После обновления панель задач тормозит. Пк сильный 12гб озу и i5 так что в чем дело я не знаю. Стоят самые последние обновления для windows 10

Programminstallation nicht mehr möglich
Guten Tag,
vor ein paar Tagen habe ich festgestellt, dass ich auf meinem PC kein Programm mehr installieren kann. Wenn ich eine Installation anstoße kommen nach kurzer Zeit die Meldungen:
RunScript wurde aufgerufen, ohne dass eine Markierung für eine aktuelle Durchführung vorhanden war" und "InstallFinalize wurde aufgerufen, während keine Installation durchgeführt wurde".
Kurz danach wird jeweils die Installation abgebrochen. Die letzte Installation Anfang Januar 2017 hat noch reibungslos funktioniert. Ich habe nun in den vergangenen Tagen verschiedene Foren nach einer Lösung des Problems durchsucht, leider ohne Erfolg.
Mein BS:Windows 10 Version 1607 (Build 14393.693). Das letzte Update war mit KB 3211320 am 25.01.2017.
Weitere Angaben sofern sie relevant sind:
Mein Virenprogramm: Avira Antivirus Pro
Mein PC: Acer Aspire TC-710, basierend auf x64 (Speicherplatz ist genügend vorhanden).
Nun hoffe ich, dass ich hier eine Lösung für mein Problem bekommen kann. Bei einer Antwort bitte ich zu berücksichtigen, dass meine PC-Kenntnisse eher bescheiden sind.

Can't open jpeg files with Windows 10
I started using Windows 10 a few months ago and was able to open and save files as jpegs. About a month ago all my jpeg files could not open nor can I save them as jpegs or tiffs. How can I do this again as some websites only allow these types of files
to be uploaded.

Can't Log In After Enabling Diagnostic Startup
Since enabling Diagnostic Startup in my Windows 10 64-bit workstation, I haven't been able to login to my computer at all. After starting, the account picture and text box for password/PIN do not appear.
There's only Shutdown, Ease of Access, and Connect to Internet buttons in the bottom right corner.
I can't get to Advanced Startup Options using Shift-restart button. I've also tried a number of times to enter the Windows Recovery Environment
by pressing the power button during boot, but it just goes right back to the lock screen as before without preparing automatic repair or giving the option for advanced startup.
I have seen this problem in multiple forums elsewhere, but have not found a solution. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi, Ive just bought a new tower and reinstalled iTunes on it. All is fine except I cant move a new purchase track from recently bought to my playlist. so it wont sinc to my ipod? I can see the track on iTunes under recent purchases and play it there, but

Screen brightness issue
First of all, I am aware this question has been posted before. But the solutions were not working in my case.
So here is my problem on my ASUS laptop. I can't change my screen brightness, not even through mobility center. I am able to use the slider in mobility center, and when I use the FN keys it shows the windows brightness slider on screen. However the actual brightness doesn't change. To make this problem even more confusing: The only way to actually change my brightness is to change the brightness someone would normally do, and then unplug and replug the power supply to my laptop.
I have had this problem for a year or so, but last week I did a clean install of Windows 10 and the problem still occurs. I installed all the updates and drivers on my device.

Can't login to windows 7pro
Got a free computer to work from home and take care of disabled husband. It's an hp probook 450 g2 with windows 7 pro. Had no password when I got it and I did 129 windows updates that restarted the computer. Now, it wants a password. Went into ALL safe
modes (even command prompt) and it wants password. Tried recovery repair option, but that too wants a password for 2 user choices "computer" and some other name. Leaving any passwords Blank and hitting enter don't work. I don't have boot disks or access to
anything to make one. I don't even have a USB memory stick. What to I do?
