I have an Excel spreadsheet that contains multiple lines for the same Lookup Value (Realtor Deal ID #). VLookup will only return the 1st record of Realtor Name (Bob Smith). I want the result of the Vlookup to find all the names that apply to the Lookup value so I want the result to look like this (while it skips the blank cell): Bob Smith, Mary Jones, Frank Thomas, Jane White

Je ne parviens pas à comprendre pourquoi certains de mes sites sharepoint s'affichent parfaitement dans mon application Ios et d'autres non alors qu'à première vue, tous ces sites sont configurer de la même manière et utilisent les mêmes fonctionnalités.
Plus concrètement, lorsqu'ils s'affichent bien, depuis l'application je retrouve les sites que je suis et clique dessus pour retrouver une liste rapidement et bien intégrée à l'app. Dans le cas contraire, l'app ouvre le site à la manière d'un navigateur web.

No se que le ha debido ocurrir al programa OUTLOOK que funcionaba perfectamente cuando de repente se ha relentizado mucho tanto a la hora de clickar a las diferentes opciones, como a la hora de escribir.
Tampoco recibo emails.
Y se me quedan muchas veces los mensakes en la bandeja de salida.
que le ha podido pasar? Como puedo solucionar este problema?

Hi all,
I wish to install KB3185319 to update IE from 11.0.20 to 11.0.35. When I try to run this update I get the error message that the update is not applicable to my computer.
I noticed Internet Explorer 11 is not listed in the "View installed updates" list. Also Internet Explorer 11 was not enabled in "Turn Windows features on or off" and when I checked the box and saved the settings, nothing happened. The box was just unchecked again. Eventually I managed to check the box by enabling other features. Still nothing has changed.
Either way, I'm not able to uninstall IE11 the normal way since the update is not shown, I've removed IE11 by the following command:
FORFILES /P %WINDIR%\servicing\Packages /M Microsoft-Windows-InternetExplorer-*11.*.mum /c "cmd /c echo uninstalling package @fname && start /w pkgmgr /up:@fname /norestart"
Doing this removed IE11, but also IE8. I was not able to start IE at all and neither was able to install IE11 using the offline installer since the installer stopped working in the middle of the process. I restored a backup to roll back.
I noticed not all prerequisites for IE11 are installed on my computer, I'm missing KB2731771 and KB2533623, when I try to install these I get the same error message. The update is not applicable to this computer.
The IE11_main log is not showing anything, also I do not thing the WindowsUpdate log is showing anything usefull, maybe you could decide that?

Please note that all of this happens on a domain, Windows updates are disabled by default. I've tried running the 550MB hotfix (lost its KB number somewhere), this showed no errors in the checksur log.
There are many other things I've tried and will try to list them here asap.
Meanwhile, do you have any clues of what could be the cause and fix?
Jag försöker installera Windows Live Essential 2012 på min dator som kör Windows 7 professional.
Installationsprogrammet hämtas hem till hämtade filer och startas därifrån. Texten "förbereder installation" dyker upp. Efter stund kommer meddelandet "Det gick inte att konfigurera installationsprogrammet". Orsaken till detta påstås vara att jag inte har internetanslutning men så är inte fallet. Internet fungerar alldeles utmärkt. Meddelandet ger även en felkod 0x8014000d med källa WaitForCatalog.
Någon som dykt på detta problem?

So this update has been popping up while am working or playing demanding i download it for a few days so i did it
When it completed and restarted my pc i got the updating screen for about half an hour ( 40% done) and it said that updating failed and it is restoring the latest version
After 10 mins of that my pc restarted and got stuck in a loop
Company logo > circle dots > a cmd like window flashed for microsecond > restoring latest version > restart > all that again
Please dont tell me to go to control panel because if you cant read I CANT EVEN GET TO THE DAMN LOGIN SCREEN

I was on Windows 7, i installed windows 10, and since when, my keyboard does not work correctly.
When i start windows, and i have to put my code to enter to my session, all vowels, some others consonants and numbers, only works after tackling them 20-30 times.... and then they work, but instead of writing 1 letter per tacle, it writes 2 or 3 letters...
The strange fact is that sometimes everythings works good (quite rare), but almost always i have this problem starting my computer....

I am using a standard user account in Windows 7. I installed f.lux software and it starts when I turn on my PC. I didn't find its entry in msconfig tool, instead found it in "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run".
I want to ask, is there any way to get rid of its startup on logon or should I delete its key in regedit?

I'm looking to replace Messagelabs with EOP, as the pricing is less than half per user. But I want to make sure I'm paying for the correct number of users when 'user' in my on-premises system can also mean mail-enabled public folders and aliases.
There are also two mail-enabled domains on this system, so there are at minimum twenty e-mail addresses, not including aliases or mail-enabled public folders. Messagelabs currently bills me for ten users because we only have ten mailboxes.
