→スリープ状態→変更の保存
③電源ボタンでスリープ
④電源ボタンでスリープ解除
⑤電源ボタンでスリープにならず
⑥スタートメニュー→電源のマーク→スリープをクリックでスリープ
⑦電源ボタンでスリープ解除
⑧電源ボタンでスリープにならず
⑨スタートメニュー→電源のマーク→スリープをクリックでスリープ
⑩キーボードによるスリープ解除
⑪電源ボタンでスリープ

Windows will no longer update since 15007
Update repeatedly downloads the files. it goes through the entire install routine then when it reboots... nothing... just goes back to the login screen and logs back in to the previous version. I tried to do a system refresh, nothing... Experiences a problem at 1% of the install part after the pc reboots...

my keyboard does not work on windows mail. did before but stopped today.
my keyboard has quit on my email. on my windows10 email account. i have two email address accounts on there but neither one will work. I can receive mail but I can not get the keyboard to type an email address or in the body of the email either.
I have used this computer for several months. this is the first problem I have had with it not typing. it types in the google search for searching, but will not type in the windows mail. thanks for any assistance

Windows 10 does not recognize western digital My passport external hard drive
Windows 10 does nor recognize WD My passport external Hard drive. I've already tried going to Device Manager, it shows under disk drives, but does not show on my pc. Also tried to uninstall from Universal USB controllers (per one recommendation on the community but its not shown the one with yellow triangle. I NEED MY FILES ASAP!!!

Lync Server 2013 日语显示问题
在Windows 10 Ent os版本 为10586 的产品上运行语言为日语语言，（使用账号为本地管理员账号和域账号），当在聊天窗口输入日语时会显示小方块，不能显示正确的日语，在检索好友框里输入日语时，可以正常显示日语，当skype for business 改为英文版本时，问题依旧存在。请问有什么解决的办法吗？谢谢！

When i was using my laptop suddenly windows defender started saying virus found removing then after when i try to open windows defender i got a pop-up like windows defender is off turn on via group policy so,after searching for a while i found some solution and turned defender on then after 5mins my PC started give me pop-ups like xyz application just crashed on your system then i tried to restart and i got this error can anyone help me.

mispelt email address setup windows 10
During set up I typed my email address in wrongly. Instead of *** Email address is removed for privacy *** I wrote *** Email address is removed for privacy *** ...
I don't know how I managed to do so! Anyway I can log in okay but in the Edge search engine it won't allow me to log into my correct email (though I can in Firefox).
What worries me is that if there was confirmation sent to the non existent email address it might been that not being able to access it I have not completed installation properly. Also, I would prefer to have my proper email account instead of one that is not real.
Hope someone can help.

surface3只有usb2.0的速度？？
surface3，参数显示usb为3.0，以前没有太注意，最近购买一个三星T3固态移动硬盘，在其他计算机usb3.0接口上传输数据速度可以达到200mb以上，在surface3上拷贝文件还是只有30mb，只有usb2.0的速度？？

hotmail.ca to outlook WHAT DID U DO???
I've lost all my Hotmail.ca email...close to two thousand +
I saw some were coming to outlook.com so I thought I was ok and all was well ....WRONG!!!!!
Now I have zero outlook.com mail & I've never found the last 7 months worth from Hotmail.ca.
Do I just assume Microsoft has thrown them all out or deleted all ?????
I can't get a response from them so what now? Do I have to try Apple's products. No one here seems to care.
