Guten Tag

Seit gestern ist meiner Familie aufgefallen das unser HP Drucker nur noch schwarz weiß druckt. Dies aber nur von unserem Laptop aus

(Dieser hat Windows 10 ). Vom meinem Rechner aus ( Windows 7 ) kann ich ohne probleme farbig drucken.

Vom Laptop wurden auch schonmal alle HP Programme runtergeworfen, der Drucker auf Werkseinstellung gesetzt und alles komplett neu installiert, funktionierte immer noch nicht, also liegt es ja irgendwo in den Windows Drucker Einstellungen.

Ich habe jedoch schon sämtliche Druckereinstellungen durchgeschaut auf der Suche nach dem Häckchen das ihn nur Graustufen/ Schwarz/Weiß drucken lässt. Jedoch bin ich nicht fündig geworden.

Auch in den normalen Druck Einstellungen wenn man ein Foto auswählt > Rechtsklick - drucken, wird es in der Vorschau gleich schwarz weiß angezeigt und in den erweiterten Einstellungen sind die Graustufen nichtmal angekreuzt.

Hatte jemand damit auch schonmal Probleme und kann hilfreich sein ?

Ув.Майкрасофт! Я не пользуясь Вашими сайтами, в МТС только из-за удовлетворительной скорости и Вы утверждаете,что с помощью учетки на Live ID затем можно зайти везде...! Но зачем тогда ещё одна на outlook.live.com?Создал и там, но смысл..? Тем более через 30 минут уже зайти не смог и предложили "вспомнить" пароль.Есть и пароль и код, но как везде мозго...вка и когда эти непонятки кончаться?

New Panasonic FZ-G1 Windows 10 Tablet, and all I need is for an on-screen keyboard to appear in a usable position and format when I hover the stylus over a text field, EXACTLY AS Windows 7 DID FOR YEARS...

But is there any way to make the 'upgraded' tablet and operating system function in this simple, basic, standard, obvious way?

It would seem not. Do you know any better?

Is anyone else seeing a situation where SharePoint page text web parts and Group Conversation text entries are being severely inverted, removed and/or curser location jumping to a new location within the same sentence during the text entry process? This negates your ability to reliably type any text into the field, requiring all entries be initially created in something else and then copy & pasted into the fields to prevent this. Example:

The top row of text is copied and pasted into a site text web part. The second row is the same exact text being typed into the text web part.

• The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog
  
• The qikbonfxjmps over the lazy dog u o wr cu 

The same exact thing occurs in the text entry field of a Group conversation. These things do not occur in any other website text entry or application on any computer we use. But consistently occurs in the situations described.

I recently switched to a Mac 2 months ago from a PC. I was using word 2013. I was able to add watermarks easily with no problems.

I opened one of my word files with an existing watermark and the watermark doesn't show.

Adding watermarks was very easy but doesn't seem to want to work in this Mac version.

I started a new file and tried adding a watermark and it also would not show. I saved the file regardless and when i select it in finder it shows in the preview but not sized correctly. I trimmed the size of the image down by 1/8 inch all the way around being used for the watermark and it shows but only centered and doesn't fill the entire page. AUTO is selected but it doesn't fill the entire page.

Our letterhead artwork is what I used for the watermark so our salesmen can write a letter with the letterhead already as a part of the document.

I am confused as to what i may be doing wrong. I may ask IT to put PC word 2013 on this computer as they said i can run some windows programs on this computer until i can figure out the problem fix if there is one.

Hi guys,

Having a nightmare with Office today and really need your help. I've been unable to open outlook, word, excel or powerpoint all day. I've uninstalled the reinstalled (twice) and tried various other things that I've read on line but no dice.

I just purchased Office 365 and when Im trying to activate it on my desktop I keep getting an error message stating to log in with my microsoft email/password, but when i do it tells me that it doesnt recognize it

I am trying to help my aunt with her Dell desktop running Windows 7.  She had Skype on this computer but it was not working.  We tried to upgrade it but it would not download so then we uninstalled the existing Skype and tried to download it again but it still won't download.  Thoughts?

We are transitioning our clients from Advisor to CSP relationships. When I sent our first client the relationship request link, she clicked on it and received the error message of "Failed to accepted delegated administration offer" and now I can't seem to access their account at all. Hi,

Over the past few months I have seen my ads increasingly get moved to the #1 position on the right side of the page.

This month (June '17) has shown the largest movement (I monitor a number of keywords) followed by the largest dropoff (over half) in conversions.

If I am the only advertiser on the page and am using relevant ads and landing pages, why am I not on the top results and not he sidebar as I am competing with no-one.

In the #1 text ad position of the sidebar - I am buried under shopping ads.

In a way - it seems like Bing is shooting itself in the foot by warding off legitimate ads.

Any thoughts are appreciated. Thanks!

My Name is Dave

I am have long time problem with sign in. Ever since I upgraded to windows 10 from windows 7, I now have to boot up my computer two times. When I get to the login and enter my password. then i get and error that my login is incorrect. So at this point I shutdown my laptop and restart it when it gets to the login for a password then I enter it again and now the system will work as designed,  can anybody explain why this does this?

Hi,

I am trying out my business o365 account to use with a 3rd party idP for SSO but missed out some steps along the way (configuring the GUID).   After I used Azure Powershell to redirect the login, I am now stuck since the only account registered (which is also administrator), gets rejected by the 3rd party idP during login.

I cannot find any other way reverse the process (from federated back to managed) or login to Azure.

As this is a brand new o365 account, I am hoping there is a way to set it back to default or get it re-created.   Any help appreciated.

All of a sudden a No entry sign has appeared next to my junk mail folder. I can't access the many messages in the folder that require responses. New messages are going into the folder for some reason. I have tried using Time Machine on my Apple Mac but can't see any reference to the junk mail folder via Outlook. This is very distressing. Can someone please help? Thank you.
