I own a Lumia 950XL phone, and received the free Continuum Dock. It worked successfully for some time, and I used it with my LG television and a Samsung monitor. However, it has quit working the last few days. When I use a wired connection, with HDMI connecting the aforementioned TV or monitor, neither device picks up a signal from the Continuum dock, even though it is connected to power, and connected to my phone. Any suggestions?

I've been having issues with WLM since December. I have a gmail account and run on Windows 8.1. I've been a part of other threads. I've tried some of the posted solutions, but have not resolved my issue.
I can receive emails. Some messages will send, but not if they have attachments.
I don't get an error. I get a message that says, "The message could not be sent. A problem has occurred. Try again. "

je suis chef d'entreprise et jusqu'à présent j'utilisais un téléphone mobile sous windows et étais totalement séduit. Je viens de recevoir un Lumia 950 sous windows 10 et je dois avouer que je suis terriblemet déçu ! Le téléphone en lui même n'y est pour rien, mais comment Microsoft ose-t-il sortir un OS aussi peu mature ??? La passerelle internet via WIFI que je dois utiliser tous les jours du fait de mon métier fonctionne une fois sur deux, la dite connexion wifi fonctionne quand elle veut, et l'ensemble m'oblige à redémarrer le téléphone à peu près tous les jours, tout en ayant fait les toutes les mises à jour possible et imaginables ! Bonjour la productivité !
Pour ne pas paraître défaitiste j'utilise windows 10 sur PC et en suis totalement satisfait. Mais sur téléphone, je ne peux que conseiller à tout le monde, et surtout aux professionels, soit de rester sur l'ancienne version, soit de passer sous Androïd !
I wonder if Microsoft is "actively chasing people away" from playing these free Internet games.
Whereas up to a few months ago, the game server(s) were quite generally available, this has changed considerably. Servers nowadays are often down, and regularly for very long periods (even over a week!).
My theory is that MS is using this strategy to make people go look elsewhere to play free games, allowing them to discontinue their Internet games claiming that "interest had dropped below a level to justify the cost of keeping the servers running", while avoiding massive complaints of dissatisfied users.
Anybody else having an opinion on this?
We have 2 pcs on a home network Using windows 7 it took about 20 seconds to set up the network so the we could both use one printer.
Now we are Windows 10 and I am over 3 hours working on it and no closer. Below are my questions, ramblings whining and desperation's.

In home network: It says “Enter Network Credentials.
What are they? (See following). Says my domain is PC-John, the name of my computer. I try my user name, a made up name, the user name of the other pc and a lot of other things... it doesn’t accept anything.
The name of my Computer is PC-John. My user name is JOHN. I have a simple home network with one other computer on it.
What is a network credential and what is it’s relationship to all the other *^%*^$ other credentials.?
User account name. Is this a credential? When do I use it? It has a password or doesn’t
PC name (Like John-PC) is this a credential? When do I use it? It has a password or doesn’t
For Other-PC (this is in another room on the home network) does it have a password or doesn’t? Whose name? Is it the name of the pc (whatever that is) or the name of the user account on the pc or just a name I make up?Do I put in the credential that other pc has or a name and credential of my own (on my PC)? What password goes in there? The other PC’s password, a password I make up? Or the network password? Credential manager calls it some weird thing combing the name of the comuter and HomeGroupUser$. What the **** is that? Is that supposed to be on other PC too? Is that supposed to be entered pon the other PC? It just so unbelievably confusing. I have no idea what the password is for other-pc\homegroupuser$ having never seen it before anywhere.

I setup everything I could with no passwords on all the network PC’s. Nevertheless I get asked for a password all over the place and a no-entry is not accepted. It is just crazy.
AND What is John/PC-John?
What’s this I hear about signing in with /John or //John instead of just John or PC-John?
Should I use “Allow Windows to manage connections or Use user accounts and passwords to connect?
I assume turning on all the sharing stuff is the same as windows 7.

We are upgrading some from Office 2010 to 2013. With this particular user, they aren't able to use Schedule Assistant in Outlook 2013. Once they're done entering the attendees, they click on Schedule assistant and Outlook crashes and restarts.

I've re-build the Outlook profile and removed all the .OST files -- Still crashes
I've tried repairing Office 2013 -- Still crashes
I've uninstalled Office 2013 and performed a clean install -- Still crashes
I've rebuilt the users Windows profile -- Still crashes
As of now, I reverted the user back to Office 2010 Pro Plus and they're able to use it fine now. This is in an exchange environment. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

J'utlise Money depuis sa sortie. Répondant à l'offre de Microsoft, j'ai tenté, en Jullet 2015, la mise à jour de mon Windows 7 Pro 64 bits vers Windows 10. Tout s'est bien passé, mes applications et logiciels ainsi que mes données récupérées, sauf Money 2007.
Consultant le furum, j'ai modifié le registre comme indiqué. Money n'est toujours pas compatible avec Windows 10.
Comme tous mes comptes pêrsonnels sont gérés dans Money, j'ai voulu retourner à mon ancienne version de Windows. Refusé.
J'ai du reformaté mon disque système et réinstaller mon Windows ainsi que tous les logiciels, vous vous imaginez le boulot.
Comment se fait il que Windows 10 n'accepte pas des logiciels focntionnant sur une version précédente ? La force de Microsoft est qu'il a toujours garanti une parfaite compatibilité avec toutes ses versions.
Quoiqu'il en soit, et bien que certains forums font état du bon fonctionnement de Money sous Windows 10, je souhaiterai qu'on m'explique comment on peut faire fonctionner Money avec W10, car je voudrai profiter de cette mise à jour offerte.

Ho 2 PC uno in ufficio con office 365 business e uno a casa con office 365 nome ambedue con lo stesso account.
Sto cercando di finire una sincronizzazione molto grande intorno ai 50 gb. Per facilitare (credo) la cosa ho caricato sui 2 PC i file nella cartella one drive ma mentre il PC con office business sincronizza quello con office home no anche se c è il simbolo della sincronizzazione.
I due PC hanno Windows 10.

いま、windows10、IE11を使っています。
管理者アカウントを使用しているのですが、
表題の通り、IE11で、特定のページが表示できません。
（白い画面で、マウスポインタがくるくる回る、待機状態になります。）
特定のページとは、youtube初期画面とか、yahooのログイン画面とかです。
普通のホームページや、ニュースや、ほかのページへのリンクは、問題なく
遷移して表示されるのですが、特定のページだけが表示されません。
アカウントをほかに切り替えると、すべて通常の表示ができます。
追記ですが、エッジのほうのブラウザでは、
問題のあるアカウントでも、すべて
正常に動作します。
アカウントのユーザープロファイルの問題か、
IE11の何かの設定の問題だと思うのですが・・・。

QUESTION: Can XML data, once imported into Excel 2013, be exported back into the source XML data file from which they came (to overwrite the original data values in that file)?
I have an XML source data file "File A". I can map and import those XML data into an Excel 2013 worksheet (i.e. the data from the XML file are moved to the cells of the Excel worksheet). I can operate on those data in Excel. AND I can export the data from the Excel worksheet cells out to an XML file "File B" (of whatever name I specify). But I can't seem to find instructions for exporting the data back to the original source file "File A". Is this not possible? Is there a workaround, scripting, macro to do this?
I am pulling my hair out! Microsoft, you are the worst software developer on the planet. How have you managed to develop so many different pieces of software that overlap in many ways, but have none of them that actually work properly, have all the required features and are able to communicate with each other???
Here's my situation:
I have an Office 365 account through my work place (a school). This is how I receive my work email, calendars, instant messaging, files etc.
I want to be able to use these features across all devices, so I though there must be an 'Office 365' app for each type of device. But, oh no, that would be too simple!
So I have 'Outlook Groups' on my android, which is great for instant messaging, but I can't send or receive my emails, look at the calendar or share files. This app is also not available on Windows! ****? You have developed an app for iOS and Android but not for your own operating system??!
Ok, so I think, "I'll use Outlook 2013.". Nope. Doesn't work. Can't connect to my Microsoft Office 365 email through MS Outlook. Again, ****?!
Ok, so I'll try the 'Mail' app in Windows 10. That doesn't work. It tells me my password is wrong (which it isn't). So then I set about creating a 'Microsoft Account' with the exact same details as my Office 365 account just to be able to log in to 'Mail'. Once in 'Mail' I can then manually add my Office 365 email account, which it still doesn't recognise, so I have to manually add all the server settings etc.
So I can now receive and send email through the 'Mail' app, but I still can't access my 'Groups' or files. Groups are pretty important to be able to send quick messages to everyone at my workplace.
So, I think, "Well perhaps I could use Yammer instead?"
I know Yammer works on Android and iOS, and can send individual and group messages, so perhaps that's my answer?
BUT NO! There is no Windows app! Yet again: ****?! A Microsoft program with no Windows version?!! There is a 'Yammer Notifier' programme, but all that does is take you to the website for you to log in, which is useless.
Additionally, I want to be notified of messages instantly and to be able to read them (and if possible reply to them) through email. But Yammer doesn't seem to give me ANY notifications! Not through the Android app, nor in the form of an email message, despite having checked all the settings for email notifications.
Is this seriously all that MS is capable of?! Windows is great. Office is great. But your communications and mobile software is absolutely abysmal.
All we need is ONE app, through which we can email, instant message, use groups, share files, and view /edit our calendar. Surely that isn't that hard?
So, to form a question from all this, what is the solution?
How can I get Outlook 2013 working with my Office 365 email?
How can I have an app on iOS, Android, and Windows that handles emails, groups, and instant messaging?
