I have received two messages from Microsoft asking me to reactivate my account, however I did not request a termination. They say possible reasons 1) using a shared computer 2) did not log off. I am. trying to understand why I am getting these messages as I do not want to terminate my account.
I log onto my note book computer withmy Microsoft account and my email is already logged on. When I have finished using my email I log off and when I am finished using my computer I power off assuming at the same time I am logging off Windows 10. Do I need to log off from Windows?
I also receive and send emails from the same account from my android tablet. Should I or can I add my tablet as a device in my Windows account. I also log onto my outlook.com account from my tablet when I am travelling. I has not been a problem in the past.
