I've been trying to recover some disk space on my Windows 10 Home PC. I've noticed that my C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore folder contains 59 identical copies of RAVCpl64.exe (13,453 KB each), and 31 identical copies of RCoRes64.dat (71,117 KB each), and many more identical copies of other files. The DriverStore folder is 7.5 GB, over 45% of the whole Windows folder! Why do I need so many identical copies of so many big files, taking up space on my hard drive? How can I recover this wasted space?

Blue Screen events. Lenovo X1 Carbon. Windows 7.
DEC 2016 my Lenovo X1 Carbon work computer crashed with multiple Blue Screens. I took the computer to the Lenovo authorized service center in Saigon, where I am currently working, who ran a complete hardware scan and updated all drivers. They said if the problem persisted to re-install Windows 7.
The problem continued that day. The IT dept at work decided to re-install but I received the laptop back and the problem continues. Interestingly, it seems to happen more often when running on battery vs. when plugged into the power supply.
I have uploaded 7 dmp files to my Onedrive public folder.
I have inserted a screenshot of the windows error message.
Would appreciate your assistance.

Suddenly getting Action Center notifications
I use to manually update my antimalware programs whenever I need to download something and scan it.
Today, just now, I got an Action Center notification:
Note that it doesn't show all my antispyware. I've never see the above panel before, so I wondered if it was legit. Instead of clicking on anything, I went to the start menu and typed "Action Center" to open the Action Center. A *different* window opened (not the one above), resembling pictures of the Action Center that I've found online. I clicked on some link which I don't recall, but I think it said something to the effect of updating antispyware. But a popup came up asking for me to confirm the trustworthiness of the program that was about to run. Since I never saw that before either, I declined. I then manually updated all my antispyware apps.
I have two questions. The Action Center is not new (I found, from googling), and neither are Action Center notifications, so why am I seeing the notification window for the first time now?
My second question is why I would be asked to confirm the trustworthiness of a program that is about to run when I invoked it from the Action Center? Shouldn't the Action Center only be installed with trustworthy code?

My formula is the following:
=(E10+F10)/D10 and the result is a percentage.
I have tried the fixes listed but none seem to work.

Opening the document checked out to me

I would like to ask, how is it possible, that I cannot open the document, that is checked out to me? Please see the screenshot below- please see, that it is the same person at the excel file name and in the error message:
I have tried to remove all saved credentials from Credential manager as well as I added related site into the "trusted locations" in IE settings.

Grouping pictures in word, powerpoint etc
I've read several posts concerning this topic, but haven't been able to find the correct answer for my problem. I'm trying to group two pictures, but the group function is greyed out. I've tried to set the text wrapping to anything but "in line with text", but the problem persists. The group fuction works for one picture, which I've copy pasted in to word from another program. The other picture is copied from a map sofware and edited in microsoft paint. I've tried to save the picture in all file types e.g. bmp,png,jpg and so on, but the group function still wont work. I've done this several times before without a problem, and it seems to me that something has changed after the newest version of office 365. Any suggestions?

Nokia Lumia 530 unresponsive
My Lumia 530 has stopped allowing me to access many settings and functions. I can receive an incoming call but not make one. I cannot access my messages, emails, contacts list, camera or photos and many other functions. I can access the internet though.
I have never backed anything up as this was my first smart phone and I did not realise info and data was not saving to the sim like my phones of the past.
Is there any way of recovering my data and photos from my phone?

Change OneDrive Folder Name centrally

Is there any possibility to change the onedrive folder name from within O365 ?
Our Company name is quite long and we always run into file name length issues.
Btw: When will OneDrive support long file names? Hey its 2017, not 1980 and it still fails !!!!! Hurry up, get this fixed.

I created an Office 365 Group and subsequently deleted it before deleting the SharePoint Site for this Group. I now can't delete the site and by deleting the Group in Admin Groups it did not delete the site.

How many email profiles can we set up on outlook on a Terminal Server with 10 RDP licenses
We have set up a Terminal Server with 10 per user RDP licenses. All then users will be logging in with their own domain accounts on the Server with their own Windows Profiles. Given that we have O365 Business Premium licnese and we install MS Office on the server, will all the 10 users be able to set up their email profile on outlook? Any KB articles to prove the answer will be appreciated.

After Windows 10 update: Slow boot. Black screen after log-in. File Explorer Crashes
I've been having issues with my PC for a few months now. I thought it was a virus at first but I've done a few Norton scans that found nothing and saw that my problems were common after the windows 10 update. Unfortunately I didnt realize this until after
the time I could go back to windows 7. When I cut my PC on the Log-in screen is lagging. After logging-in the screen goes black with only the mouse visible for about a minute. Then the computer is painfully slow to boot up to a usuable speed. Even after waiting
a full hour after logging-in the computer doesnt get up to speeds like pre-update. Trying to open the control panel takes a minute or it crashes. Opening the file explorer just results in a blank window opening and the address bar never fully loading and a
spinning blue wheel. The only way to access folders is by opening desktop shortcuts or workaround through the web browsers. I've tried updating graphics drivers and that didn't help. I'm trying to avoid losing my files. Is there any way to fix this?

There are three icons - X I assume is delete; Flag is Priority; but what does the "file box" icon do. It seems to remove the message from the list - but where does it go?

What causes skype for business not to sing in and yet I have a valid license?
Today I'm unable to login to my skype for business and yet I have a valid license. Skype for business is just showing "Contacting server...". This is quit annoying because I can't do anything. So what might be the issue?

Marketing Department-> Reviewer for all Marketing Members except Co-Author for the department Head.

Is there any way to get conversation history in MS Teams? When my team sends messages in Skype those can always be looked up later by Admins, or by users if they're trying to remember what someone said. We would need this functionality to make a move
