电脑重装要从新激活win8.1，需要找回密钥
之前是买电脑时在店里帮忙激活的，好像花了五百块…激活方式我不清楚，电脑是笔记本，外包装很早就扔了…至于光盘，没有…邮箱也看过了，只收到过确认邮箱的邮件，没有收到过密钥…现在电脑重装过，显示要激活…而我并不知道密钥，只知道密钥的后五位是9D6T9…请问有办法找回密钥或知道密钥吗？

Luminosità schermo
Salve.
Ho un notebook Samsung modello np300e5c, con sistema operativo Windows 8.1 pro, con come programmi grafica:
-NVIDIA Driver grafico 372.02
-Aggiornamenti NVIDIA 1.14.17
Ho anche io questo problema riguardo alla grafica dov'è rimasta la luminosità al massimo, consumando molto del pc e alimentatore e sebbene abbia modificato a mio piacimento la percentuale della luminosità, sia semplicemente con la barra verticale posta sulle opzioni in alto a dx dello schermo, sia in gestione dispositivi dove poter mettere la percentuale manualmente (coi tasti,per esempio quando aumento il volume con fn+f8,non funziona).
Ho aggiornato 15 driver che mi ha scansionato un programma driver booster, me né rimasto uno e si chiama Intel chipset driver (penso sia riguardo alla scheda madre) non me lo installa correttamente sebbene mi riavvii il pc, mi dà aggiornamento fallito oppure va in conflitto dandomi alcuni errori, esempio DPC WATCHDOG VIOLATON, VIDEO FAILURE, ecc.
Ho scaricato e installato sia Samsung update SW, sia Samsung update plus, ma nulla non riesco a sistemare la faccenda. Riguardo SW mi rimane da installare proprio l'aggiornamento della scheda video Nvidia e pure manualmente mi dà errore e non installa l'aggiornamento.
Come risolvere per piacere?

Ho un pc con w10 collegato in rete con decoder e tv smart samsung. E' possibile gestire da pc il tv smart, tramite internet, come se fosse uno schermo del pc? e se è possibile come fare?

OWA Error
Hi all,
I'm working since some 2 years with Office365, especially Outlook365.
Since a couple of days, when I try to connect to OWA I get the following error:

Insignia tablet sound driver
After a Windows 10 automatic update, my Insignia tablet (<1 year old) went silent, the audio device driver was now incompatible. Even though this tablet was sold through Microsoft, Microsoft tech support wasworthless in solving this issue and I was advised to contactInsignia for help. I would like to know whether it is possible to send the link to an OneNote page from an iPhone. I know how to share it, but then it creates a PDF file attached in an e-mail. I want to send the link, so it is possible to adapt the onenote page.

I'm having some problems with the following line of code:

specifically with the first line. It doesn't seem to work if only one checkbox is "checked". Upon opening the button is still enabled. It seems to work alright if both are selected or both not selected.

WhatsApp non funziona
Buongiorno,
sono passata da Lumia 625 ( windows 8.1) a Lumia 650 ( windows 10) - dopo una settimana - venerdì 27 gennaio 2017 - WhatsApp ha smesso di funzionare . Ho disinstallato e reinstallato l'applicazione, ma continua a non aprirsi: appare la scritta "sto caricando " ma non si avvia.
Ho verificato gli aggiornamenti del software, ho riavviato il cellulare, ho tolto e rimesso sim, scheda SD e batteria , ho ripristinato il cellulare ( soft e hard reset) , ma il problema rimane.
Ho verificato anche il corretto funzionamento della rete dati - TIM - infatti non ho problemi con altre applicazioni.
Cosa posso fare ?

condivisione file e cartelle tra XP e W10
Buongiorno,
ho un nuovo computer con W10 e uno vecchio con XP.
Li ho messi in rete nominando una rete Workgroup su entrambi da Sistema.
Succede che XP vede W10 e posso aprire tutte le cartella di W10 su XP, ma non il contrario.
Su W10, esplora risorse, rete, appare il computer XP ma non apre le cartelle condivise che ho impostato su XP.
il sistema dice che non ho l'autorizzazione e contattare l'amministratore di rete etc etc.
Ho provato a disabilitare su W10 il gruppo home disabilitando i servizi come avevo letto da qualche parte, pensando che quel servizio non fa funzionare la messa in rete di XP, ma niente.
Da una risposta a un altro utente che aveva lo stesso problema Simone Capparelli aveva scritto, se ho capito bene, che è possibile aggiungere al gruppo Home di W10 anche il computer XP, ma non capisco come, visto che la creazione del gruppo Home in W10 crea una password da inserire sugli altri computer della rete, ma XP non ha questa funzione ... mi potrebbe qualcuno indicare come fare e se è possibile, per cortesia?
Chiaramente i 2 computer condividono lo stesso router Fastweb e l'IP viene assegnato in dinamico, ma è sempre lo stesso per i 2 computer; su XP ho MacAfee con Firewall con autorizzazione alla rete locale 192.168.1.... e firewall Windows disattivato, su W10 uso il firewall di Windows.
