"Leave Family" Doesn't Work
I recently change my birth year on the Microsoft website to say I'm over 18, and my brother (who is the adult) doesn't have access to his account anymore and I found a button that said "Leave Family" and when I click it, it says I've removed myself, sends me an email, and then takes me back to my profile page. The only problem though is that when I go to my Xbox account to change privacy settings it redirects me to that stupid support page to change a child's privacy settings. Then if I go back to my Microsoft account and refresh the page, it brings back the thing that says my brother is my adult. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Cortana won't hear music any more
After the newest update, my Cortanan wont listen to nusic anymore. When I say "Hey Cortana, what is the music playing now" or "What is the music", it keey saying "something went wrong, please try again a little bit later".... it used to understand the command....
Any body has suggestion on this issue?

Creating OneNote or text documents for Word from several hundred hand written three by five note cards
I have Onenote in Office 365 & and several hundred 3" by 5" note cards with detailed notes on fascinating topics in science, space, medicine & health. I want to change the cards to text files. This will enable me to fill out my notes so that they can be articles on my Google Plus blog. With every article I also include several urls for additional reading as well as others so my readers know where I'm getting my primary source material.
Can I do it with a good HP flatbed scanner? (HP Scanjet 4050) I have a 2013 27 inch iMac with a powerful i7 3.4 Ghz processor, 32 gigs of ram, and OSX Sierra OS:10.12.5 and a Windows 10 Desktop with about the same configurations except for a 500 Gig SSD. I also own a Canon color inkjet printer that includes a high-resolution scanner. Pixma MG7720 Thank you for any help you can provide me. Some more details follow below with some additional exploring and thinking I did today on the web on how to do this. I might also do this more simply by scanning the hand written cards with my iphone 6 plus or my new iPad Pro 12.9 inches and 500 gig SSD. We got a very steady video tripod with iPhone mount to position a digital camera or iPhone 6 Plus steady over the note cards. Lots of hardware options, but I don't know what software or app(s) to buy to convert my handwriting to a file format that Word or OneNote will accept. I find that it's often easier to sit on my couch in our living room and write notes by hand rather than writing them on an iPad or an iPhone. I am planning to take almost all of my notes for my Google Plus blog by using my new iPad Pro very soon. Please read below about how I'm thinking of doing this with either my iphone or my new iPad Pro below.
I know that basically I need to turn my written notes on the 3 by 5 cards into PDF files (Perhaps another kind of file would work too like a jpeg, gif, or tiff file; but I'm not sure of that) and then scan those PDF files into an OCR or OCI capable scanner. I believe that I could also scan the cards with my iPhone 6 plus or my new iPad Pro (the one just released about the 20th of June 2017) and add the apps like these in the urls that follow. I'm thinking of using the app Metamoji Note (the second url below) and its associated app, mazec (the third url below). They are not expensive, about $5.00 to $10.00 each. The first url below is a good article on some apps to use for taking handwriting and converting it to text files. Unfortunately, several of the applications listed are assuming that there is already an image file of the note that's come from a notebook, intelligent phone, or tablet-like device with a touch screen that accepts hand writing. It was very difficult for me to find many articles or guides that informed me about how I would take written letters or note cards and convert them into files that would be accepted by a word processing program similar to Word.
I very much appreciate any suggestions and or/advice any of you can give me. What I know very little about is software that will take my handwritten note cards and convert them into documents I can edit and reuse in MS Word. I've never used OneNote before and I don't know if it's worth learning when I'm already familiar with Word.

สอบถามครับ Microsoft Outlook 2010 มองไม่เห็นไฟล์แนบที่มีเครื่องหมาย ! อยู่ในชื่อครับ Mail นั้นจะมีข้อความขึ้นว่า " Outlook blocked access to the following potentially unsafe attachments : ชื่อไฟล์" ถ้าทำการแก้ชื่อให้ไม่มี เครื่องหมาย ! นั้นสามารถเห็นได้ตามปกติครับ แต่เมื่อก่อนนั้นสามารถเห็นไฟล์ที่มีชื่อ ! และเปิดได้ตามปกติครับ

Maand increment excel
Ik zit met een klein probleempje.
Om telkens dezelfde dag van de maand te hebben heb ik volgende formule gebruikt:
(C22 is als voorbeeld, ik werk telkens voort van de vorige waarde)
"=DATUM(JAAR(C22);(MAAND(C22))+1;DAG(C22))"
met in C22: "31/01/2016"Als ik mij niet vergis zou er alleen bij de maand +1 (dus "29/02/2016" in dit geval) moeten gebeuren helaas komt er nu "2/03/2016" te staan wat dus een maand en 2 dagen verder is. Bij alle andere maanden blijft de dag wel hetzelfde dus
ik vermoed dat het iets met februari te maken heeft.
Iemand enig idee hoe ik ervoor kan zorgen dat excel ook rond februari de maand correct telt?

BAD_POOL_CALLER BSOD- Windows 10 Pro
This just started a week or so ago, I thought at first it was the Killer NIC on my board, so I removed the software for Killer and switched to the Intel NIC instead.
A few days goes by with no problems, and now all the sudden after almost a complete day of downloading and web surfing BOOM out of the blue it seems to be back!!
I'm using Blue Screen View to try to decipher the error but I can't tell where it's coming from. Can anyone figure this one out? It would be a great help!!

BIOS is newest version available.
ALL drivers came form EVGHA and are the latest available.
ALL windows updates are the latest and WU shows nothing new.

請問乙太網路的驗證頁籤為何無法顯示?
我想問一下乙太網路的驗證頁籤為何無法顯示?
首先我已經確認過"Wired AutoConfig" 和 "WLAN AutoConfig" 已經開啟並調整為自動，而且我的電腦也重開過好多次
但是乙太網路中的"驗證"頁籤還是看不到，我後來還把網路卡的驅動程式重裝了好多次, 並且把我的電腦防火牆和防毒軟體全都關掉
結果還是一樣，請問還有可能是甚麼原因呢?

HYPERLINK関数でファイルを開こうとすると、offece365のログイン画面が開いてしまいます
Windows10でoffece365businessの環境でエクセル2016を使用しています。
きっかけは不明なのですが、HYPERLINK関数で他のファイルを開こうとすると
offece365のログイン画面が開くようになってしましました。
offece365にログインしているときは、クラウド上のoffece365のファイルが表示されます。
onedrivebusinessのファイルは、PC内のＥドライブに設定しています。
HYPERLINK関数のドライブもHYPERLINK("E:\OneDrive-****\****.xlsm","****")
のようにＥドライブを設定しております。
何か違う操作をしているときに間違って設定を変えてしまったのでしょうか？

Average of formulas based on multiple condition
Hello Forum,
I am working on a 40MB excel file with big tables and formulas. The file has details of different products and their respective supplier names along with their processing time - start and end time since Yr. 2012 (daily). I made use of this available data to count the number of products in work at a particular supplier's place on any given date in the past. I used the countifs function for this purpose. I also used averageifs to do the average number of time taken to finish the processes by a particular date and supplier.
Now, I am looking for an option were I want to do an average on the %completion on a given time. (some time in the past. example : 1/1/14) Formula : (1/1/14 – Start date)/(End date – start date). But then this is just unique to one product. How do I do an average of all the engines ( % completion ) at a given time in the past ?

Installed add-in for OneNote online is not persist after browser refresh or re-login
I have published OneNote add-in on Store and it works fine.

But the add-in disappear from menu bar after browser refresh and it makes user add add-in again. And it's same on Chrome and Edge.
I think added add-ins should be persisted after refresh or re-login.
Maybe there is something I need to set in manifest file? or just not supported by OneNote?
