We have installed on 8 computers Office 365. Out of the 8 computers 2 have problems with Excel, Word, Outloock (only on 1with Outloock). Our computers are all the same brand with the same Windows 7 installed at the same time.

After 2 weeks, our outside sourced IT haven't been able to solve the problem. Of course we have unistalled Office 365 several times and reinstalled it. Looking at the community it seems that it is a fairly commun problem. Very frustating indeed as we cannot use our work stations.

Anyone knows a possible answer?

Just upgraded to Windows 10 and When I use the pull down tab to view files, after a few seconds, it goes back to the top? Has anyone else had this problem. How do I fix it?

Tenho email do hotmail a muitos anos,  preciso resgatar uns emails antigos e verifiquei que todos os meus emails anteriores a 2016 sumiram!!

Estou precisando resgatar esses emails com urgência, qual o procedimento?

I keep getting messages from WhatApp which to my knowledge I never signed up for.  They come 2-5+ times a day and there is no where to unsubscribe to it.  When I reply back to the person that sent it, half of the time they come back as Undeliverable.  Any ideas of how to stop this would be greatly appreciated

Windows Update prompted me for 4 updates today, marked "important", so I gave it the OK to install.

Then it popped up an EULA I had to clickthrough before it would install them. I have NEVER been prompted to agree to an EULA from Windows Update before, so I am not sure its 100% genuine.

The "update" that seems to be spawning the EULA is "Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool x64 - January 2016 (KB890830)" - Can anyone confirm if this is a genuine update?

I've had Malicious Software Removal Tool's in updates before, and none of them have EVER prompted me to click through an EULA. Thats what makes me so suspicious of it.

No puedo abrir la tienda.. incluso cambie las cuentas de usuario y todavía persiste el problema..

con mi cuenta anterior no podia bajar ninguna app desde la tienda y también me salía una notificación de que se me estaban actualizando algunas apps de windows, pero no se movia estaba en el mismo porcentaje de descarga no finalizaba la descarga y tampoco me dejaba descargar o abrir otras apps como fresh paint ya que por este problema decidi reinstarlar fresh paint pero se me presento esto.. ahora que cambie la cuenta de usuario ni siquiera abre la tienda me pide reinstalarlo...

agradecería mucho su ayuda.

Outlook seems to think that my emails are so important that anything old is dropped.  Previous messages don't appear.  Forwarding gives nothing.  Nothing from the old conversation appears in any new email I type.

What happened?

So I built a new computer picking up parts during black friday. Built it and from the get go I have been having BSOD problems. 99% of the time it only BSOD during the first 5 mins or so of restart/power up.  I had seeked help else where but came to no solution. I have run memtest86 for 16 hours with no erros. All updates for windows are good. Gone through and updated drivers to latest versions. 

Build:

Windows 10 64bit home

I5 6600 Skylake

ASRock Z170 Extreme4

EVGA 980

500g Samsung EVO 

Any help would be appreciated.

Here is a screenshot of my desktop SSD C-drive after installing Win 10 upgrade from Win 8.1 about 3 months ago.   I started my Win 10 install from the Microsoft "Upgrade" web offer, but it stopped in mid-process and went into BSOD.  I had to use a media creation tool created from my laptop to finally get the Win 10 update installed on the desktop, and it's run fine ever since.

This "Data (I)"  100MB partition is the object of a constant screen pop-up telling  me that there is  not enough space on "Drive I" and I need to clean it up.  It's annoying.  I did  not knowingly create this partition, and it shows up in file Explorer as empty.  In Properties it shows up as being 97% full.

Can you give me insight as to what this "Data (I)" partition is, and can I delete it?  I cannot expand it via diskmgt, and don't want to expand it anyway if it is not needed.

I'll appreciate some help on this.

Eu tenho uma conta no skype, que não consigo desvincular com a conta da microsoft. E toda vez que eu aperto para desvincular a conta me aparece a seguinte mensagem "Por favor, entre em contato com o Suporte ao Cliente Skype para desvincular esta conta." o que eu faço para desvincular essa conta?

Hey! I need help with something. I accidentally deleted all the files within the C:/Windows/SoftwareDistribution folder, and I was wondering if there was a way I can get it back. Unfortunately, I removed everything in my recycle bin too.

Hey! I was wondering if anyone could help me with a certain thing about Bluetooth drivers. I upgraded my laptop from Windows 7 Home Premium to Windows 10, and I wanted to install my Bluetooth drivers. For some reason they don't work. I tried Function+F2 and reinstalling the driver files numerous times, but it doesn't appear anywhere in my Device Manager or the Start Search. I also tried researching on the problem, but the methods I tried from the Internet didn't work either. Can anyone help me with this? I'm using a Dell Inspiron 15R M5010.

Ads urging me to update my Windows 10 drivers - they pop up continually when I am on internet, block my view of what I am working with.  Why should Windows 10 drivers need updates which aren't automatically installed?  Don't understand much about computers but I know this is aggravating and confusing.  I am not going give any web site permission to install anything on my hard drive.  This outfit says it is a "Microsoft partner"

i tried to upgrade to Windows 10 4 days ago but after several hours I came back to find a black screen. Every time I now start the comp it lets me login as usual then goes black but I can see the cursor.

I was previously on latest v of Windows 8 on a custom built PC Specialist computer which is 13 months old, sorry I can't give more details 're specs as I don't know 

Could anyone help?

Hi there, 

About a year ago I had bought a new laptop for my studies and now the laptops warranty has ran out and the laptop HDD has now failed. 

I would like to transfer the W8 OS from the laptop to my new PC. 

I believe this should be possible but have no idea how to do so. 

Assistance is greatly appreciated.

Original title: Windows 10 - settings go back to default after shut down

After installing Windows 10 2 days ago, I had to re-install outlook and a few other programs, but when I shut down & started back up this morning all my settings etc have gone again. I have tried downloading the ISO file to repair, but the instructions on the community don't match what happens when I click on the ISO file.

 I recently bought a new laptop for speed and storage and it will not connect to my Xbox one on the app. So I went on my old laptop and went to the Xbox app and it found my Xbox. Both laptops are on the same internet and I just cant figure it out. PLEASE HELP ME. It would make my year turn in the right direction.

There are two updates both dealing with HP printer which I can't install.  I have three computers all on Windows 10 and all are unable to install these updates and all generate the same errors.

Please help

and
