Microsoft word crashes and then open with the documents recovered then when I saved it was crashed again and opened a blank white document.

All my writings were gone. 

All What I found was a file that included the below script 

and I cant find any documents in the library or locate the autorecovery file for microsoft word

I have about 300 old emails that keep pulling into my Outlook.com account each night.  I delete them and the next morning they are in my inbox again.  How can I delete these and keep them from syning up again?

Ich verwende Window 10.  EXCEL 2016 und Wort 2016 sind problemlos. - Habe schon mehrere Male MS Office 2016 repariert. Es hat nichts genutzt.

Die genaue Fehlermeldung: "Microsoft Outlook funktioniert nicht mehr. Das Programm wird aufgrund eines Problems nicht richtig ausgeführt. Das Programm wird geschlossen und Sie werden benachrichtigt, wenn eine Lösung verfügbar ist."

Outlook 2010 lief problemlos.

Up until the last few days, I have been able to attach photographs with outgoing emails.  Now I always get the error message that I do not have permission to access my own files.  How can I not have permission to access the files on my own computer??  My pc now also requires me to enter my password after each reboot, although I have set it up not to do so.  I would really like to send photos and attachments without using OneDrive.  I have asked for this in my preferences, however I still get the error message that I do not have permission to access those files.

Folks,

 

I have 3 PCs in the Windows 10 Insider program, one of which cannot receive new releases because of the following problem as described in the following message:

                                                Your preview build settings need attention. Go to Advanced options to fix this issue.

  

I have gone to advanced settings at least 15 times to resolve this problem:

1.       I click on advanced settings
2.       The msg ‘Your security settings need attention’ appears
3.       I click on ‘Confirm’ & next ‘Restart now’
4.       The system reboots but gets the same message: ‘Your preview build……’ etc.
5.       I try again but the same sequence repeats.

 

After numerous attempts I unsubscribed to Insider previews, restarted, & then attempted to re-enroll in Insider previews. I followed the instructions & restarted but STILL could not re-enroll in the Insider program! (I tried this 3 times!).

 

I have also tried turning off antivirus programs but this did not help. I have completely reinstalled Win 10 on the affected PC twice in the last 2months but even this has not solved the problem. My other 2 machines are in the Fast Ring using my Microsoft login same as the problem PC & there have been no problems with them.

Please help!

Hi, 

I have just started using powerpoint on my ipad and i cant seem too find the add comment option. Under the review tab i can only move through the existing comments. Any ideas?

Was bedeutet NFC.? Unter Einstellungen, Geräte, Bluetooth, gibt es den Begriff NFC. Was ist NFC. Wie lautet der Begriff denn NFC muss eine Abkürzung sein mit dem Kürzel NFC. Was macht NFC und muss ich es beachten.

Why when I rented a movie and chose the ...Download movie to this device to watch offline..I cannot watch ithe in airplane mode.  I was told my a Microsoft chat support that you have to Purchase the movie to watch it offline. It clearly states in the RENT section to stream or download for off line watching. Any body had this issue?

Tried resetting windows, ran into an issue and now it won't boot. I am now trying "chkdsk /f /x /r" command from backup USB stick. 

It's got to stage 5 and is on 20%, but has now become stuck and hasn't moved for hours. 

 Any help is appreciated. 

EDIT: Mouse and keyboard seem unresponsive after trying them, tried unplugging and replugging, no result. - Took me a while to realise this but I am not sure if it is a problem with backup drive or with command.

After update was completed and during required reboot system hangs - monitor screen froze, while system powering down. Only way to  close system was to hold the power button.

On power up - no signal warning received on monitor & cannot progress further.

Removed HD and checked disk for errors, virus & malware - no issues found.

Any suggestions on cause & how to resolve.

Hello... I'm trying to draw with touch in powerpoint and just realized that is not working.

I have a touch device (without active pen) and when I got into the draw tab, select draw and start drawing with my finger, nothing happen.

when I'm back to "select" option, I can select and move objects with my finger.

on the other hand... if I select draw and use my mouse then I can draw...

How do I remove the Microsoft ad in my outlook e-mail? The ad in question is sitting where my my most recent e-mail would be. They are not the column of ads on the right side of the screen. I have already changed my settings so I don't get those.

I have a brand new Dell Laptop running Windows 10 Home, Office 2016 with Outlook 2016. I also have an Android Phone with Outlook. I keep getting duplicated contacts and calendar appointments in Outlook 2016. When I look at Webmail Outlook.com there are no duplicates. The duplicates get replicated on my phone as well. I spent about 2 hours on the phone with Microsoft support to no avail. Their best advice was to buy a $149 1 year Assure Support Plan. Anybody else have this problem and have a fix?

I am VERY close to sending back the  Dell and going to the Apple Store. I have other issues with the Dell (keyboard, touchpad with integrated mouse buttons) and Windows 10 (hover to click, pinch zoom, etc).
