Microsoft Surface Book keyboard not detected
My Microsoft surface book keyboard is no longer detected by the clipboard. I have removed the keyboard manually to clean the connectors. I have charged both the keyboard and clipboard separately. I have checked for latest updates and still doesn't work.
Does anybody have any advice to bring my machine back to a fully working laptop.

Black screen after signing in
I am not sure of the cause but after a previous issue I had with Windows 10 the solution was to reinstall Windows. I may not have reinstalled it correctly but what I did was use the media creation tool to download Windows 10 on my PC that already had Windows 10 installed on it. After installing Windows 10 the screen froze so I restarted my PC. When restarted at the bottom of the boot screen with the manufacture name on it it says something along the lines of disk system partioning. Once I log into my account I am greeted with a black screen. Now when I restart my PC on the boot screen with the manufacture name on it it says I can skip disk scanning by pressing any key.
Update: I have just signed in again and it seems that it has booted up successfully, I will put another update here if the problem comes back.

Χαίρεται! Προέκυψε ένα πρόβλημα με τον υπολογιστή μου και πλέον δεν μπορώ να τον χρησιμοποιήσω. Παρόλα αυτά έχω αγοράσει έναν νέο υπολογιστή αλλά χρειάζομαι και windows. Η ερώτηση μου λοιπόν είναι, εφόσον έχω αγοράσει ήδη μια φορά τα windows, είναι δυνατόν με κάποιον τρόπο να τα ακυρώσω από τον υπολογιστή που πλέον δεν λειτουργεί και να τα ενεργοποιήσω στον καινούργιο μου υπολογιστή? Απλώς δεν ξέρω πως θα μπορέσω να έχω πρόσβαση στα windows του παλιού υπολογιστή αν δεν μπορώ να τον ανοίξω.

Problemas de instalacion de itunes en windows 10
Después de una actualización de Windows 10 he tenido que reinstalar las aplicaciones y no puedo volver a instalar itunes. Mi versión de Windows 10 es de 64 bits.
He leído algunas de las recomendaciones que el foro ha dado para situaciones semejantes y no me ha funcionado ninguna (eliminar los programas de itunes que pudiera tener el ordenador, actualizar el software de Windows, descargar itunes y abrir como administrador, etc.).
La versión de itunes que se descarga es la 12.6.1.25x64. Los pasos que sigo son los siguientes:
- Salvo la descarga y ejecuto como administrador
- La instalación se inicia y en un punto da el siguiente mensaje de error "Error durante la instalación del ensamblaje"Microsoft.VC80.CRT,type="win32,version="8.0.50727.6195",publicKeyToken=1fc8b3b9a1e18e3b",processorArchitecture="amd64"".Consulte Ayuda y soporte técnico para obtener más información.HRESULT:0x8..."
- Doy a "aceptar" y en algunas ocasiones deshace el proceso de instalación, aunque deja los archivos en la carpeta archivos de programa (que seguidamente elimino).
- En otras ocasiones, después de dar el mensaje de error, continua con la instalación y cuando la termina, no me permite abrir itunes porque le falta el archivo "Apple Application Support 64 bits" y da un mensaje de "Error 2"
Me he puesto en contacto con el soporte de Apple y me remiten al soporte de Microsoft. Y el soporte de Microsoft me remite a este foro. Me gustaría saber si alguien tiene una solución para este problema. Gracias por anticipado.

Microphone does not work no matter what i do
I have tried everything to try and fix it . I have two ports one for microphone and one for audio when I use my headphones they work fine, when I use the microphone port to try and record my voice it doesnt work. It works with my other devices. My pc does
recognize it when I put it in the microphone port though. Please help!

Bonjour, j'ai un problème sur le Skype pour bureau (Skype 7.37).
En effet depuis déjà quelques semaines j'ai voulu me déconnecter pour raisons personnelles et depuis lors je ne peux plus me reconnecter. Quand je met mon mot de passe rien ne se passe et la même fenêtre s'ouvre en boucle.
J'ai essayer plusieurs méthodes ( désinstaller Skype, me déconnecter de Skype avec tous mes appareils ... ) mais rien n'y fait.
Je précise que je suis sur Windows 10 ( je sais qu'il existe une version de Skype pour W10 mais je ne la trouve pas intuitive et pratique )

Bluetooth speaker
Hello, I have a bluetooth speaker JBL Charge 3 there are issues with the driver in windows 10 since the speaker is correctly paired and connected but in the playback device the JBL speaker is shown but it won't connect.
I tried to remove device, reinstall drivers and so on but nothing. JBL support said that they need a driver that support A2DP codec 1.3.
Any help ?
